Would not recommend this place

The internet was good.

The room was dirty and so was the bathrooms. There was no warm water and the bed was uncomfortable. The window did not open properly.

Dirty, laborious and sad

Location was good, close to shops and underground, you have access to a bathroom and kitchen and washing machine but thats all that was good about it, you have a sink in your room and access to good wifi there is also a dresser for clothes, bed was ok nothing special but not bad at all.

Room was dirty and dusty as if they hadnt vaccumed in months, I had to buy a vaccum because i couldnt stay in the room otherwise, bathroom is supposedly kept clean by tenants but yea good luck with that same story for the kitchen area tenants cook leave dirty dishes behind that YOU will have to clean to cook, was really disgraceful kitchen was also not very clean, it would pay the owner to get a cleaner in once a week to raise the standard as for the price the quality of people arent going to be great would not recommend unless your tight on money or a cheapskate, DONT SKIMP ON QUALITY OF LIFE.

Last resource

The woman who stays there taking care of the place. She's lovely and the only reason I didn't give zero. Shower is nice and strong

House is very old, bed setting could use a change. The pillows are so worn they're flat, giving you a pain in the neck. Toilets needs to be refurbished. Is not far from the train (or underground) station but if it's late and you're alone is a bit scary because there is a dodge footbridge on the way. We stayed in the room beside the kitchen and every time someone cooked we knew by the smell and we were unlucky someone decided to have eggs 3 times in 4 days. And also the lightbulb in our room kept a low and continuous beep when on.

It’s not the safe place to live .

I didn’t like anything regarding this property .

The property was very unhygienic and dirty . Because of that place I got really sick and got kidney infection and fever . Bathrooms were so dirty and room were dirty too.. In the pictures it looks beautiful house but in reality is very dirty and sick .

Not a great experience for the money. Way overpriced. The whole house needs an overhaul.

Quiet location

No toilet paper in either of the toilets. The shower controllers in both shower rooms need replacing (the water came out scaldingly hot). Carpets in the room are very tired and grubby. The entire house needs some TLC.

Very good

Pretty good place for a budget traveler. The owner is a flexible and chill guy. Although located in a suburban area, the proximity to public transportation and grocery stores is good. It's located in a quiet and ethically diverse neighborhood.

Tips to travelers: this place is basically a furnished short term private room rental. Although some travelers leave their stuff before leaving, you will have to bring some stuff such as toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. You'll need to clean the shared bathroom if other guests don't keep it clean.

Close down the place or make it habitable

Nothing. Everything was just wrong. Stepping into the reception, a terrible bad odour filled the air.

The entire place had horrible odour. Dirt everywhere, rug smells, walk way filled with litters room terrible. Money was simply wasted. Reject my request in case i book next time in error.

Bang for your Buck!

I loved the atmosphere of the place! It's got lovely rooms, all priced extremely well. Jenti is a brilliant host who takes care of his tenants. Great communication in the house and all the necessary facilities in order to cook, clean and relax! Very close by there is rail and bus to get into London city centre and some local shops including a large Sainsbury's. I would definitely recommend this place and will be heading back when I need a place to stay!

One of the showers didn't have temperature control but the other one did. all ran smoothly apart from that.

Cozy home

This is a good nice place, far from the center (30-40 minets by underground), but near two underground stations (10 minets). There are beautiful houses in the streets, park, all big shops near (Sainsbury, Tesco, Lidl, Asda, Primark). I liked that place. House is comfortable and quiet, there are bathrooms, two kitchens, living room and inside garden. I liked room where I stayed, it has everything that needs, is near the kitchen and has a big window with door into the garden. I liked other guests, we spended the time like a family. House owner hospitable and responsible.

There is a carpet on the floor, I don't like a carpet, woods floor is better.

Passable

It can give a good experience for my kid to know what is poverty and a home without management could be a disaster. Life could be bad but Life goes on. Thanks for the sweet from the owner. This is my first visit to UK which give me a strong impression.

Poor management. Poor facilities. Inadequate lighting (actually just need to add one more bulb in each room). So dirty. Stain everywhere. Every time I need to wash the inside of the microwave by detergent bcos some of the other tenants are not responsible. I also cleaned the floor of the kitchen because it is so sticky that i can't stand with it. I also put the garbage to the outside bin. It is not supposed to be done by a customer.

Not enjoyable, but not the worst.

The location, the privacy and the wifi worked well. It as quiet and despite the busyness of the road, it was quiet.

The bathrooms were filthy and one of the toilets was very smelly. Although there no smoking signs everywhere, both my room and the corridor smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

I enjoyed my stay.

I like the warmer cos of cold especially in the night. Also Like the fact I was able to cook instead of getting food outside. It was a plesant moment for me.

The Room Table is always shaking while writing or typing. It need to be fixed.
