La struttura è piccola e accogliente. Soddisfa tutte le esigenze di una persona. Posto centralissimo.

Cozy and well-equipped apartment in a strategic location for exploring not only Cesena, but also neighboring towns. The host is very kind and attentive (thanks for the coffee!).
It was an amazing experience. I really hope to come back again.

I cant say enough great things about this apt. it has everything you would want and a sweet courtyard. the owner is so responsive. we loved this place. And it was on the ground floor so we didn’t have to drag our luggage up stairs. we would love to come back for a longer stay. Cesena is a lovely town.

The host, Massimo, is an absolute star. I was in Cesena for knee surgery and he came to collect me from the station, got me settled into the apartment. Then took me to the local supermarket. On the morning of my op he picked me up at 7:15am and took me to the hospital. Above and beyond the call of duty. The apartment is also lovely, cosy, spotlessly clean and in a great location.

The bathroom was incredible, great shower and also the garden area was lovely.
Location was great and awesome local cuisine.
Air conditioning was only in the bedroom, not in the main living area/cooking area/second bedroom where the pullout bed was for our children. Front doors for the property were thin, made out of mostly glass and did not block out any sound/light from the street even with blinds. Temperatures were incredibly high as it was summer in Italy and when cooking the main living area was almost unbearable, even with the extractor fan unit, which made not a lot of difference. Cooking area was/is a single hob, meaning we couldn’t really cook anything substantial, no oven or microwave in the property, or even sharp knives for cutting vegetables. The Internet was also completely shocking. Being on holiday we didn’t intend to spend much time on the Internet, but the fact that it was slower than the data on my phone rendered it entirely useless. Netflix on the tv, but again this was entirely unusable due to bad internet. No windows in the main living room, whole apartment felt very boxed in. As well as the actual apartment having issues, I found the owner to be completely intrusive and over the top about everything - demanding passport photos before he would give access code for lock box, messaging me to say we had lost the remote for air conditioning unit and asking me to come back to find it, after we had checked out (which I did), when it was actually safely in it’s holder on the wall where I had put it, with no mention of the fact we left the place spotless. I was left at a loss to understand how they reached a 9.5 rating as the property seems still unfinished - a pile of tiles in the corner (that my son almost injured himself on), random ladders and tools in the garden area, and as mentioned no air con in the main areas of the property that need air con. Certainly not worth the price and begs belief why anyone would rate so highly. Not at all suitable for a family, or anyone but a person alone or couple.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the main square. Apartment was comfortable, beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. Massimo was a great host with good communication before we arrived and he even checked in on us in the evening to make sure that everything was OK. One thing to be aware of is that the nearby car park is fully automated so you drive your car onto a platform and everyone has to get out, make sure you get all your luggage too! The car is then automatically transported to an underground car park. You use your credit card to 'book into ' the car park and then you put the same credit card into the machine when you want your car back and your car is automatically brought up. This was the first time we had come across this type of car park and it took us about 45 minutes to work it all out! It's very straightforward once you know all of the above, very secure and good value at 2 euros per day.
