Meticulously clean, nice ocean view, lockup garage connected to building. Friendly welcoming permanent residents in same building.
Directly beside fire department, garage best suited to a small vehicle but just managed to fit a VW Amarok. Kitchen aged but very clean and functional.

location was great. neat and tidy. quiet complex
3.5 / 5.0
Good location across from beach but a little down the road from busy shops cafe area so quieter with traffic. Garage with internal access. Spacious unit. Has grab rails in shower and toilet if you need them. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
There are two sofas which are both too low to the ground i think to suit short people as the sink/tap in bathroom is very low as well. Someone with knee issues would have trouble using sofas.

Location is fantastic, with a 10 minute stroll to the restaurants/shops/hotel/patrolled beach. Nice ocean view from the front balcony. Main bed is very comfy. Reasonably priced. Booking agent - Kingscliff Sales & Rentals - was great to deal with (especially Tash)
The main lounge suite was uncomfortable. Some of the owners' "art work" (ie the framed cross-stitches) were pretty weird and stark contract to the nice "beachy" artwork. Lock up car park is a bit of a challenge for a larger vehicle. It is an older unit in need of a few minor running repairs, but that is also reflected in the price.
