Emplacement, piscine, service

Propreté à revoir, beaucoup de poussière dans les chambres. On a réservé une chambre de 21m2.. je doute que ce soit le cas. Pas assez de transat pour les résidents (seulement 5 transats) pour plus de 20 chambres…

De lokatie is centraal, je bent snel in het centrum.

Weinig ligbedden / parasols bij het zwembad. Bar is de hele dag gesloten. Geen koffie of thee mogelijkheid in het hotel.

Piacevole rientrare in hotel dopo le lunghe passeggiate. Un elogio alla receptionist Cristina!

Camere ben arredate e bagno ampio. Molto carina la piscina sul tetto per il relax a fine giornata. Ambienti curati e puliti. Cortesia del personale ed in particolare bravissima ed ottima consigliera la receptionist Cristina: ogni hotel dovrebbe avere un’impiegata come lei!

Camera non ben insonorizzata: anche a finestre chiuse si avvertiva molto bene il passaggio di automobili ed il chiacchierio dei passanti. Colazione con solo servizio al tavolo e scelta limitata.

Great location easy to get around, friendly staff

Wifi didn't work at all on our stay which was quite frustrating as I had to use my data, for such a price I would expect wifi to be working, we asked at the desk from day one till the end and it never worked in our room. Quiet a noisy road at night

Localização excelente, cama muito confortável e funcionários muito prestativos. Os quartos não são enormes mas são bem equipados e confortáveis. Trabalhamos do hotel em alguns dias e não tivemos grandes problemas.

A conexão wifi não era muito boa, estava sempre a falhar.

Excellent hotel overall - would stay here again if we return to Sevilla

Absolutely everything is excellent, including the staff who was always taking care if we were being well treated. Room is amazing, restaurant is really good, we loved everything.

Unfortunately, pool floor was closed… I believe it should be open all year since it was sunny and reasonably warm (20-22°C) AC is central, so you cannot choose between hot or cold. Since other guests requested, they chose to leave it on the heater and not on the cooling function. They do not have fans to offer as well - we had to sleep with the window open and the street is quite noisy

Comfy and cosy hotel close to old part of the city

Spacious and nicely designed common areas and rooms. Very comfy beds. Nice staff.

There is restaurant that is not much separated from the hotel that is kind of weird as people are eating in the lobby… Kettle and basic hot beverages set in the room would be nice taking it is 4* hotel.

Entspannter und wunderschöner Kurztrip

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super nah an der Stadt und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort und würden dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately it was disappointing stay.

The entrance of the hotel was good and so was the decor of the hall.

Not easy to find hotel and the parking was only available for tiny cars as the hotel had a small lift. Had to drive miles aways to find parking to keep the car overnight £25. I booked a superior room with breakfast and was given standard room without breakfast. The bathroom was old. There were no bathrobes, nor hairdryer and no complimentary tea or coffee. Impossible to call reception from the room as the receptionist just kept putting the phone down on me when I said “hello”…I gave up in the end.

Disappointed to be charged a full days rate to extend our room stay for only a few hours. Should be somewhere for guests to shower/change after checking out when you have a later flight.

Wonderful suite that’ll make happy couple

The suite was absolutely beautiful! We loved it from start to end. I saw the hotel during my first trip in Sevilla so it was really a great choice to choose it for my second trip. Really happy here. The pool and the tranquility (in the hotel and in the neighborhood) is also pretty enjoyable. And I think the location is great if you’re looking to more local places.

I think there’s room for improvement on breakfast regarding availability. We arrived at the buffet around 9 and few things were left - tasted really good though.

A spacious, calm and cool retreat, perfectly positioned to explore Seville.

The hotel is in great location — close to the lively night life of Macarena but an easy 20 mins walk to the key sites such as Real Alcazar and the Cathedral. The rooms are modern and perfectly adequate with nice showers. The rooftop pool was a bonus - small but very refreshing. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I would particularly single out Christina who gave us a brilliant ‘what to do’ chat - and sent us out with a personalised map and recommendations of an out-of-the-way, but brilliant nearby tapas bar, that we would never have discovered otherwise!

Yu have to book in the restaurant in advance if you plan to have lunch or dinner there as it's quite popular among the locals.
