Great location, spacious and spotlessly clean

The house is fantastic, exceptionally clean and comfortable with plenty space in all rooms , parking is very good with enough space for 2 cars . Excellent location, very quiet day and night . I would most definitely recommend this property and will return in the near future.

The perfect retreat in Skegness

This past weekend, I had the immense pleasure of experiencing a charming cottage in the heart of Skegness. The accommodation was a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making for a wholly relaxing and invigorating stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cottage was beautifully situated, offering a nice outside space which was a treat to the eyes. The quaint charm of the cottage was offset by its modern amenities, ensuring comfort without sacrificing the authenticity of the experience. Inside, the cottage was immaculately clean and wonderfully cosy. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush, comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen. The living area was a cosy haven, perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace after a day exploring the local area. Speaking of the locale, Skegness offers an abundance of activities and sightseeing opportunities. We enjoyed walks along the stunning beaches, visits to the local shops and restaurants.. There's something for everyone in this charming seaside town. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The hosts were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided us with local recommendations and were always on hand to answer any queries we had. In conclusion, our weekend in the cottage at was a delightful experience that exceeded all our expectations. It offered the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, this Sunshine cottage is the perfect destination. I wholeheartedly recommend this idyllic hideaway for anyone in search of the perfect retreat.

This place was really nice, clean, specious, quiet, just what we needed for a holiday with a dog. The garden is really big and private, perfect for dogs. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff and the bathroom has shampoos, conditioners, bath wash etc. Beds are pretty comfy. I loved the house and the village and enjoyed the weekend away all together. I will be back.

Lovely clean spacious house

The house was very clean, lots of room for our family, a big dining table. Everything you needed, they had thought of, such as games for the kiddies, garden furniture, carrier bags, oil and even some milk in the fridge. There was a driveway for the car. Quiet area. Spacious garden.

Beds were a little squeaky. There wasn't any hot water after 10pm, but owner have responded to say this is due to it being on a timer and they are looking into this.

lovely homely feel in a great location just a short walk from the beach. nice secure garden for our four legged friends. I’m sure this will not be our only visit to this lovely property

Relaxing and peaceful stay.

Close by to the beach (10 minute walk at the most) and town, we ate in most of the nights and there is plenty of cutlery, pots, pans and cooking trays available. The furniture was good, especially the beds! plenty of seating inside and out. The garden was big and secure. we requested for extra guests to join us which was not a problem as we had room and the hosts were very good at responding to us with the request for extra guests.

The only thing I did not like is the Bathroom but that is because I am petrified of them!

SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!! Perfect location.

The house was SPOTLESSLY clean!!! Perfect location, close to all amenities. HUGE back garden and drive to park your car.

The only thing I would suggest is a better shower, it's lovely and warm but not very powerful.

Toilet seats loose Carpets were tired and worn Ceiling tiles in living room coming down No heating on arrival was extremely cold Had to phone vanda to ask about heating. As was my bday were told we could book out at 12pm , Vanda turned up at 10 30 Fortunately we were ready to leave but extremely disappointing Would not book again.

have visited before so happy with what was offered. quiet location and dog friendly. owner has made several improvements.

only downside was that the bath had been changed (fine), but now did not have any handles to assist getting in/out of bath. not so good for us senior citizens!

Had a lovely mini break at Sunshine Cottage with the dogs

This was our second visit to Sunshine Cottage with our dogs, our first visit a few years back was with the Grandchildren. This time we brought our youngest and his dog. A secure garden for us is always a must and this cottage definitely has that. It really is a nice little place to stay, spacious, clean, all you need to enjoy your break. Beach is only a 10 min walk away, be mindful of the 'strictly no dogs' area. We also forgot to take the beers out of the fridge... enjoy!!

The mattress in the main bedroom could do with an upgrade.
