You get what you paid for at this property

It is lot cheaper than any other properties in Paris. The room was clean, the neighbourhood was quite and tidy. The city centre is easy to reach via public transport.

The bathroom looks like a train's toilet, and is very small, the manager was hard to reach - we almost couldn't get into the building. Furthermore, we paid double of the city tax than advertised before, we didn't notice it until later.

Poor stay with old amenities

Location

Room was not neat, the kettle in the room was not usable, it was ugly. No blanket, wardobe was from old ages

Small room far from city centre

Free croissant everyday.

Not very clean. Did not clean the garage can, although it was full. I heard scratching noise at night, when i left lights on it never appeared again.

Nothing, it was smelly , the staff was rude and didn't try to communicate They insulted us in French and we did get what they were saying

Very nice hotel

Staying there was great. Everything was clean, private bathroom and little balcony. People were very nice, i recommend spending the night there! Best hotel with a good price

Unforcunately there was no parking, but there were places few streets down so its all good

The location was good, near the metro station

Rude owner/receptionist, wifi was extra which doesn't happen nowadays even in the most budget-friendly hostels, only some rooms were cleaned (mine was never, but my friend’s was for the same price), there is no sink in the toilet not bathrooms, only in the rooms which is disgusting

Conveniebt location, property a bit grotty, friendly staff. You get what you pay for

The property is about 650 metres from the Saint Ouen train station and you can easily get to central Paris from there in less than 30 minutes and to the airport in a similar time making the location good. There are many food shops nearby including Lidl and Aldi

The property can do with updating but you get what you pay for

A room well equipped but noisy

The owner was nice and helpful. The room has a mini fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a mug cup, a desk two chairs and a wardrobe. The room I stayed didn’t include a bathroom, but it had a basin, which spared me time to go to the shared bathroom each time I want to wash my hands or brush etc.

It got quite noisy at night to the extent it disturbed my sleep. I always bring earplugs and I recommend you to do the same.

quick and easy!

Great location, right near Saint-Ouen and Porte De Clichy Metro stations giving you easy access to the city in less than 20 minutes. Comfortable private rooms with clean shared bathroom.

We enjoy time in hotel! Was very clean ,many towels,big and comfortable bed. We had fridge in room and posibility to make hot drink. Owner was very kind.
