Oro parece, plata no es...

La ubicación es lo más destacado. Al lado de la Catedral.

En general la distribución y las instalaciones. El baño no está cubierto y el olor impregna la estancia. La habitación no tiene puerta, quitando intimidad. No olvidando, que si va una tercera persona la cama supletoria da mucho que desear. Quizás bajar el precio o al menos indicar las peculiaridades sería óptimo.

Excellent location to discover Leon

The location is perfect. It is right beside the cathedral, so perfect for exploring Leon but quiet at night , so we slept well. The decoration is lovely a mix between old and new. We had a big patio with a table and chairs where you can sit and have a coffee or a drink in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and some complimentary basics. Very welcoming and comfortable.

The way the bathroom is made , with walls that dont go up completely to the ceiling do not isolate the bathroom from the rest of the apartment, so for example if someone takes a shower they can wake up anyone sleeping.

La posizione è top, proprio dietro alla cattedrale in una via ampia di stabili piccoli tutti finemente ristrutturati e molti servizi a disposizione. Il salotto/cucina e la camera arredati con gusto spaziosi e confortevole. Gradite le caramelle miele e propoli, l'acqua e le mele che l'host fa trovare sul tavolo! Host gentile e disponibile.

Il bagno un pó ridotto e stretto anche se i servizi di base sono presenti. Forse gli asciugamani dovrebbero essere più grandi soprattutto quelli per la doccia sono davvero minimi...ma ci si adatta (solo 1 notte)

Modern twist on historic accommodation

The property was centrally located with a magnificent view of the cathedral. The property had a great kitchen, and living area. Clean and comfy beds.

LAMENTABLE

El anuncio es un engaño. Sin calefacción y sin aire acondicionado. No fuimos capaces de dormir del frío que hacía y el dueño nos dijo que no podía hacer nada. Tampoco nos proporcionó mantas. Además, en el anuncio pone “Insonorización” pero el ruido que hay en esa zona y en ese edificio en particular es elevado. Además del continuo movimiento de gente por las escaleras y el ruido que produce. 0% recomendable. Teníamos un evento, y vimos además en el anuncio que ponía que tenía armario. Pues cuando llegamos, no había ni armario, ni una mísera percha para colgar las camisas, trajes, vestidos para que no se arrugase. TODO MAL, NO LO RECOMIENTO

Great old building with a wonderful view when exiting! However, the decore was early Spanish plywood! Besides not having someone to meet one at the property, not having instructions on how to get the keys - type in the code - now what do I do! And be careful of the ceilings -you hit your head several times!

Aunque es un servicio complementario que no depende de ellos, el restaurante Kapadocia de debajo, donde iba a dejar mi maleta el dia de salida, no quiso cogerme el equipaje porque por las fiestas tenía el almacén completo. Estaría bien tener alguna otra alternativa o no comprometerse a ofrecer este servicio si no hay total garantía

Nice stay, customer service experience can be enhanced.

I enjoyed the loft- style property layout and the extensive patio it has.

There was no staff on-site. Any questions asked were handled with standard, no commitment to customer service experience approach. Also the “site to handle luggage” did the minimum necessary to ONLY deliver the consigned luggage. How hard is it to provide the luggage handlers for “El camino” travelers a code to open the property door to pick up luggage, rather than the guest having to make special arrangements for the service pick up and potentially misses on El camino progress. Please look into it and I am sure you will get full positive reviews about the property.

Great location and very large unit. Close to parking.

Advertised AC but there is only heat in winter. Room is hot and there is no fan. With windows open noise from the outside is fairly loud. Bathroom smelled like cat pee. Shelf behind the bed which is the only place to plug in phones was covered in dust and not well cleaned.

There was no airconditioning even though this was proclaimed: There was only a system that had to keep the temperature below 24 Celsius degrees, but in our appartment at the top floor, it got way hotter, even at night.

Great location, but half of the advertised size.

Location was awesome. The view out the window of the cathedral was breathtaking.

Half of the advertised space was in a loft that barely had a meter headroom. I could barely crawl on hands and knees and not hit my head. The windows are small and high up, so you only get a view while standing. No closet to hang clothes.
