Nao corresponde a um hotel 5 estrelas

O staff foi um ponto positivo, todos muito atenciosos, porem as acomodações nao correspondem a um hotel 5 estrelas, em termos de acabamentos... quarto bem simples... banheiro basico com chuveiro eletrico.... toalhas com aparecencia de velhas... etc.

Hotel Maravilhoso!

Hotel lindo! Um dos melhores q já fiquei em Goiânia por um preço mais em conta que os demais tops! Quarto ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso .. tudo da melhor qualidade! Volto com certeza!

A localização. Ele é perto do aeroporto e mais longe do centro. Mas em Goiânia tudo é perto, então não prejudica em nada!

Location isn’t great, service isn’t great. There are better options out there.

The property seems to be new and well maintained. Breakfast was okay and service was superb.

the staff at check in counter lacks some basic manners like saying “please” and “thank” you, and the lack of interest in providing good service is evident. If they were less lazy that’d be great, although the guy on the next shift was extra nice. information provided by a lady regarding late check-out was inaccurate and she simply told me speak to the management if I wanted a late check out… like… is this a 4 star hotel or a hostel?

J'ai recherché un autre hotel avec plus de prestations.

l'hôtel est très bien placé par rapport à l'aéroport, mais assez éloigné du centre ville. on est surpris au début de l'emplacement, mais finalement on ne se sent pas en insécurité. Le petit marché au bout de la rue le jeudi soir est très pittoresque.

j'ai été surpris qu'il n'y ai pas de piscine dans un hôtel de cette classe. c'est rédhibitoire pour un séjour au Brésil. Cet hôtel est plutôt destiné à des personnes qui travaillent en déplacement et veulent apprécier le confort un peu rétro de cet hôtel.

good but definitely not 5 starts. beautiful place but food just average not good enough.

It is a beautiful place and the room was comfortable enough but not 5 stars in my opinion.

I couldn’t believe that they serve only artificial/canned orange juice in the breakfast. to be a 5 starts hotel it is a minimum to have natural fresh orange juice. the breakfast had a beautiful decorated table but the food in just average and not fresh.

Don’t recommend

The employees, the bed and breakfast.

We arrived earlier then the checkin time and for the first time time in my life a hotel that had the room ready want to charge me for an early checkin. I always travel and stay and nice hotels. The facility (gym) is horrible, machines broken, the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool etc. The room is basic and they had to change us to another room twice: -the first room the AC was broken -the second room, the toilet was leaking and flooded the bathroom We were traveling with a kid and had to pack and unpack 3 times. Finally, in the checkout the charged us for the coffee machine that was in the room. Again in another hotels, never had to pay for coffee or tea in the room. Sad stay!

Good for a short stay

Nice quite rooms with good A/C, impressing lobby. Short distance from airport ( 10 min ), and about 15 min by car to city center.

We missed a pool or at least an opportunity to relax outside.The fitness room was not very inviting, but little and too hot ( could have started A/C tough). Children play room was closed “because of Corona”…. c’mon, Corona is over in June !!! Communication in English was somewhat difficult with the staff.

I was stay there for 5 days with my wife and mother-in-law, the first 2 days no one clean the room, on the 3 day we have

staffs wasn’t very helping, tome then 1 hour to check me in, the excuse was because the person on the front desço was a bar staff.

This is a Boutique Hotel, it´s a awesome concept and they made everything perfect, all furnitures and all artwork is very beautiful and brings you a little bit of design and environment of european cities

Renovated and great quality

Welcoming Staff and great breakfast buffet. Renovated room, clean.

They should not broadcast what the client used in the minibar over the walkie talkie for all the reception and guests to hear. More discretion please. Small detail but makes a big difference.

Safe and peaceful area, close to airport. Great price.

I liked the price, the place and it´s style. The staff was helpful and polite. I loved the smell of the products (shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) available to the guests.

My apartment was not well cleaned. Lots of hair on the floor e in the restroom. The breakfast had great options, but the eggs were very cold, the orange juice was not good and I had only one choice of tea.
