Hotel mit direkten Lage am Meer!

Direkte Lage am Meer, Großes Appartement, mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche, Suuuper Frühstücksbuffet, Reichlich Restaurants mit gutem Essen. Personal war nett und hilfsbereit!

Trotz der Größe etwas schwierig zu finden, weil es nicht gut ausgeschildert war. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber soll nach Angaben nach und nach renoviert werden. Man sollte sich schon merken wo sein Zimmer ist :-)

Perfect for a relaxing base to explore what Montenegro has to offer

Apartment with two bedrooms was modern and really spacious and the view was stunning. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Arranged parking space as we hired a car. Our room near the steps to direct beach access. Towels changed every day beds made up and cleaned

Everything was perfect for our stay. The roof top bar was not open, but didn’t impact us as we found an incredible beach

Exceptional

It was great to see the sea from our balcony and swimming in the pool at the top of the building was exceptional. The staff were especially kind.

It could be useful to have more informations about the parking possibilities before the vacation. For example a map that show us where should we go with the car after arriving at Rafailovici.

Superb

Perfect location with a great view! Shops and restaurants very close. For €8 per person there is a breakfast but if someone wants to prepare their own meals,thats also not a problem. There is a small parking, you can leave car anywhere and leave a keys in a reception, staff will move it is needed or park it for you.

Hotel is one big labyrinth. To get to car park or a roof top pool you need to use two lifts in 2 different sites of the hotel.

Nice view from the balcony.

The bedroom ceiling was so low I would bump my head. The airconditioning unit leaked water onto the sofa. The wifi is very poor. The parking is very limited for such a large complex. The swimming pool is tiny.

Nice stay in Ponta Hotel

Nice reasonable-priced hotel that we spent one week. Parking available for free. Amazing view from windo for the sea.

Kitchen would be a bit better furnished by kitchen tools.

Pleasant

The view was great

It's hard to find as when you book it's called Ponta but its actually Ponta Nova hotel with the apartments attached. Bit shabby looking from the outside but nice inside the apartment. Visited in May but the weather was shocking, Cold and rainy and only a thin sheet and what looked like a large towel to keep you warm

Dirty and disfunctional

the view was lovely, the view from the room/balcony was stunning, 50 min walk along the beach to Budva, a longer and more challenging walk to Sveti Stefan but possible, right on 2 nice shingle beaches and short walk to 2 supermarkets (though more expensive supermarkets than the larger ones outside of the area).

The hotel in general was unclean and unkept, the jacuzzi didn’t work and was disgusting, the pool was small cold and dirty, the bar was unmanned so the bar was not open the whole week, the lift to/from the pool was broke one day and the stairwell was locked, I panicked as there were 2 staff in the stairwell I could see through the glass who wouldn’t let us out and one just shrugged his shoulders so we were trapped and no staff to help, the pool was freezing cold, room was filthy, riddled with dust, the floor and bedding were both dirty, the hot water was intermittent at best, the cleaners took the tip we left but never cleaned (bins emptied and towels changed only), the balcony door was broke and would not lock, we reported this at the reception immediately after checking in but the receptionist just told us to go to our room and ignored me when I asked if someone was coming and just stared at her mobile phone- no one ever showed for the whole week, there was rubbish bags left around, communal floors had spilled drinks there for days, Wi-Fi worked in the room for 2 days max and no Wi-Fi anywhere except reception. the restaurant /bar was virtually unmanned, the staff were all sat round a table having drinks all day and it took 3 members of staff to get us 2 beers, when someone did, I had to point out where the bottle opener was, the price list is apparently incorrect - I said we were overcharged for drinks but he said it’s a 2015 price list (this is may 2023) no one offered us more drinks. we even sat in the outdoor area with a bottle of water we purchased elsewhere and weren’t even questioned, they are just so lazy and unhelpful, this was out of season too!

I was expecting more than what I got, but in general was just Good.

location was great, great costumer service provided by receptionist and few ladies in the restaurant as well

To be honest, for the price you pay here isn’t fair to get the attitude by some employees there. Also, the room that was shown thru the website I booked wasn’t the same one I got over there, it was different room that I wasn’t fan of it. Just giving heads up for costumer service improvement. *I was charged .50€ more by the restaurant for one order and didn’t get the receipt for it as well, which is not fair for the hotel’s guests*

Great stay with below average breakfeast

Great location near two beaches and walking avenue with bars and restaurants. Great views, daily cleaning, parking, great terrace with small poll and jacuzzi. Lift directly to the sea.

The stay would deserve a 10 if the breakfeast would be better. The choices were good, but the eggs and sausages were always cold.

Superb

Great location, excellent view, close to shops, beaches. House restaurant serves excellent food. Free access to pool on the hotel rooftop. Large apartment suitable for a family.

The cooking plate was not functioning properly. If someone rents an apartment one can expect to be able to prepare some basic food like boiling sausages. It took ages for water to boil...

location absolutely amazing staff very helpful and friendly big, comfortable flat for us 2 and our 4 kids

could be considered to incorporate a dishwasher a bit cold, but i think it has to do with the infrastructure of the building. There was a heating machine which was handy

The room was old and small, had very poor sound insulation, that smell in the bathroom 🤮

Very good

Excellent view and the position of the building. Everything was very clean. The staff very kind and helpful (Goran, Tanja especially)

1. air conditioning absent in the master bedroom (we asked for a fan/ventilator, and they provided one) 2. There was no safe deposit box, although indicated in the site… upon our request, a safe was installed 3. Our apartment (353) has not been refurbished, furniture quite old… the apartments did NOT look like depicted on the site… we asked for a better apartment, but was not available (apt 351 is refurbished, looking much better- I don’t know if the price is different) 4. There is no curtain in the bathroom

Poor

It was at a very nice location but this was the only good !

The room must be from 1990 . had just 2 pillows . It’s wasn’t clean , the bed was very hard . The photos of the room wasn’t real at booking . Except the reception no one else was speaking English . The bath was too small ! And for this I paid 130 euro . Too expensive !
