Chambre très agréable

Chambre très propre dans un quartier calme. L'hôte nous a été de très bon conseil pour la visite de Londres. C'est très pratique avec la gare à deux pas. Je recommande vivement.

Un peu loin du centre mais c'était notre choix. Les hébergements sont très chers à Londres.

Clean, convienent & comfy!

Great location! Room was very clean and I liked the little extras in there. Claudia was very accommodating for us. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. I would visit again.

Londra è bellissima e stare da Claudia non fa altro che migliorare il soggiorno. Consigliatissimo.

Colazione strepitosa. Claudia è attenta, bravissima a cucinare (la mia compagna è intollerante al lattosio e, dalla seconda mattina in poi si è trovata, tutte le mattine, dolci buonissimi fatti apposta per lei!) e molto simpatica. Da Claudia, inoltre, avrete molte informazioni utili per migliorare il vostro soggiorno e gli itinerari che avrete in mente. La camera è accogliente e pulitissima così come il bagno, caldo e con ottimi prodotti per l'igiene e asciugamani grandi e di buona qualità. Il bollitore dell'acqua con bustine di the e caffè solubile e piccoli snack sono sempre riforniti. La posizione del B&B è un po' fuori mano rispetto alla City, ma il compromesso fra i costi e i benefici non lascia dubbi: si può sopportare un po' di disagio negli spostamenti a favore di un prezzo onestissimo rispetto alle cifre molto più alte della città. Comunque, da Victoria al B&B stiamo parlando di una ventina minuti.

La rete del materasso non era comodissima e un po' rumorosa, ma non ci ha impedito di dormire comunque abbastanza bene.

South London treat

I liked Claudia, a very welcoming accommodating and genial host. & Pancake Sunday's, what a treat. The room was bright, comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything one would need on an overnight stay. And only a 3minute walk from Streatham Common station, perfect.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything was great. Very clean room and bathroom. Wonderful shower. Very helpful hostess 2 minute walk to the train station Great selection of jams at breakfast. There were at least 15 different kinds. Delicious homemade muffins fresh every day Great local pub 2 minute walk away

Uitstekende keuze voor een verblijf in Londen

We zijn hier 5 dagen verbleven en dat zou ik een volgende keer weer zo doen! Claudia is een ontzettend hartelijke en gastvrije host en heeft goede tips om je verblijf in Londen aangenamer te maken. De kamer was van goede kwaliteit en de bedden waren goed. De badkamer was van prima kwaliteit en het is erg fijn dat deze niet gedeeld hoeft te worden. Het ontbijt was prima en afgestemd op je eigen wensen. Het overtrof onze verwachtingen! Bushalte en treinstation met frequente verbindingen naar het centrum van Londen zijn om de hoek. De prijs van een kaartje voor trein of bus is laag.

Het is echt een klein detail, maar om van de slaapkamer naar de (privé) badkamer te komen moet je een klein stukje door de gemeenschappelijke gang.

Un tesoro davvero inaspettato

L'accoglienza di Claudia, una persona che sembra nata per essere l'host di un B&B. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa, a nostro agio, coccolati dalle sue colazioni e protetti dai suoi preziosi consigli per chi non conosce così bene Londra. Il letto era comodo e la doccia super! I dolcetti e gli snack che trovavamo in camera la vera chicca! Massima attenzione per me che sono celiaco: Claudia I tuoi pancakes ed i tuoi muffin li porterò nel mio cuore per molto tempo! La pulizia della struttura era impeccabile. Di sicuro quando torneremo sarà il primo B&B che contatteremo per una stanza!

Assolutamente niente, la struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto tutti i punti di vista

Merci Claudia!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé Claudia et son accueil chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et Claudia fait de super pâtisseries. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient d'une propreté irréprochable. La chambre était grande et bien équipée.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est idéalement située pour se rendre au centre-ville de Londres facilement avec les transports publics.

Our host Claudia was absolutely lovely. An absolute gem.She made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Really glad we chose this property. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice size room with a comfy bed and nice furnishings.We had our own large bathroom with shower. Very bright and clean. Breakfast is continental. Claudia made us some lovely warm croissants and also toast, eggs and coffee. I could not find a single issue with this b&b. It's five mins walk from nearest train station. Situated on a quiet road. One min from main road. I very highly recommend Streatham Common B&B. We would definitely stay here again when we're next in London.

Claudia is an extremely nice host, very helpful with any questions we may have had. She always made sure our needs were met. Breakfast was very nice, lost of options to choose from! The rooms are very spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is particularly nice, really liked the big shower. The house is very close (5 mins by foot) to the train station, where you can easily catch a train to Victoria Station. By foot, it's reasonably close (15 mins) to the big supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, etc). Will stay here again when we visit London again!

Super hospitable host and comfortable rooms & bathrooms made it ideal for our family stay

Wonderful host & easy walking distance to train station. Host was very informative on transportation options amid train strikes. Excellent breakfasts!

Initial appearance of neighborhood streets but we didn’t feel unsafe. Observed many improvements & remodeling of houses around so it’s an area under rejuvenation.

Excellent welcomed stay.

I got there early and was given the key to come back whenever I wanted. When I arrived, I was greeted and shown around with a great bubbly smile. The room was clean and tidy with the added touch of snacks as well as the compulsory tea and coffee.

The room and the toilet are clean and the bed is very comfortable Claudia is kind and sweet and provides good service. She even keeps my suitcase for nearly a month when I’m having my trip in Europe. I’m grateful to stay here and I highly recommend this b&b.

A comfortable stay in a very convenient location.

The B&B was handily located very near a mainline railway station 20 minutes from Victoria. It was a comfortable and quiet room, with a generous breakfast.

The bathrooms were not ensuite but they were well equipped and right beside the bedroom.

A good clean room with excellent facilities.

The room was excellent, very well set out and the shower room was super clean and well appointed. I didn't require breakfast as I an not a breakfast person but the offer was made very nicely.

The parking surprised me as I had specifically booked as I required parking. This transpired to be street parking and I was very fortunate to find a parking space. There was some noise from the street during the night but, that apart, my stay was very good.

20 min by train to London city 5 min to walk to train safe neighborhood very nice host flexibility with check-in time and leaving luggsge before check-in/after check-out very clean big bathroom electrical adapters for international plugs very good breakfast vegetarian/vegan options kitchen use for dinner optional

Round the corner from train station. Super clean and quiet. Really friendly and helpful. Kettle and snacks in room. Spotless throughout. Excellent breakfast. Host on site and really helpful.
