ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt um in Trondheim Kultur und Natur zu genießen

Der kleine Bungalow für uns allein mit schöner Aussicht auf den Fjord und damit das Wohnen in der Natur. Der Vermieter und seine Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich und wir konnten uns gut unterhalten. Für das Alltägliche haben wir alles in der Küche vorgefunden, Kaffee, Kakao und Tee war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Heizung war gut eingestellt und es war sehr schön warm. Das Foto von der Unterkunft zeigt eine abendliche Aussicht auf den Fjord.

Dieser Fehler liegt nicht am Vermieter, sondern an der Adressverschaltung durch booking.com. Ich hatte die Adresse angeklickt und dann auf Öffnen mit google maps und dann nicht mehr die Adresse kontrolliert, die leider von booing.com zu google falsch weitergegeben wurde. Das Problem hat sich Dank des so netten Vermieters selbst kurz vor Mitternacht schnell lösen lassen.

Fantastische vakantie, mooi huis, mooie streek

Heel mooi ingericht, groot huis. Ruime living, ruime keuken (met oa. microgolf, nespresso toestel, toaster) en 3 grote kamers (eentje heeft geen deur, maar enkel een half gordijn. Heel goede bedden). Eén badkamer (één lavabo, douche en toilet) die eerder klein is voor 5 personen. Jacuzzi (met zicht op zee) is zeker en vast een meerwaarde, moet ginder cash of met PayPal betaald worden (3500 kr voor 1 week, temperatuur schommelt tussen 38 en 40 graden). Op de baan parkeren en dan via pad even naar beneden wandelen). Achter het huis ligt Bymarka, een prachtig wandelgebied met 's winters veel sneeuw. Wij gingen er elke dag wandelen en met de slee van de hellingen glijden ... zalig. Trondheim city met de auto makkelijk te bereiken (smartapp gedownload om parking te betalen: 285 kr per dag). Kort: wij hadden een fantastische vakantie (ik vierde er mijn zestigste verjaardag met mijn gezin).

Door stormweer werd onze vlucht afgelast. We hadden heel veel moeite om aan nieuwe vluchten te geraken, maar het moest lukken, want er was door de eigenaar van het huis geen enkele toegeving of compensatie bespreekbaar. De eigenaar wou geen enkele toegeving doen, dus niet dat we het huis annuleerden, niet dat we van periode veranderde (voor ons om het even wanneer in het jaar). Uiteindelijk geraakten we aan nieuwe vluchten, twee dagen later. Maar ook toen waren er van zijn kant geen toegevingen (zelfs geen kleine financiële compensatie en dit terwijl er twee dagen geen elektriciteit, etc verbruikt is). Ik vind dit heel spijtig. Dus weet dat hier de regel geldt: betaald is betaald. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Winter Wonderland!

Our host Ole is one of a kind. He was incredibly kind and attentive. Such a remarkable location for a total relax and unwind. A quick 10 minute bus ride into town.

The only thing we could comment on really was that there is only 1 toilet and shower downstairs and none upstairs and no washing machine. But we didn't really mind because everything else was so wonderful!.

A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy tranquility for a few days

small but very good use of space. The little cottage was perfect for our 3 day stay. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area was our haven. Using the hot tub was a good decision and we spent ages in it enjoying the sound of the sea.

While we had no problem with the bed - I think it’s important to point out that it can be difficult to get in and out of.

Brilliant value for money

Fantastic location right by the sea with amazing views and a comfortable seating area outside, the kitchen had everything you need, comfortable sofa and bed and also had apple tv at the property. Ole was a fantastic host and went out of his way to ensure I had a good stay, he was also very understanding when I overslept past my check out time!

I would say maybe there needs to be a railing next to the bed upstairs but other than that, nothing negative to say!

Charming bungalow

We like everything about the house. It is a bungalow situated on the cliff facing the sea (fjord). Facilities are great. Owner is responsive towards our query.

Not a major issue, but we have to carry our luggage to the bungalow because there is no access for car.

Nice view, responsive host, but misleading listing.

