Уютно, но небольшие мелочи частично испортили впечатление от отдыха.

Красивый вид на горы. Уютно в номере. Есть паркоместо. Ухоженные поля для гольфа.

Прямо из номера открывается вид не только на горы, но и на кладбище. Хоть оно и скрыто деревьями, но об этом нигде не указано. Массаж: совсем не понравилось, что нет выбора массажиста (мужчина/женщина), жене массаж делал мужчина, а тем более на полностью голое тело, потому что не предоставляется никакого одноразового белья для массажа. Гриль: на фото везде указан гриль с углями. В реальности: электрогриль, мощности которого еле хватило, чтобы за 2 часа приготовить мясо, а затем доготавливать остальное на плите, так как потратили бы на готовку просто весь день.

Personal, cistota, klid.

V bazenu prilis chladna voda, detsky koutek v hotelu spatny vzduch (suteren), topny zebrik v koupelne netopil, jidlo v hotelu prumer (neodpovidalo cene)

Idealne na rodzinny wyjazd

Duży, ładny, nowoczesny apartament. Dobrze wyposażony. Dobra lokalizacja blisko ośrodków narciarskich z pięknymi widokami na góry. Idealne na wyjazdy z rodziną. W ośrodku basen - dodatkowo płatny.

W apartamencie było ciepło - ale brak możliwości samodzielnego ustawiania temperatury.

Krásné, moderní a čisté ubytování na úrovni

Ubytování bylo skvělé. V hotelu jsme byli již několikrát, ale poprvé v apartmánu. Byli jsme velice spokojení. Apartmán je krásný, prostorný, čistý a dobře vybavený. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma, včetně našeho psa, který byl v prostoru viditelně šťastný. Občas má problém si na novém místě zvyknout, ale tady se hned zabydlel. Personál hotelu byl nadstandardně příjemný, jídlo v restauraci výborné. Není co vytknout.

Narazili jsme na nepříjemné chování na blízké bobové dráze i u personálu Baldova světa (který jinak pro menší děti velmi doporučuji). To není samozřejmě vina ubytování, naopak tím více vynikl nadstandardně milý přístup zaměstnanců hotelu.

Nice Apartment, great location, really comfy - would like to come back once again - but the staff could Be more pleasant

staff were not that pleasant - wellness was not included in the price - 250 CZK per person. Breakfast package not worth it - the ham was expired. I could not take the Drinks out of the restaurant

there’s was no AC. we wanted to use the barbecue facility and we had to take it and bring it back ourselves which created a hassle. when we asked for a second ventilator we had to fight in order to get it

Good, i know the can do better.

Perfect location, the appartements are very complete and you will have a great view. It is also very nice that you have a parking place in front of your appartment.

This is the third time i’m visiting this hotel but this time our appartment was really not clean… the carpet looked like it was not clean and the appartment smelled bad. Even the television was not working good.

Nice view apartments with horrible staff

Apartments are really nice, but the service is the worst service we have ever experienced. The kitchen is not perfectly equipped as they write about.

You arrive to nice apartment, but service of this 4star hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. The evening we arrived we visited restaurant. I ordered salad with smoked tofu and flank steak. The steak was rotten and stinky. The waitress took it to the kitchen and came back saying: Cook says it is ok. Not mention of saying sorry... That kind of rude attitude we had couple of time ordering other services at the reception. We spend time there with impression, we are not welcome by any of member of staff at the hotel. we wanted to book 2 more apartments for the same day and heard theay are fully booked, while most of apartments were unoccupied, we wanted to visit swimming pool and another rude girl didn't say "ok, there's an extra charge aso..." Instead she said (or rather shouted: Swimming pool? But you need a card. Stop. Not saying why and what for, and how to get it. Questioned: where can I get the card, she lamented: "But you have to pay". Again we haven't heard where, how much and so on.... I don't want to start any discussions on one nation's attitude to others, but definitely we felt unwelcome, because of the country we came from.... Apartments, while checked on the internet are really nice, and you can read, you have there everything you could need, but, they forgot to write, there is no vent over the stove in the kitchen, so whatever you cook - there's a lot of smoke everywhere. While you take the shower, the rain shower is located exactly at the exit from the shower and as there's no door your bathroom is completely flooded. Also there's nice carpet, just next to the kitchen area, so while cooking you worry all the time, not to spill some food you cook. In general this apartment was not studied by architect from usability point of view.

Very nice and spacious two bedroom apartment. Tiles on the floor and big terras/balcony.

Very hot inside, no airconditioning. Would have been nice to have mosquito nets for the windows. Hard matsasses, at least for us.
