My friend and I stayed here for the GalaxyCon Convention at the Richmond Convention Center. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the convention center.
The property was very clean and was close to very many restaurants. The bed was also comfortable and very large. It easily fit me and my friend without either of us bumping in to each other at night. Check in was easy and the staff was very kind and very helpful.
My only complaints are that the listing says 2 bathrooms. When I searched for listings with two or more bathrooms this listing came up. There is only one bathroom. The bedroom faces the street so the street noise is very loud so if you can’t handle that while you sleep, this place is a problem for you. It didn’t bother me but my friend had trouble sleeping. Parking was also a bit confusing. We checked in on Thursday so we didn’t have the option of free weekend street parking (if you can even find it). The daily rate of the closest parking was $30 a day so keep that in mind when you pick this place. My last complaint is an easy fix. The door code was not very secure. It was easy to remember but was a code most people would try. My friend and I are females and this made us a bit uneasy.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place. The positives outweigh my complaints and any issue I have is an easy fix for the property manager or is the nature of an apartment in the city. I didn’t spend lots of time there because I was at the con but the location was great.

We were in town for the Richmond Marathon and this was a great location for that. Start area was right in front of the building, easy walk to Mile 16 and finish area. Check-in at the store was easy; we appreciated having someone show us the way up to the condo, give us a quick overview of the space, and explain parking. Condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Richmond. Thanks for the hospitality!

worrisome issues include an odd flaking of the floor; it could be paint that may be a health hazard. Noise is a big factor that made the bedroom unusable (along with bright lights from the outside not blocked out all night and I had to improvise and sleep on a couch not really designed for sleeping to avoid constant noise from various sources of noise outside.

Located in the Arts District of Richmond, this apartment was in the perfect location while we visited our daughter at VCU. Everything we needed for our stay was included, which made it easy for us to focus on time with our daughter. The apartment was secure (I only saw 2 people in the three days we were there). Check in/out was easy. Parking was available (for pay) in the back of the building, along with a rear entrance to the building.
Overall, a great place to stay. We will be staying here whenever we visit!

The door to the condo doesn’t lock from the outside. The owner knows that and should get it fixed. I had to take my laptop and store it in my car when I was out each day at work.

This is our second time staying here. We really like the location - between both our children’s homes. Tommy and Mark are great to work with, communication and help is wonderful. Apartment well equipped. Will stay again when we return to Richmond.

Mark and Tommy were the best! Kudos to Tommy in particular for staying after late to meet me, making sure I was set up, and for putting up with my asking to try guitars + my terrible guitar playing. Thank you both! Property is amazing. Perfectly A/Ced for the hot and VERY humid Virginia weather, close to great places to eat, comfy and clean bed and apartment. Will recommend to everyone I know heading down to Richmond.

The place was very nice, in a good location, and looked even better than in the photos, but they did not disclose the parking situation until last minute. There is a lot near by but it goes for $20 a day so that is definitely something you will need to factor into the price of your stay.

This place had everything I needed to comfortably stay in Richmond for a week. The kitchen is well- stocked, and the mattress is on-point!!! The location is perfect- there are TONS of restaurants and breweries within a 10 or 15 minute walk. I'd definitely stay again- thank you!
