неплохие апартаменты.

удобное местоположение, за адекватную цену.. Высокие потолки и красивая лепнина на них.

Б да лизость трамвайных путей, , которые мешают ночью спать. Отсутствие ложки для обуви. При заселении обнаружилось, что посуда плохо помыта.

Хорошо. Это Рига.

Расположение апартаментов (относительно близко к вокзалу, рынку, старому городу), тёплые полы в санузле, бесплатная парковка в этом же закрытом дворе, оборудование кухни, вся необходимая посуда, обстановка, соль-сахар-масло-чай-кофе и т.п., отличная кровать на двоих, чистота, отзывчивость хозяйки.

Третий человек спит на раскладном кресле, четвёртый - на раскладушке с довольно низкими ножками. Наличие бесплатной закрытой парковки под окнами - большой плюс в центре Риги, но стоит учитывать скромный размер двора старого дома - на "шаране" или, скажем, "зафире" потребуются ювелирные навыки. Впрочем, хозяйка поможет, если что, оповестит соседей, чтобы освободили выезд (если, конечно, вам уже удалось до этого запарковаться ;) ) Если боитесь часов с 6 утра звука трамваев - тоже учтите. Но ведь это ул. К.Барона - они по ней ходят ;) Нам не мешали, спится хорошо.

Location, safety, free parking, environment. The parking entrance was narrow but possible.

The fourth bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the child could sleep. The noise from the street can be disturbing, but we were able to sleep

Some disappointments but worth the money :)

Fast communication with the host, apartament was clean and spacious (as in photos), all required equipment :)

Very noisy street, especially lots of noises at night (11 pm - 2am on Saturday), not recommend if you travel with kids Unfortunately no parking. There is a parking but we couldn’t leave car here. We had to leave car on street (didn’t have to pay, but still uncomfortable). Parking was a priority for us, beacause we were with a baby, hat a stroller and etc. so it was the biggest minus for us :)

Bad value for money

The location was alright, approx. 20 minutes to the old town. The bedroom was nice and comfortable too.

The bathroom was under complete construction which we weren't aware of when booking. After the booking the owner told us they had only to 'take down some piles' which in my opinion is not true to the situation. Additionally, the bathroom door didn't close at all and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was poorly facilitated and was lacking for example glasses, a bottle opener, a toaster... Also, it's extremely loud inside due to the main street and the tram right in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, we came back to the apartment quite late and only saw the many flaws in the evening. Otherwise, we would hve for sure asked for a compensation. I have been staying in quite a lot of accommodations with similar pricing and I can say that it is extremely overpriced for a very low value. I don't recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was clean and location close to the Old Town.

Poor communication with the owner. I sent three emails asking for a toaster which we couldn't find in the apartment, athough it was written in the description. I never got an answer. Bathrobes don't exist in the apartment.

Good location if you are not going to sleep at night.

Helpful and responsible owner.

Good location if you are not going to sleep till 2 a.m. and get up at 6 a.m. due to riding trams and noisy night club visitors next to the windows. And yes, the bathroom door is still broken.

Decent Stay

Perfect location with good bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Good host and pleasant experience.

TV didn't work and sadly was no bottle opener so had to go to supermarket to purchase one

Very nice, bright and warm (I was there in a cold period) apartment, full equipeed with all what is needed. Great internet connection and good communication with the host. Not exactly in the touristic city center but still walking distance there.

Superb

The apartment is located in a central district of Riga on a fancy street. The apartment is well equipped and has quite many amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible, totally recommend it.

The apartment building is kind of old with some very steep staircase, which seemed strange for the first time. The apartment has a few signs of usage, the cleanness could be a bit better. The bathroom due to its location has no heating, so it might be a bit cold during winter, and its door can't be closed as you get stuck. Besides the minor negative sides, you can easily spend some days there.

Great Stay close to the city centre

Really enjoyed the spaciousness, furniture, ornamented high ceiling. The apartment gets a bit noisy as it overlooks a road with the trams and traffic, but that’s part of the charm as you will hear and see the business of the vibrant city. Everything looks exactly like the photos, no surprises. The windows are big and give a lot of daylight during the day. Apartment is conveniently located close to cosy side streets with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes by foot to the city centre.

Location quite near city center, was clean and had all needed equipment.

There wasn't free private parking as was stated, parking in public place and need to use dissabled person's sign.. Also was so hot that hard to breath, no air conditioner and windows direct to main street so from very early morning noices from the street.

Clean apartment, big bed. Everything you need in kitchen. Nice bathroom. Very comfortable check in/out.

Very noisy, trams goes almost by the window. due to no AC you have to open windows, and there is very uncomfortable to sleep. Also no air conditioning, so in June it was to stuffy in room.
