Beds were comfortable
This is absolutely not a 5star place like announced. Many facilities mentioned on the paper info in the room (like breakfast) are simply not there! Place is not sound-proof, do not have any amenities required for even 3 stars. It seems like administrators don’t know what info they provide about hotel on booking.com website and what is agreed with guests. For example, we agreed on a late check-out when checking in, but the morning administrator tried to kick us out even before the official check-out time! When I pointed to her, that it is 11am and official check-out is 12:00, she basically “did me a favor” and allowed to leave at 12. So overall very big disappointment and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and new !
Pillow to hard/high and airco was not cooling.

Man musste Bar zahlen.

We can recommend this hotel as it is cozy, neat, provides an exceptional service and its location is very convenient. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to Artur for taking care of our late check-in.

Nothing. They bother only about their fake rating & money, not about their guests. When you complain about anything, they would reply that it was your fault: you'd ordered a cheap room (i.e. standard in their classification), you were too demanding. etc. By the way, I didn't demand anything, just paid for the first night & fled to Ramada 500 meters away, just a little bit pricier & endlessly better, what I recommend to do to all the Yerevan guests.
Some of the rooms have no window, except a small one overlooking the corridor, no sunlight and no fresh air! Isn’t it cheating? And they also lie, advertising a room having a sauna, while sauna is in the basement on request. They also advertise free wine and champagne on check-in, that is also false. And they make coffee for the guests at reception in a toilet! I'm not joking - it is a toilet for receptionist, where there is a small kitchenette with a kettle, while the sink & W/C are not separated! They should be prosecuted at least by sanitary inspection for that.

Excellent location, quiet, nice swimming pool
Wifi a bit erratic, the pullout sofa was broken.

Very central position
Card payment didn't work
No windows in the rooms
Shower drain not working
We got 2 rooms, one was big and spacious, the other one extremely small

Clean room.
Very small rooms. Closet is very very small. Have to live from your luggage which you have nowhere to put. Receptionist is right in your face as soon as you open your door. No privacy. Pool access is through their restaurant. Never used it. Curtains not enough to cover the entire window. People can look into your room from the restaurant. Restaurant right outside your window so it was open and noisy until 2-3 am.

The rooms were clean and the bed was quite comfortable.
The pictures on the site and on Facebook were not reflective of the room I was to stay in. There was not a chair or a table in the room. A very small closet with four hangers and no where to unpack my clothing. The luggage was at the foot of my bed on the floor and I could barely walk around the bed.
The window in my room faced a loading dock area and had to keep the curtains closed so people could not look in. The lobby desk was right outside my door and I could hear the phone ringing throughout the night.
My plan was to stay for 21 days but we had to move out after two nights.
The hotel is good if you are planning a short stay but would not recommend for a long vacation.

Clean place and centrally located. Few minutes walk to all downtown attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have rented the 3 bedroom apartment for the family, and it is one of the few places in Yerevan offering this type of property at an affordable price.
No parking space available and you have to literally hunt a spot in the vicinity or if you’re lucky in front of the hotel.

There were some problems with the card terminal to pay for the booking. But it was the bank fault, not the hotel. The ATM is not far from the hotel, so it will take a couple of minutes to get cash.

The kindest, most welcoming and most supportive staff ever! They are the best.
The rooms are beautifully designed, the service is excellent.

I liked the front desk lady. She was so amazing. I speak Armenian but she heard my accent and continued to speak English which made me feel more comfortable. She’s so kind and nice.
We tried to call and order food from the menu, but the restaurant said they had their own emu and some items were not available. But it wasn’t a big deal they brought us a new menu and we ordered finger foods.

There were awful smells in the bathrooms. Very loud noise by cars and neighbor cafes do not let sleeping at night. The rooms are quite cramped.

Good Location, staff, clean and comfortable room!
the Sauna is not included in the price and the pool is cold

Central location, clean and affordable hotel, with all the facilities you might need for travelling. Very friendly staff. All main attractions on the walking distance. Still, quite at night. Quite large rooms and beds, cleaned very carefully.

Location is great in the middle of city everything is close to it. great place for stay. there is also a small pool and sauna and you can use it freely 24/7. Rooms are new and clean. Stuff is helpful and you can ask them anything.
If you are travelling with car there isn't closed parking spot but you can park car near hotel you will find the place somewhere close to hotel.
nothing to mention.

If I could give this place a rating higher than 10 I would've! Beautiful, clean, spacious room and nice facilities. It's close to everything, restaurants, bars, main attractions, squares and public transportation.
Alla at the main desk was incredible. She was so helpful and she made my stay so much better with her great advice and recommendations. The rest of the staff is so friendly and helpful as well, I recommend this place 15/10

Location. Quiet. Friendly management.
Room had no desk or chairs like in photo.
Garden view looks on parking place.

very nice, spotlessly clean, new hotel in great location. staff were incredibly helpful and nice.
walls bit too thin to withstanding russians speaking in elevated and animated voices as they are prone to do in these troubling times…

Position is ok…
the room was so small that I couldn’t unpack my luggage with no window to the outside so the quality of the air was really bad plus I had no hot water for 2 days and problems with Wi-Fi for half day.
