Loved the hot shower The size of the room very spacious Staff super friendly and helpful with good English

The mattress needs changing as I kept rolling into my husband. Luck there was a single bed in the room so I used that. Otherwise we would not have stayed an extra 5 days. Wifi really was non existent 😒

not bad if there are no other options; great view, cold shower.

great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. rooms have a good view.

the carpeting on the floor is old and thus kind of grungy from age. the hotel has that “old musty hotel” smell. the shower doesn’t get hot, only warm, and is available for a short duration at set times. there are other hotels at a similar price with much better value. we didn’t get the room we wanted because the person who booked it prior got sick and extended their stay, but because the room we were given had “a better view”, the price was the same.

good location, good price, some of the staff really pleasent

-no heating (if you are going to stay in a room that is not on the lightsun side you gonna feel A LOT the cold, I slept with my jacket) -we asked two times for toilet paper and it never arrived -hot water just from 6 to 11, I showered at 10 and the water it was jus lightly warm and trust me with such a cld room was challenging

The location is great. The stuff is helpful and nice. The breakfast is ok.

Every time you take a shower the water comes out of the shower and the whole floor is wet.

Very bad WiFi. We got only for 4 towels for 5 people and need to change rooms after 1 night.

Good breakfast. Buffet with jam, bananas, coffee, tea and a lot of cereals. I really enjoyed.

Good location and value for a budget trip

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and the room was large and pretty comfortable.

The room could have been cleaner when we arrived. We were there 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all whilst we were there which meant the toilet bin was overflowing and we had to keep going to reception to ask for toilet roll.

Reasonable for budget overnight stay, good location

Reasonable hostel although I was shouted at one morning for asking for a basic cup of coffee as I was 10 minutes passed the breakfast timings..

Inca's Room has an excellent location and the hotel has a lot of services - you can book reasonably-priced tours at the front desk, and they do laundry for a fair price (10 Bs/kilo).

The rooms were kind of dingy, and there was some mangy-looking carpet on the floor. Nobody came into the rooms to clean, not even to take out the waste paper in the bathroom. Some of the rooms have a nice view, but the one we occupied didn't. Lighting is poor in the hallways. The front desk staff were polite enough but they were always busy, so there was often a wait. Breakfast was skimpy. And the taxi from the airport was a rip-off - just grab an Uber (the terminals have WiFi) or a cab at the door of the airport. And worst of all, THE WIFI DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. There are a million other similarly-priced hotels in the area, and you can do much better somewhere else.
