Good one. I would visit again.

The room was extremely spacious. Location was good (close to the garden). The staff was nice. There was a free bottle of water for each guest.

There were a few insects in the room and spider webs which could have been removed.

Very good

Its says there is a laundry but when i ask at the reception they said there is no! No one clean the room at all for the whole 5 days i been there. The fridge was empty, i think will its a good idea for a minibar !!

Nice hotel outside city

Nice building in the park, large and silent room.

The location was outside city and they didn't have a restaurant as we expected. So at the 22.00 we didn't find an open restaurant nearby. You have to take car and go to the centre for dinner but most restaurants that you find in internet are closed..

No problem with parking. Wifi was ok.

room was dirty, spider nets on the ceilings. Room was very cold, heating was with split units which was very old and remote control screen was not working. So you dont know how to adjust. Air quality was so poor because of these split units and lack of bentilation. I got sick in one night stay and couldnt sleep. Breakfast was maybe the worst experience ever..

Great stopover on the way to Greece

Great stopover on the way to Greece. Large comfortable rooms and serious staff.

We neglected to specify we wanted breakfast when we checked in and they could not provide breakfast the next morning. If you want breakfast you needed to let them know in advance.

Location is good, staff is friendly, small lake mext to the property

Bathroom. One room with no partitions. when you shower the toilet gets wet.

Yambol weekend away

Great location, nesled amongst a huge park & within walking distance of the city centre. Parking was included and free of charge.

Reception staff were untrained and not very customer-focused. The breakfast was small, lacked variety and food finished earlier than promised. We were given a twin room when we booked double room.

- Leaking showers - WC buttons hardly working - Room lock was broken. Staff gave us a new room though. - Breakfast was poor.

It’s located in a nice park, it is relatively new, the staff is polite.

Could be much better with some minor amendments, e.g. the bathroom is very spacious but with a single towel and no shelf for toiletries near the shower. Just a couple of hangers in the wardrobe (which was in need of repair). Also have in mind that it has minimum staff, we asked for an extra blanket and went out for dinner, the lady at reception apparently forgot about it and when we returned there was no one to provide it. Breakfast - huge disappointment. I understand that with low occupancy they cannot keep a huge variety but an omelette and some fresh vegetables would suffice, definitely not cheap ham and fake butter.

Good enough for one night

The staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Plenty parking spaces.

The room was heated by AC that was very noisy . So you either sleep in a cold room or you don't sleep. Bathroom had a difficult layout and the space for shower didn't have any curtains. The restaurant was closed due to private event.
