Location, noisy area, small room , dark. Upon arrival, we didn’t had our request accommodated for a double bed. We got instead 2 single beds. Receptionist said she didn’t saw our message request on the booking.We were moved to another room which was smaller and for single occupancy, not even close to superior room.The staff was unhelpful, i was calling reception few times and no one answered. We asked for extra towels they said they have celebration and they are busy if we come down to pick up by ourself it would be faster, we had do not disturb sign on the door and staff entered and switch off the sign and remove the water bottle and left only one water with explanation that they thought there is single occupancy. The bathroom was dirty especially the shower area.

Exceptional

This hotel is excellent. Everything was a bit extra. The rooms were comfortable and with interesting design. The staff were very helpful. There was a parking space right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was superb and the ladies in the kitchen were very sweet. The location is excellent. Also - there is a bar. 10/10 would visit again when in Shtip.

Late arrival, sleep, next day breakfast all day out for business meetings

It was simple clean and safe which are the key notes for a good hotel.

the distance to the capital. and to much bind at booking platforms.

The keycard to my room stopped working and when I got home at 2 am. There was no one in the reception to help me out. The provided telephone number was out of service

Service was brilliant! Room was very clean. Everything was beyond our expectations. From check in to check out, the experience at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The absolutely best place to stay at when visiting Shtip .

Superb option for your stay in Stip!

great location and super staff… bright and comfy rooms and really good food / wine

I had a room at the 1st floor which is very noisy at night from the bar below.

The best hotel i have ever visited ! I highly recommend this hotel !

The hotel is situated in the center of the city with the most beautiful view . All staff is very helpful and professional .Wifi fast . Property and rooms are very clean . The breakfast is very delicious . Private parking is also available .

The best choice when in Shtip

The staff was helpful and professional. Superior rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast was good. Property is very clean. A/C works very well. WiFi fast

Standard twin rooms much too small... especially for 2 adults. No superior rooms with twin beds.

friendly service that goes above and beyond

The staff were super friendly and kind and went out of their way to help and to fulfill special requests. They are really some of the nicest people I have met in traveling. Interaction throughout my stay was wonderful including communication before I arrived. One example: Since the kitchen on-property was closed Sunday night, the staff ordered something from a nearby restaurant, had it delivered, plated it and served it and passed on the bill for me to pay without any mark-up. They also went out of their way to provide a vegan breakfast each morning with gluten-free bread.

The drapes in my room let light in a bit at the edges and I like a totally dark room. I also prefer a fitted bottom sheet for the bed (it doesn't bunch up as much) which they didn't have. But the service made up for little flaws in the hard product.
