The hotel is hidden in a small bay, surrounded by trees. The stuff was very polite. The room was huge, with big terrace. The pool is big enough.
They charge 3E per night for some kind of fee, for the guests that were checking in. I didn't see that in my Booking reservation.
The pool was clean, but during my hole stay no-one bothered to clean the sunbeds and tables around it. Same on the sea side. Actually even worse, when adding that at the seaside was so packed, that people were fighting for some space and a bit of shade.
During the day there is only one bar (next to the pool), where you can order coffee, water and some alcohol (not sure what exactly since I don't drink). If you're hungry your only option is ice-cream. No bar next to the beach, hence you have to walk every time you need a beverage.
Have in mind that if you ask for a coffee they give you something black that taste like s***, but if you ask to be from the coffee machine, then you get a very nice one.
There is parking in front of the hotel, but apparently it is reserve only for Greek and Ukrainian cars. I was asked to move my car to a dusty place near the beach.
No EV charger station (or even a simple plug)!
The food was quite monotonous and there was not a lot of choices. Quality is questionable. Two out of our 5-day stay we had stomach issues, then we started eating in a great restaurant near-by.

Location quite private and felt safe. The rooms and the space was very good. Lots of things to do if you go with family
The food was not good, except for Pizza’s thanks to the guy who made them, we were lucky the pizza was good, otherwise there isnt any other alternative restaurant or food place(its just this hotel in this are). Sunbeds - It was a bit challenging to get a place on sunbeads at the beach, there were not enough of them. I believe since its all inclusive you should have a guaranteed bed. People took up to 7-8 beds more than needed while some couldnt find a place to sit. Not preferable for couples, most of the people were with children..

Sea: Early morning swims are awesome with many small fishes. Warm water!
- Staff: Very professional, smiley, helpful staff. Amazing!
- Breakfast: Very good, rich, buffet breakfast. Just awesome!
- Coffee: Good coffee/frappe! Even though, I read many bad reviews about coffee before I get there, the coffee used in frappe at the pool bar was very good. Maybe because I was just requesting it with the milk instead of water, and less ice. Idk.
- Room Towel Balcony: Clean and good hotel room. Enough space, not that big. But bathroom / toilet was small, but still clean and okay. Every room has balcony, and towels were being changed every day. Pillow and bed sheets were being changed every 3-4 days unless you ask them to change it more often. Air-condition is functional and useful, but if it is on for a long time, our AC was providing bad air.
- Pool bar: The staff was very kind. All drinks including alcohols and delicious ice-cream were available all day. You can get 3 drinks at once, which was fair, but some families were misusing it like going there all together like 6-7 people each with 3-4 drink requests, and then imagine the queue. And the people waiting on the line were not respecting the queue. Unfortunately the bar staff was not able to pay attention a lot for that because they were very busy. The pool bar staff was using the drinking water so much together with much ice for every drinks. Beer with a bit water, Cocktail with mostly water and ice, so whatever you order, more than half of the glass is either water, or the ice.
- Pool: very clean pool, the life-guard guy who was very kind was constantly checking the cleanliness of the water with his device since there were so many children swimming there. The deepest place is only up to 1.40m unfortunately. The pool is ideal for children, not that much for adults.
- the beach and the sea was not something special like in Greece beach photos. Our expectation was higher tbh. It is pity that people leave their towels on sunbeds from day before to reserve spots at the beach. Unfortunately sunshades/umbrellas at the beach are not removable, that’s why you need to move your sunbeds constantly around your umbrella for a shade, but then some people don’t respect your personal space, they get too close to you without hesitation. Sun beds at the beach are a bit old, but the ones at the pool side are in good quality. The best of the best part of that beach is no music at all. I just loved it, so mind relaxing, of course when there is no noise of children or big families gathering/screaming. Sea is more like greenish blue, but not type of crystal clear as we imagine those famous Greek beaches and seas. The sea ground has big stones and small plants on them that gives feeling you walking on the carpet, but they sometimes hurt your foot, water shoes are needed. First 8-10 meters at sea is around 1meter, then it gets very deep. No beach bar, but pool bar is close by so you can get your drinks from there.
- Lunch, Dinner, Drinks: Overall good buffet Lunch and dinner. Different types of meats are being served, BUT, unfortunately pork meats were mainly being provided. Even salads are also mixed with pork. Not fair. Like 4 out of 6 foods were with pork. A type of grilled fish, and a vegetarian food were being served per day which was very good. BUT, unfortunately all the soft drinks had very bad tastes as other people mentioned it in their comments here; Cheap products. It is not the end of the world, if we do not drink soft drinks, as we didn’t, but the real problem was unfortunately the smelly drinking water.

Great resort beach and clean sea..
3 in 1 very clean pools suitable for toddlers, children and adults.
Animation programs for children.
Good enough food and great deserts.
Comfortable beds.
Clean room and big terrace.
Beautiful gardens around resort.
Great Cretan wine.
Small room.
Irregular cold and hot water in apartment shower.
Sewer smell next to basketball court.
Wild parking.
Not enough sunbeds at beach and pool.
No luggage carry to the room.
Beach towels replaced every 2nd day.
Poor drink menu, and no fresh juices.
Some meals have used leftovers from previous meal (gyro for dinner was pork served at lunch, just now shredded) and do not taste like freshly prepared.
Coffee and beer lovers will not be satisfied.

Big room, quiet place. The girl who works in mini gym is wonderful, my children love her.
The plates and the glasses at the restaurant were dirty, most of them.
The drinks not good quality.

Great quality and good choices for all 3 meals. Breakfast is always the same, but excellent. Especially pancakes! There is always plenty of meat and salads for lunch/dinner (including 2 types of fish/sea specialties). Good music by the pool. Excellent pool bar service!
No hot water at pool shower. Small cramped bathroom (toilet and shower cabin are too close, can barely sit on it). During checkout we were told several times that all our all inclusive service stops immediately. As if an extra coffee while we wait for transportation out of hotel will bankrupt them (especially for families with small children). Leaves a bad feeling at the end of our stay to what is generally an excellent overall experience.

The location is great, situated in a pine forest by the seaside. The food was excellent both in quantity and quality. The rooms are big and air-conditioned. The pool is very large and the beach is clean and with lots of fish.
The drinks quality is not great, especially the soft drinks and the alcoholic drinks. There is no fruit juice available for breakfast or milk for children in the restaurant other than for breakfast.

Sea is clean and beautiful.
Beach could be better. Bach bar would be nice improvement. Music on the beach was missing.

Food was good especially pizza was one of the best I ever had.
Drinks. Weird taste of beer. Taxis are very expensive. We wanted to visit a tavern 2 km away from the hotel and they asked for 20euro to take us there and other 20 euro to take us back to the hotel.

Great location, friendly people and a good quality food. There is much more expensive hotels who cannot achieve the same level of service. Special thanks to the hotel manager and reception stuff for going the extra mile on a various requests.
Not sure if the hotel management can do something about it, but a limited number of deck chairs and parasols made going to the beach a competitive Balkan Olympic games with some guests having their belongings on the chairs from the previous evening to reserve place on the beach.
Maybe the hotel can create a policy of clearing the beach in the early morning from all the belongings and towels left on the chairs. It is not fair to have a bunch of parasols and deck chairs not in use till lunch just because someone had a late drinking night and left towels in the evening. Another solution is increasing the number of chairs and parasols on the beach if it is possible.
