room was very comfortable, location was very convenient.

Breakfast supplies hadn't been replenished only has one tea bag for a two-night stay. Did have the need to stay a third night but host gave the impression they couldn't accommodate so had to relocate elsewhere.

The food for breakfast was very good, it covered all our dietary needs thank you.

Everything was good except for the bed was a bit soft for us.

The nearby neighbourhood was very quiet and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable surrounds and generous breakfast provisions. A lovely sunny outdoor private area.

The room was private, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Peaceful and quiet. Parking was good, right outside the room. Great value for money.

The bed was too soft for one of us. Comfortable but with no support as you sink into the bed.

Excellent selection of yoghurt and cereals, bread and fruit. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Lovely neighbourhood.

A Special place to stay as a B&B very well priced can book on booking.com. Brian and Jenny your hosts are exceptional making your stay a home sweet home feeling. You are provided all you will need in the kitchen and bathroom with a small private court yard to relax in to top things off and a BBQ. Enjoy your stay I always do.

Private and secluded extension to the main property. Nicely laid out inside with excellent kitchen facilities. Brian and Jenny certainly went above and beyond with all the goodies to make our stay an enjoyable one. Fridge extremely well stocked. Even had a Ferrero Rocher on the bed on arrival! Lots of information about Esperance and the surrounding area on hand. Lovely outside area where we sat and relaxed in the sun late afternoon and had our breakfast outside.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

The hosts were friendly and helpful but gave us space. You could tell on arrival how clean the room was. I didn't worry about using wipes/eucalyptus spray as I sometimes do with holiday accommodation. It also had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was so comfy, more so than our bed at home!

This is a little gem of a place/spot. Quiet with the normal neighbourhood noises which you would expect - very calming. The space has everything you need and then some.The hosts are very accommodating. I always measure my stays with the question would I stay there again and This is a definite yes!

Jenny and Brian were the consummate hosts who went out of their way to make us feel most welcome and provided us with great tips for sight seeing and also giving us an overview of the history of the area. Our accommodation was comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location to all amenities and attractions. Fabulous B&B.

Not as close to esperence township as some other accomodation, only a 10min drive. Nice location for exploring the national park and waterways.

Location - Easy to access. Very nice and warm hosts. Comfortable beds (much needed after a long day's drive) and clean bathrooms.