The listing is very misleading / unclear as to what you’re getting. They have two properties in 1 listing & their photos do not clarify which photos are for which rental. In addition, the bed for the rental I received was up a vertical LADDER to a LOFT, with absolutely no easy way to actually got up off the ladder and into the loft without feeling uneasy, let alone for my 60-year old mother. NOTHING in the listing reads that your bed will be in a loft, where you’ll need to climb a vertical ladder. We thus were forced to sleep on the pull out sofa, something we were not expecting & it was uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t even made either.

Tranquil, big house on the water’s edge.

Beautiful view, big house and kitchen. Good location. Tranquil, large outside area. Quite private, if someone else books the bungalow you can hear and see them, but for the most part very peaceful.

The upstairs isn’t quite finished yet and the stairs need anti-slip for children and older guest’s safety, especially because the bathroom is downstairs. Parking is on the road, which seems to be the norm. The walk down to the door was muddy so the gravel and paving could be improved.

Wonderful - I want to come again

Breathtaking location and the view over the fjord is magical. I loved the cosiness of the interior and Ole was super helpful and kind. The jacuzzi was a real treat and the 75 bus was really easy for the short trip into Trondheim although you need to check the timetable. I really loved my stay.

Nothing really - I chose to use the sofa bed rather than the bed up the ladder.

Nice stay in cosy bungalow with lovely outdoor terrace

+ We stayed in the bungalow which is compact but has a lovely outdoor space that overlooks the sea. We were really lucky with the weather but the terrace is covered as well so ok in the rain. + The owner Ole is really helpful and easy to contact with any questions and was very kind to let us add on the jacuzzi at very very short notice. + Its nice to have two properties together otherwise the location might feel a bit remote + Plenty of parking in the lay-by on the road + Easy to drive into Trondheim without having to stay in the city + Easy drive to a supermarket without having to drive into the centre of Trondheim + The hanging egg chairs on the terrace were great!

- Some signage would be helpful when arriving at the property - the path from the main road directly to the bungalow is quite steep and wouldn’t be possible to navigate with suitcases, the route to the house is much easier. - The bed is on a platform accessed via a ladder - this is clear in all the photos on booking.com but it’s a bit tricky to navigate into as you can’t stand upright on the platform. There is however a sofa bed downstairs instead but if it’s out that does eat up a bit of a space. - Shower cubicle is a bit small particularly if you are a tall person - A BBQ would be great especially in nice weather!

Just adored the venue and Ole, the host, was so nice to take the time. Great location and for sure a venue we would visit again.

The distance between the parking and the location we stayed. We’re traveling by two motor bikes with loads of gear. I was able to drive down the steep narrow ramp but can see the challenge to get up when its raining. The available cart was not helpful, but I am convinced that Ole will fix this to be more accommodating to move luggage up or down.

Perfect little bungalow with a big terrace and own jacuzzi, very easy and nice contact with the owner, it was the best ending to our Norway trip. Would definitely recommend! The view is spectacular

Peaceful and relaxing.

We stayed in the house, which is spacious, beautifully furnished, and located right on the water, approximately 10 minutes drive from the city. The sea views are fantastic, and the house has everything you need for an extended stay. Ole, is an amazing and accommodating host and he responds quickly if you have questions. We loved the peace and quiet of the location where there was only the sound of waves lapping on the shore and the local bird calls to break the silence. Parking is on the road above the house, and there is a short walk down the driveway to the house which may be an issue for people with mobility challenges, but it really wasn't a problem for us.

The location and the jacuzzi (even if at extra cost) we’re perfect, the terrace very nice and well decorated, spectacular view (especially by night) and the kitchen. The place is so nice that is difficult to get on the move, and is quite accessible for the town or small hiking nearby. The small details : the decorations, the Netflix accessible on smart TV, the blankets, the soap and hair conditioner, the minibar. Thank you, Ole Kristian.

I think the bed upstairs is not suitable for adults and it may require some changes for kids (security). The appartement needs some reparations: the stairs for the upstairs bed, the little window by the bed upstairs was locked open and the bed just nearby. We slept on the couch, but very comfy and cozy nevertheless. The shower cabin is very small, especially for tall people. The shower needs some fixing.
