Pas très fair-play tout ça .

Le parking gratuit est un plus apprécié, même si il est à 7 minutes à pied. Commerce et restaurant à proximité. La douche bouillante.

Une passoire énergétique. Malgré 3 radiateurs à fonds, impossible d'avoir chaud dans l'appartement. Aucun équipement. Pas de couette ni couverture supplémentaire . Un fer et une table à repasser mais aucune étagère ni placard pour poser les vêtements. Pas un seul à eau , seulement 3 petites flûte à Champagne.... dépareillé. Ustensiles de cuisine réduit au maximum. Beaucoup d'autres petits détails pas digne d'une location

Good location, disappointing property.

The Location was very good for walking into the city centre. The use of a parking badge in the nearby car park was much appreciated.

We stayed at the Superior Apartment. The description of the property is very misleading. It is not a one bedroom apartment as the bed is just the other side of internal stairs, so it is more a studio. The only "seating area" is 2 chairs at the kitchen table. There is no mention of the 42 stairs up a spiral staircase to reach the apartment, nor the 8 very steep steps within the apartment, which have to be negotiated when walking from one part to the other - not too good for us 80-year olds! The bed sheet was badly stained.

La perfection de Dijon

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé , proche du centre ville vous pouvez tout faire à pied. L'hôte est super serviable n'est pas difficile à joindre si vous avez n'importe quel soucis il sera la a votre écoute . Allez-y les yeux fermés .

A cosy apartment in a great location!

Excellent location, very close to the historic center of this vibrant city. The cosy apartment is facing a lively street with some nice restaurants, shops... We had a great communication with the owner who provided the detailed instructions on accessing the accommodation and the nearby garage. I would definitely choose this place again!

Great place

Beautiful place to stay, clean, well equipped and nice walk to the centre of Dijon and it's history

Nothing really, it was a perfect, restful end to a 5wk journey around Europe before returning to Australia.

Clean & cosy & close to everything you want to see

clean, cosy, close to all the main areas of the town and it’s an easy walk from the train station. Don’t be put off by the fold out bed. Even for two well built oldies approaching 70 it was really comfortable

Good location, very close to the center, free parking included.

very bad services, YOU DON'T WANT TO SLEEP HERE, crumpled linen, probably previously used and unwashed, dirty pillows, old and shabby towels.

noisy and very uncomfortable

the location

we thought there was no bed but it turned out that we had to sleep on the sofa. we had to place the sheets etc ourselves. it was incredible uncomfortable to sleep on. there are bright lights in front of the windows and there are no proper curtains, so it’s a bit light in the room at night the noise from the street is very loud, we where awake at least 50% off the night the place is really really small coffee machine not working the staff responds fast, no complaints about that

Suitable for a quick & cheap stay

Great location, clean shower & kitchen. Cosy flat in quirky building. The owner took upon himself to come in person to share a car park pass so we didn't have to pay for parking (last day only... but I didn't expect a pass so it was nice of him to share it)

Tiny electric heater & cold building, would recommend going there in the summer. Shutters and blind not very useful, there will be light as soon as the sun rises. Rather noisy street

How close was to public transport, walking distance

No WIFI at all, tried to connect for the 4 days I stayed. Bed linen was old and it felt dirty, not a chance to get another set, the actual place was dirty.

The location was excellent close to everything in the old town and the gare. You felt part of the town living. You could not ask for more.

Disappointing

Location

The bed was badly stained and wet when we arrived. On arrival, we notified the owner of this and were assured thaf it would dry by the evening. "Surely you are not going to sleep now", we were told. The bed stayed wet during the night and it was still badly stained after two nights of our stay. The sheets didn't look clean (I suppose they were white once). There were two bath towels and one tiny hand towel with some bleach stains. N

a good place to stay in Dijon for a weekend

The location was great, very close on foot to the city centre. The facilities of the room were great nad helpful (fridge, microoven, coffee machine etc.)

It was a little bizzare to handle check-in and check-out all by myself. The room seemed quite small and well, the couch-bed could have been more comfortable.
