The location of this Apartment was great. Private parking, easy and direct access to a sand beach. The apartment is large enough for a family to be comfortable and to allow for more of a normal living style. It comes fully equipped with anything you'd need for a longer stay, to include if you wanted to prepare meals on your own at home. The Owner is fantastic and easy to work with, very responsive.

Nothing! Close to the beach and free parking.
I had one of the most unpleasant experiences in this location.
The first evening, after we struggled to meet the host's father to take over the keys, when we entered the house it was very cold. It was explained to us that the 2 air conditioners in the rooms cannot work at the same time but switched on at a distance of 10 minutes from each other. In the living room, which was one and the same with the kitchen, the heating was with a gas stove. Unfortunately, the sofa could not be used for sleeping.
The second evening when we returned from the trip we had made, we wanted to heat our dinner in the electric oven and surprise... the power went out and we were left in the dark and in the cold, although we had only turned on an air conditioner from the two.
It took an hour and a half until the host's father came to solve the problem, the general safety being in a box outside.
It was explained to us again that in Sicily the installations support a maximum of 3kw and we had to use either the electric oven or the air conditioner to heat us....
The location has a bedroom with a double bed and a very small bedroom of 6 sqm with 2 bunk beds.

The apartment has a very nice bathroom, a balcony and a big terrace at the front. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are good. A beautiful beach is exactly behind the house.
The neighbour dog who barked frequently was pretty annoying. But anyway we enjoyed the stay very much.

The owner is amazing, a true example of Sicilian hospitality. The house is perfect, you can see it was recently renovated as everything is brand new. It’s located right next to the Alcamo beach and one block away from a superb local restaurant and also a small café.
Balcony is perfect for relaxing outside while enjoying dinner with sea view.
All the power outlets have USB ports which I think it’s an awesome detail.

Cool apartment, clean and plenty of space. We used it to explore the north West of Sicily, and it was perfect for that. Easy to reach Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo , Trapani and Segesta.

We did not ask breakfast, it was appartment. The position was good, appartment was huge and nice, climatic conditions nice, sea was excellent, empty beaches, good food, friendly people
Initial problems with wifi connection, dirty streets outside (litter everywhere), sorting of gargage into sacks putting it in the street instead of containers, problems with positioning in google maps

Good equipped with everything needed in there. Clean and very quiet ( in November). Endless white sand beach just behind the house.

The location would have been fantastic if the weather had cooperated. We stayed off-season and did not really go for the beach but it would be spectacular in season. The size of the apartment was very good and had all the amenities.
The weather, but it is not the owner's fault of course. It was cool and damp outside when we arrived and it would have been nice if the owner would have turned on the heater prior to our arrival. Maybe instructions should be left in the apartment on how to operate the stove in the kitchen and how to operate the TV. The owner did drop by the next morning to see if everything was OK and then gave us instructions on all so it all worked out perfectly.
