Luxe et volupté

La chambre était magnifique et spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse et un dressing. Le petit déjeuner sur la plage était délicieux. Superbe situation. Belles prestations. La piscine très agréable. Beau choix de restaurants sur place.

Le côté "hors-saison" (une partie du complexe était en rénovation), sinon, cela aurait été parfait.

Perfecte locatie, midden op de “Golden Mile”. Een veelvoud aan geweldige restaurants.

Dat er wat (niet bij ons bekende) werkzaamheden aan de gang waren.

Geweldig tot rust gekomen en ontzorgd.

Het verblijf was heerlijk. We waren er met ons zoontje van 1,5 en vanaf de aankomst werden we direct ontzorgd. Personeel met een golfkarretje bracht ons en de koffers tot op de kamer. Je was binnen 2 minuten lopen op het strand en het ontbijt was iedere dag weer genieten. Wij gaan hier zeker terug komen.

Excellent

The reception, check-in, room service, and parking validation staff were excellent, and all staff members were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with numerous additional amenities and was very clean. The bathroom was good, and the bed was comfortable. The check-out process was also smooth and organized.

The only minor drawback was the late-night noise caused by music from one of the restaurants.

Pleasant

The hotel is stunning, the location is amazing and it is full of great restaurants.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we had to wait until 7 pm. The room we got was in front of the plaza and it was super noisy until 3 am. Impossible to get a good night sleep.

Wow Amazing all round

Wow absolutely amazing.. it may seem a little expensive at first but the staff and place are second to none...Nothing too much trouble..Complimentary drinks in reception including Pol Roger Champagne and a complimentary taxi/limo service like no other...evening meals booked by the guest services people mostly Natasha) and dropped off and collected to and From Marbella old town completely free.. Honestly cant praise them enough and the breakfasts are to die for as are the restaurants .Just wow and hoping to get back early September.. A++++++

excellent service and beautiful property!

the property is stunning and everything you would expect. very relaxing and calm environment during the day. staff were very friendly and of course food options were excellent.

our only “thing” was the noise at night - our room was very close to where Nobu is located and they play music until about 3 am. which is super fun and why we love this hotel but on nights we went to bed earlier it was loud for a bit.

Fantastic!

Stunning property, excellent service, very good breakfast! Also, there is a great selection of high quality restaurants in the complex. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

It can be a bit noisy in the evening - however, the staff was very helpful and relocated us to a more quiet room.

Superb hotel! We want to come back!

It is probably the best 5 star hotel I have ever been! Stunning property, beautiful, spacious room, immaculate service! Breakfast was another highlight: it is overlooking the sea, has all varieties you can ever come across in any breakfast, including champagne, Iberico carved in front of you, hot counter for fresh omelettes, a separate counter for fresh pancakes, etc, etc, etc. Also the coffee, tea, fruit, chocolates, free water, face cream and other little details that came with the room were out of this world! We would love to come back many times more! We actually extended our stay twice: for a day and then one more day, we didn’t want to leave!

Everything was superb! We were there in February so our value for money was great! When you pay €1100 a night in summer, you probably think that you just get what it’s worth. But for the money we paid during low season - it was beyond any expectations!
