Best apartment by far!

Beautiful view, right in the center square. Loved opening the windows and seeing the monastery. Very clean, easy parking, great shower! My favorite apartment of the trip!

Great place to stay

Modern & well reconstructed apartment with 3 windows to look directly at the monastery. Close to bakery for breakfast which was good value. Also close to good restaurant (with discount for apartment residents). Nice park nearby while waiting for our bus.

Would have liked a wine glass for our drinks.

Best place we stayed in Portugal. Great host and great location!

The location was perfect. The apartments huge windows offer a beautiful view of the Batalha Monastery. Easy walking distance to everything in town (grocery store, pastry shops, and some fantastic restaurants the host recommended). Easily our favorite hotel/apartment during our 3 weeks in Portugal.

Only had a Moka pot for making coffee. It works but it only makes one cup at a time and it takes a bit. Plenty of coffee shops nearby, though.

Excellent Location and Accomodating Host

Incredible location, great view. Heater worked great and clean place. The host even left us a couple coloring pages for my kids.

Internet could be upgraded to 5G.

Beautiful apartment with a nice layout and kitchenette. Great value for the price. Conveniently located near Monastery and restaurants and shops.

The washroom looks great and clean but it smells. Even with the door closed I can smell it in the room. Please consider fixing and/or leaving air freshener or scented candles.

Very clean, confortable and with a great location. The owner has been very kind. For sure, if we come back to Batalha one day, we will stay again in the apartment. I strongly recommend it.

Exceptional

The view over the church is extraordinary- seeing it illuminated and in dusk- wonderful. The flat is very new and clean, compact, but with all the necessaries. Shop and cafes to hand. Very quiet all night.

What a perfect accomodation!

Beautiful view, kind host, perfect location, modern and new construction. We liked the small kitchen, we felt at home by this. We wish we could stay more. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean place with basic facility, the host was very helpful and very good communication. Cafe and restaurant vry near.

Magnificent view

Magnificent view from the windows at medieval monastery. Cozy and comfortable apartment with big bed and spacious shower. Downstairs you can drink a coffee in a bar. Very helpful and nice owner.

Some WiFi problems but fixed.

Perhaps the best hotel in town!

Perhaps the best hotel in town! Spaceous, impecably clean and very comfortably designed (seems that every detail was thought off) room, comfortable bed with piles of pillows and two different blankets, a kitchen with some free tea and coffee, and it is right in the main square of the town! We were upgraded to the room with the monastry view and it was magnificent!!! You really feel as a king living in a historic house and having the full view of an unforgetable gotik masterpiece right outside any of your 3 windows!!! If you have an option to pay a couple of euros for the monastery view, don't hesitate - it's worth way more than that! We just loved it!!!🥰

The worst thing is that you won't want to leave it!😉 Also it would be nice to have some hand's washer (it's really not so expensive!), as washing the hands with the douch gel is not very convenient...

Exceptional

Very pleasant apartment, nicely finished, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and communicative. As for the location - the view from the window on the photo is real and speaks for itself.

Only one thing was not perfect: some stupid guest before us could not resist and was smoking in the apartment. I guess this isn't the owner's fault; on the other hand the apartment should have been checked before (after all someone did change bed sheets ...I hope).

Great location - friendly helpful welcome and a very nice studio apartment. Well furnished and comfortable. Good wifi. Owner even helped us carry our two bikes up to the room.

Steep, narrow staircase to get up but that's the downside of an old property.

What an amazing view from our room (#3)! It was the initial reason we picked the studio to stay, then we found everything else was perfect: very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, very well furnished and decorated, good location for everything and nearby free (during the pandemic) parking, and the responsible and helpful host!

We can't expect more!

Stay here!!! Outstanding room / location and view!

This was an excellent room / apartment for the four nights we were there. Cleanliness was outstanding (loved how the towels smelled - lovely) and overall excellent stay! Many thanks for taking care of all the small details that make a stay successful!

Exceptional

It was perfect. The view of the monastery right outside our window is a memory I shall never forget. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the host Gonzales was very pleasant and professional. Parking was easy on the street and about 2 minutes, to walk on the flat.
