Absolutely loved Thredbo 31. Amazing location and experience. Thankyou

Thredbo 31 offered an excellent location to access the village and gondola's/chairlifts and shuttle to Friday Flat. Parking is right at your front door and the view over the mountain is amazing. Loved the location and space provided by the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. It's a very quiet area. We absolutely loved it and would love to stay again. The communication from the host was superb.

Excellent location, relaxing property and really well suited to a fantastic ski trip.

Location and cleanliness.

We couldn’t open the microwave so couldn’t use it and the fan in upstairs bathroom didn’t work. Minor issues.

This apartment gives great views, excellent access to the village and has handy in-room facilities.

View from the room is spectacular, watched the Saturday night fireworks from the (relative) comfort of the balcony. Warm, comfortable and great fit-out the accommodation was one of the best parts of our visit to Thredbo.

We had a great 5 days and would definitely recommend it to anyone

The property was conveniently situated just above the Village Square. We got very clear directions as to how to find and access the property and it was a nice touch to provide some pantry items for guests. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils

Top location, beautiful views, very clean comfy apartment

Excellent communication with our host, best position in the centre of Thredbo village with a beautiful view of the slopes and mountains, 2 minute walk to great restaurants, bars, shops. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful linen. Parking spot right outside the door.

Excellent accommodation & centrally located

The property was extremely comfortable, easy to access and very central to everything.

Unfortunately I was in a moon boot so getting around was awkward, but my fault nothing to do with the property which was very comfortable while I let my husband bike ride & trek the mountains

Comfortable unit, good communication, would happily stay again.

The location was wonderful, very short walk down the stairs to get to restaurants, the bakery and supermarket. The place was warm, the views were great, the spa bath was lovely. It was also quiet.

The kitchen is very small, although it was well equipped. The blinds upstairs were completely ineffective, they were very thin so all the light came in.

Great location. Beautiful view. Easy to warm the apartment. Good furnishings/comfy. Close to the slopes, locker room for the ski gear was great. Door codes were very useful (not having to carry keys).

Perfect spot for a skiing holiday.

Great location and well set up apartment. Fantastic communication from the hosts - they were very helpful before and during the stay.

I would have preferred that the blinds in the bedroom blocked out more light so it was darker for sleeping.

Spacious, comfortable and central to the action

Excellent central location within Thredbo Village and very convenient parking space. Spacious apartment with excellent facilities for a comfortable stay, large lounge and dining and balcony. Pleasant furnishing and well-equipped kitchen, bedding and provided toiletries.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, however the blinds did not provide much light blockout so was early mornings!

The apartment was right in the centre of the village and so close to everything. Parking, even though tight, was right near the door entrance. The apartment was very clean and warm, the beds were amazing and the views of the mountain, gondola and main chairlifts were perfect. We watched (from our small balcony) the Saturday night fireworks and flare run, convenient location for shops, bakery, supermarket, buses and Valley Terminal. This is a very large 1 bedroom, two storey apartment which had everything we needed and had a very homely, comfortable feel. They even stocked pantry staple items should they be needed. We would definitely recommend Thredbo and stay here again. Rob’s communication was efficient and accurate which made for an easy stay. Angel was prompt in bringing coffee pods when we realised there were only decaffeinated pods provided. A perfect weekend!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Thredbo 31. I would recomend this accomodation for a snow holiday.

Located in the heart of Thredbo village with fantastic views of the ski fields every thing was picture perfect. The premises was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable and clean. There was any and every kitchen utensil and cookware item required and then some. There was an abundance of cleaning products and aids and plenty of toiletries. The fire place was a great aesthetic and well and truly provided sufficient warmth with ample firewood supplied. There was also built in heating both downstairs and up in the bedroom if you felt to tired to stoke the fire after a hard days snowboarding and a sizable spa bath (comfy for two) to relax in with magnesium salts provided.

I would be struggling to find a negative aspect. If any thing at all I would say that the internal stairs are a bit tight. It was easy to misplace your footing if your did not pay attention on your way down the stairs.

The best place we’ve ever stayed at in Thredbo!

Perfect location and car space! Beautiful, clean, and cosy interiors with a view to match. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities are top notch. Great communication by the host too. Thanks Rob, we’ll be back!

Can’t fault this place at all.
