Muy recomendable

El apartamento muy completo com dos baños y lavadora. Terraza donde poder desayunar. A 4 de metro paradas del centro.

La piscina tenia buenas vistas pero la zona de terraza es muy pequeña para lo grande que es el edificio y a penas cabe gente.

Disappointing

The location was fine - easy access to the metro. The personnel in the reception were very friendly and helpful. There is a very small parking garage, which is convenient, however very steep and difficult to get out of. There were minimarkets, bakeries and coffee shops nearby.

We got a room at the ground floor with the door right out to the reception (I booked 6 months in advance, so I would have thought it possible to get a better room). We could hear everything and everyone, so we didn’t get much sleep with people coming in during the night, being very noisy! The room itself was like a dark cigar box, not at all like the photos. Worst of all we were told to make the sofa bed ourselves, ie pull out the bed, put on sheets and covers on the duvets - totally unacceptable!! None of us felt comfortable at all in the room/apartment. The rooftop pool did not look clean and the building/rooms were dated in general. All in all it was nothing like the pictures and in general very disappointing.

Good value for central Athens.

The location was good; close to the metro and we found a couple of nice places for dinner nearby. The apartment block was a little hard to find - we walked by it when we first arrived and had to turn back. Having the rooftop pool was lovely, and the rooms were pleasant and a decent size.

Our room was on the ground floor so quite dark even in the day time, and we felt we needed to put the shutters down for security when we left and went to bed. If we stayed again I would be sure to ask for a room on a higher floor. It’s unclear whether cleaning is meant to be like an Airbnb or a hotel, but our room wasn’t cleaned in the 5 nights we were there.

A great choice while in Athens!

The staff were helpful & kind! they arranged a very late check in and transfer from the airport, printed out Fett passes and assisted with other things. The rooms are modern and well equipped with a nice patio. we really liked the layout and spaciousness of the suite. The pull out bed is the nicest we’ve seen traveling with a family of 5. all of the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The apartment is super close to the metro and amazing food/restaurants as well. The roof top pool is perfect and a nice treat-we used it every day. Nice appliances and two bathrooms made this a great stay for us!

many people mentioned the area, but we found it perfectly safe and walked the neighborhood a lot, including in the evenings.

Clean but...

The place has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, so it's comfortable for families. It's reasonably clean but we had a cockroach in the room which apparently is common in Athens but of course, we weren't so convinced, so well. Public transport is close by, so that's convenient. All in all, reasonably good!

perfect long weekend stay with pool to cool down after a day of visiting acropolis

the property was clean, modern, everything worked well and all need were anticipated. Lovely apartment and beautiful rooftop terrace with pool to relax by. The staff were very friendly and readily available. They helped make the stay even more special by organising a birthday cake to be delivered with the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and always arrived on time. Brilliant stay

Superb

Excellent value for money. Really big apartment with everything you might need. Location is about a 20/30 minute walk or a few stops on the metro (or a 5 euro taxi) from most touristy areas. The gym is basic but functional. Breakfast is decent (delivered to your room at a requested time).

accomodation awesome, area it’s in scary and a frikn nightmare, no way I’d walk around here with a young family or alone

amenities, staff, size…

only the neighbourhood. went for a walk at 3pm afternoon…first 5 minutes came across 2 people openly smoking crack in clear glass pipes….found food, great meal at Alexander the Great ( can’t fault anything here! awesome food as recommended by Mosaic staff)onway back another crack smoker, 2 heroin nodding off people, awfully poor man with horrendous diabetic ulcerated legs…extremely sad for him! Didn’t feel at all safe in this area. taxis couldn’t fit on the narrow street so we had to walk to the end of street to get in them 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Excellent value for money

Great value for money, apartment fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Staff was always really helpful and kind and were on their toes to assist with a big smile, definitely recommended for families.

Location is not entirely central and the area is not a touristy one but metro station is very close.

Very good

The hotel was situated in a very good location with 3 minutes walk to the metrology station and 3 stops away from the city centre and many other attractions. Reception Staff very friend and ready to help. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also good but it later became boring as we don't have enough options. I liked this place

The cleaning staff were friendly but not hard working enough. The cleaning were not effective enough such as cleaning the room for 3 days and not cleaning the bath tub. They did not sweep where we kept the shoes the dust keep accumulating till we left. They didn’t replace used bathroom items until you ask. Although in general the hotel was clean and nice looking. I will recommend.

perfect location in Athens for families

very suitable for families and small groups. excellent facilities. roof top pool overlooking the acropolis. closed to the metro

there are not many restaurants and cafes near by, as far as we could tell. however not a big problem since the metro is very closed by and can commute easily to busier areas

Perfect for our family.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was perfect for our family of 5. We weren’t really expecting a full kitchen including a dishwasher and a washing machine so that was a real bonus. We also had a balcony where we could sit out. The swimming pool had fantastic views of the Acropolis and city. We even used the gym! The staff were welcoming and helped us with any query. Location was convenient for restaurants (5 minute walk), supermarkets and the Metro (15 minutes to the Acropolis).
