Fair. You get what you pay for.

Staff was gentle and attentive. Full English breakfast was good. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room was a nice touch.

Not particularly clean. Only the places you see at first sight. Location is neither bad or good. It’s probably 15 minutes on the bus to Crayford or Dartford. But If in need to get to L. Bridge, for example, another 30 minutes on a train are required.

Excellent Reception and gentle host

Mr Graham was very very warm and welcoming. Great breakfast, indeed I felt home. Very clean environment, calm and a great place to stay. Always check to make sure I was okay. Gave me tips on how to find my way around. Very clean bath room, infact superb 👌 👍 👏

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay.

bon acceuil, personnes charmantes, petit déjeuner incroyable et chambre confortable, à refaire

J'ai adoré l'ambiance et l'accueil chaleureux de Anne et Graham, si je peux j'y retournerai. Le petit déjeuner anglais était incroyable. J'ai pu arriver plus tôt, bien avant l'heure prévue, ils m'ont prêté une chambre de dépannage pour travailler, le wifi fonctionnait trés bien.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. A lovely place to rest & relax. If in the area again, I would without a doubt stay again.

the property is a bit dated, had to let myself out in the morning, it advertised parkin but this was street parking and had to find a place

Exactly what I hoped for...

Super stay. Wonderful friendly hosts. Its 20 minutes walk from Dartford station with easy connections to Elizabeth Line. Exceptional value for money. I wanted for nothing. List of all the local eateries supplied with a map. Highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the amazing cooked breakfast. Set me up for the day.

Lovely comfortable stay in excellent location

Warm welcome by host who gave me a lot of useful information on travel/eating places in the area. A real home from home. The breakfast was excellent. The bus to the station was just outside the property.

Nice place to stay, convienient location. The bed is clean with clean towels and all ready for the guest. Lovely breakfast prepared by Graham, I would most defintley come back again.

The place is fantastic

The place was very neat with sparkling white bedsheets which I love so much. The bathroom was immaculate. On the cabin was morning prayer and evening prayer nicely pasted. So I conveniently said my morning prayers and evening prayers before I took my bath. I really cherished that so much.

if the carpet on the stairs (when climbing upstairs) could be changed, that would be wonderful.

The environment was beautiful and serene, away from the noisy and rowdy london city. Breakfast was delicious Mr Graham and his family were soo amazing and made me feel at home
