Loved it’s a heaven ❤️

Excellent property and very convenient activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

It was a little far up the hill, so for people with walking difficulties: be aware of this!

Exceptional

This is the best hotel I've been though this trip, And it was because of the remarkable view and weather, It's great if you want to relax, It feels like a guest house, The breakfast was prepared for each family alone and it was delicious, They have toys to entertain both adults and children, They have stove if you want to prepare your own food,

The sound proof it not much, So you can hear other steps.

Very friendly staff, but a lack of house cleaning.

Very friendly and flexible staff, nice view from the terrace, options to cook own food in the kitchen.

No house cleaning, therefore no refill of toilet paper, photo make it seem nicer and more central that what it actually, not so well sound proofed between rooms

The room is very nice and clean. The view from the room balcony and the terraces is amazing. Washroom is also big. The lady from the reception speaks English and also very accomodating and approachable. Environment was very peaceful. The breakfast is also good. The good thing about this hotel is you can use their kitchen to cook your meal.

Overall our stay in Sunshine Kazbegi is very wonderful. The receptionist is very helpful!

The view from the front and back is so amazing. The room is very cozy and the breakfast is superb! I love all of it! It has wifi, and the place where we eat breakfast and dinner it has a very good view of the Gergeti trinity church plus, it's very cheap! If you want to have a more good view of the Caucasus mountain, you can walk 11mins going to Rooms Hotel and have some coffee there. I would really recommend this place!

the only thing I don't like is the floor because it's made of wood. With every step you make, they can hear it from the other room even below.

Superb

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I love how comfortable the bed was and very clean room. The breakfast was lovely. On top of my favorite is the view from the balcony.

There was a road construction at the time of our visit, so our car couldn't get inside and we had to walk in a rough road and carry our luggage from the main road to the hotel.

Cute and cozy hotel View from the hotel balcony and the windows were superb Hotel staff immediately attended when there was issue in the heating radiator in room Breakfast was good Good value..

Heating radiator adjustment knob was missing in the room Access road to the hotel was under some repair work and hence we had to carry our luggages for short distance

Fantastic! This is a pretty nice room with a stunning view. You'll have a small fridge in a room, comfortable bathroom, large bed, but no TV and AC. A small balcony is a good place to relax and enjoy the mountains panorama (as well as the terrace below). I advise you to take a breakfast - it's really good. It's even more enjoyable on a terrace with Kazbek view. Also you can use well equipped kitchen. 24h free tea/coffee for your service, too. And yeah, the staff is great as well.

Great stuff and amazing breakfast. The room contains everything you need, patio is great, kitchen has coffee and tea. Also you can buy good wine in good price

Amazing vacation in Kazbeki Sunshine!

Very clean & amazing view on mountain. their terrace is awesome. We liked very much their special breakfast and dinner place

Great staff and good hotel with awesome views

Rooms were great, good location, nice breakfast. The receptionist speaks English fluently and was so helpful with helping us do daytrips and transport to Tbilisi.

There are cats on the balcony and some times inside the hotel. I am very allergic and would advise other people with allergies to be aware of this.

Excellent stay

Lovely and very helpful staffs, we had a great stay over there and will surely consider the same place if we are coming back in Kazbegi! Clean room with furnitures that looks new. If you have a doubt about getting the breakfast or not, just try! It was excellent and way more than expected. Hats off to the cook

I do not think there is anything we didn't like. The location is not next to the main road and it's for a better: You won't be annoyed by the heavy traffic that can pass by it. The view from the terrace/balcony is also worthing it. View on the Gergeti Trinity Church and the Mount Kazbek

View: Stunning views of the mountains from the balcony Cleanliness: Well maintained and cleaned regularly - both room and common area including dining Cats to play with Easy to hike to the Church Spacious rooms with good amenities

Staff could have been more proactive with suggestions on things to do and giving an idea of local culture etc.
