Très bon petit déjeuner.

Amfitrions extremadament ambles i cordials. Ens van ofeir molta informació específica dels llocs on volíem anar i d'altres dels que no teníem referència, inclosos restaurants i pastisseries. Excel·lent anglès. Hi vam sopar dues vegades molt bé i a bon preu. El bungalou era ample i netíssim. Entorn rural molt bell.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Always there to help us, make a meal for us or just have a good conversation. The place is a beautiful oasis and you can really see all the love they put into it. Thanks so much for having us!

We've spent our Augusts in Turkey for the past 15 years, staying in numerous hotels, but this one is by far our favorite accommodation to date. I first discovered this place on Google Maps about six months ago, and since then, it's been on my travel wishlist. It exceeded all my expectations and then some! The experience was utterly magical, and I only wish we could have extended our stay.
The setting was picture-perfect: a beautiful house atop a hill, surrounded by olive groves and fig trees. It felt like a dream being there. Our room was exceptional – spacious, elegantly decorated, and brimming with thoughtful touches. The pool area was a haven of relaxation. I especially enjoyed the that but with plush cushions and a wooden table; the perfect spot to escape the midday sun with a book in hand.
The traditional Turkish breakfast, featuring delicious cheeses, fresh veggies, and olive oil, was a delight. The olive oil was so tasty that I couldn't resist dunking my bread into it. On my first night, I ordered a cheese plate, and it was so delightful that I had it again that very evening.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to kick off our vacation. Thank you!

This was the best stay we ever had (and we traveled a lot). Jason and Sirem made this possible (they are in our hearts). The perfect view, the vibe and the food are bonus. The photo's are beautiful but don't serve justice to how nice it is.
Nothing.

Wonderful Turkish home cooking available for dinner. Great breakfast included. Good advice about nearby sites. Rooms have well thought out design and details. Good location for early rental car return on good roads to Izmir airport.
Parking space is a little tight if fully occupied

Sirim and Jason are great hosts, we enjoyed conversations, delicious breakfast and our stay at the lovely place the two created with a lot of work and dedication. We loved the sustainable approach to housing and the personal touch the place has. If we are in the area, we will come again. Thank you for a really good time at your guest house!

If you want the perfect stay: book the Ionia Guest House. I booked for two nights and would have happily stayed for two weeks. Everything about the stay is 10/10. From the wonderful hosts who gladly will do anything for you, to the stunning breakfast, dinner and snacks that Jason and Sirem prepare; from the very spacious, beautifully presented, comfortable and clean rooms to the sparkling pool; from the excellent (quiet) location which is easy to find to the close proximity of local tourist spots, such as Ephesus. I'm booking to go back next year and telling family and friends about this remarkable place. I drove from Gallipoli to Bodrum and stayed in a variety of accomodation: the Ionia Guest House outranked them all.
Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

We spent 3 nights and our stay was perfect. Our hosts, Jason and Sirem take very good care of every single detail. The place is very nice and lovely. The room was very big and nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very tasty so we had dinner as well. Everything was delicious. They sent to us very clear indications about how to arrive to the house. Thank you both for such a lovely stay with you and for these great conversations.

This is a beautiful property with a resort like environment. The room is very spacy and well equipped. The host is very nice and helpful. We traveled without a car and they found a driver for us to hire for 4 days, took us to everywhere we wanted to visit. We were very satisfied about it. Breakfast and dinner are also good. Highly recommended.

The food here was amazing and all home cooked/grown. Ingredients were fresh and everything was made with care and love. By far the best stay in Turkey and the best food. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, catering to our every need at all hours. They were very responsive and generous. It is evident there is a lot of love put into this place. I felt safe, comfortable, and well fed. I will be back! Hoping to brag about this place to all my friends!

We had a great time at Ionia Guesthouse! Jason and Sirem are very nice and welcoming hosts. We felt immediately at home. The room is spacious and we really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast and dinner were also very good. In short; great place for a peaceful vacation.

Great hospitality, owners are Turkish/British/Australians which means the level of service is by Western standards. And communication in English is of course perfect. Oh, and the pool, of course.
Some signs where the house is would be useful.

Amazing boutique guesthouse in a remote, quiet location but quite near to all the major sights (Ephesus, Şirince, Miletus, Priene, etc). Highly recommend staying here! The owners are highly personable and looking to accommodate your needs. Kick back with them in the evening if you have time. They have some great life stories. We also enjoyed how big their hearts are. Lots of rescued cats on the property, just enjoying their life.
Breakfast is excellent. Fresh jams and fruit plate! There is also a swimming pool to cool down from the summer heat. They included drinking water in the room fridge. Every detail has been throughly considered here. There's certainly enough to satisfy the holiday-goer.

This is one of the most pleasant guest houses I've ever been in. It has everything that makes a traveller (and I travel a LOT) happy. Fantastic rooms that are very comfy and large (the bathroom was already larger than some of the hotel rooms I've been in recently), great showers with many options and good water pressure, reliable and fast internet in the room(about 13 Mbit/s), delicious home cooking, great breakfast, and a lot of very nice and friendly dogs and cats that give the place an even more homey feeling. The hosts, Jason and Sirem, are extremely hospitable, flexible, and nice. And although I didn't use it (too cold for wimps like me in December), the swimming pool with shaded seating areas around it looked amazing, and would be fantastic to float in with a local beer during the warm summers here. The location is great, with lots of historical sites in the vicinity, and also the area with the best olive oil in the world.
There was nothing that I didn't like, apart from the fact that it's so far away from where I live (USA) that I can't stay here more often.

Our time in Ionia guest house was the best we ever had at a guest house (or hotel): the place is gorgeous, clean and stylish, the pool is crystal clear, the food was wonderful. But above there are Sirem and Jason, the most welcoming hosts one could wish for, and generally top people to spend time with. Already planning our next visit. Thanks for everything guys!
