In general, strongly recommend !

Perfect spot location close to the city center, the seaport, and other attractions. The area is called SOHO. If you need to feel the real Spanish ambiance then the place is perfect for you :)

A bit noisy at night because of the big street around.

be aware that the hot water is only 90 L as they mention.. in my case it wasn’t enough for one shower! so mid of the shower the hot water finished !

oké, but I needed to downgrade my expectations.

Location was perfect, host was helpful.

The masterbedroom is on the street side. There is always some sound from people and machinery. The windows are not isolated and the shutters can not prevent the sound coming in. The other room is much better.

Comfortable

We loved this apartment. It is spacious and warm, we had everything we needed either for cleaning or basic ingredients cooking. There were extra bed covers and pillows provided and the AC is in very good condition. The apartment is very secure and only residents can enter the building.

I only wish if check-out time could be pushed an hour as 11 is a bit early.

Extremely nice option for a Malaga vacation!

The apartment is just amazing! Extremely well located (walking distance to the Old Town center, Malagueta beach, port, bus station, dozens of restaurants, cafeterias and bars., Super clean, nice amenities, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Very easy contact with the company that manages it, they reply your messages promptly. We were very happy and highly recommend it!

For a first timer in Malaga, it is a little complicated to get to the right place because the location sent was not accurate. The street where the building is located is not available for cars. But the staff was quickly helpful to bring us to the building. As a suggestion, a meeting point reachable by car could be set.

Beautiful luxurious apartment!

The space, perfectly situated, the furniture and decoration, it all gives you a home feeling and makes the stay really comfortable. I was afraid the pictures on booking.com were promising too much, but it was straight up to what we saw on arrival. Close to the center, the market, the harbour and Malaga’s soho. Easy to go for some bread in the morning or even go for a perfect breakfast.

I missed things in the gorgeous big kitchen, like cooking gear. Otherwise everything was there. But well, I am a chef, so maybe I expect too much. Enough nice restaurants to compensate for it.

Worst flat ever so dirty such poor standards avoid

Arrived to a very dirty flat with a smell, ants, dust and damaged bits in all rooms. A very poorly managed flat. Raised it with host to get accused of no one else said that???? To which we were appalled at this. We have pictures of all bits. It totally ruined our stay as it was disgusting. Raised it with Booking.com too who did so little.

Apartment, comfort, all washing machine, dryer and all other facilities

Heating worked well only in the living room, bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms could not be properly heated. Both bathrooms had electrical heating which helped but was not ideal. Good thing is that weather was pretty nice during a day so we did face major issues. Bathrooms and a kitchen were occasionally has some unpleasant but not too intensive smell but not sure if it was because no one stayed in the apartment for some time or it is something else. Bathroom sink in a master bedroom was not functioning until I opened a sink cap on one and removed a sink cap on another.

Great apartment, great location but quite noisy.

The location of the appartement was great, but the it was very noisy during the night and morning due to traffic, bars and construction workd and as one of the window covers was damagaed it was bright as well.

the apartment could have been better cleaned up. there was quite a lot of dust on the floor.

I recommended for families or a group of friends

View on the sea, good localization, very nice living-room, two bathrooms, big kitchen, well equipped. Very helpfull staff.

Smell in one bedroom (water installation failure caused damp smell).
