Nice place with some issues

Nice place, close to the beach. Grocery store is in walkable distance.

There are some minor issues we faced which will make this property almost perfect if fixed: - slow WIFI in general, unavailable at upper apartments at all - no mosquito nets on windows which can bring troubles at some parts of the season - no lock on bathroom door makes it a bit uncomfortable - small towels Also please make sure you are not changing who stays at the apartment during your rental period. We faced a demand to pay extra even though we had the same amount of people as we originally paid for, but one couple has gone, and another couple has come in exchange on last couple nights. It was especially unexpected because at first night we had 3 more people than booked (we had a vacation in other place and it was too late to go home), but even though we offered to pay for them - owner said it’s ok since we occupy same rooms and do not ask extra beds, towels or be linen. Also be aware that security deposit is not for damage (as it said on the booking). Owner will try to keep it even if you did not sweep the floors. Hopefully we were able to resolve both issues without any extra charges but discussing and arguing wasn’t pleasant experience.

Villa Nina review

We like the place location. It was near everything you need. From beach to shops, from small towns to big towns. The place itself was very nice and clean. The had even information board which is also great addition for searching a trips.

The perfect location for the holiday!

I was in Villa Nina with my family and the location is perfect to relax and spend good time. It's close to the beach and well served by restaurants, shop center and fish market. Mr Ante, the owner, it's a very honest and helpful person, always available when needed and friendly. The apartment rented was stunning, very cleaned and fully equipped.

Superb

Nice place and people (alwayls helpful housekeeper), clean room, furnished kitchen. There is beach close to house, and also beautiful national park Paklenica. We liked it.

Nice people

The village is close to Vecka kula beach which is very friendly for families with children - clear not deep water , no waves, places with shade.Close to Plackenica Canion The owner is very friendly and gave us a lot of useful info. The apartment had all needed basic appliances , big bad and was clean.

This is for the specific apartment not for entire property . The HVAC unit (outside part ) was noisy and the phonic isolation with the neighbors can be improved. The pictures from booking were different from the reality.
