Roomy, good supply of toiletries

Parking is limited but the guard let us park in the gated overflow parking

Manca rispetto per che sta riposando.

Posizione e servizi nelle vicinanze

Molto rumorosa. Disturbo continuo al mattino presto e la sera tardi per i carrelli degli housekeeper che oltretutto parlano ad alta voce tra di loro già dalle 4.30 del mattino e dopo le 24.00. Inaccettabile per chi riposa.

The hotel is clean and staffs are very nice. I liked the pool's view of Mt. Makiling.

We were surprised when the kid knocked on the window while we were eating at the restaurant and asked for food.

very accommodating and friendly staff. bed was very confortable

the air conditioning unit automatically lowers its temperature in the early morning which makes the room temperature hot. the management must do something about this cause it interrupts your sleep.

I will still recommend it with a grain of salt. Price is a bit high though.

The place is very good.

We were charged for parking when it is supposed to be free. There is no microwave in the room. Front desk did not follow up on the question whether my visitors are allowed to use the pool. Other amenities mentioned online (website) were not there.

The staff are so accommodating and always have a smile when they talk to you or assist you. More than that, they seem to really enjoy working in the hotel. Please value more your employees, they're one of the key ingredients to make guests' stay more enjoyable and meaningful. Another is the FOOD! One of the best tasting and big serving hotels we've ever stayed in. Value for money is also considered. My husband and I will definitely stay again here, next time with our daughter since we stayed here I am still pregnant. ☺️

Maybe one thing to improve on is the parking area. Hope they can provide shaded parking and also improve the landscaping so all in all the area of the hotel will look more presentable and pleasurable. Lastly, shaded area at the pool area. :)

it’s up to par

closeness to the mall,convenient store and food chains and the view of Mt. Makiling from our room and pool side.

not much things to do like gym is close and there’s no live band as they have posted it from their website.

Good Hotel, no breakfast was offered, neither was I directed to any dining facility to avail of breakfast.

A mess of bill charging, overcharged and later told not to worry when I asked, "the matter had been resolved" to arrive back in the UK with the overcharge clearly on my credit card.

Great place stayed three time now, but details let it down. However it is the best Hotel in Calamba

Excellent location, close to main road and transport (tricycles)

King size bed is smaller than I expected. Pool is all shallow but it's okay. Water is a bit warm.

I love the softness of the kingbed. Staff were courteous.Our room is spacious and clean.

Got a little frustrated with smell of one towel.It smelled like a cigar smoke and kulob.Towels not so white ,needs a new one.
