La Habitación bastante cómoda
El Restorán no fue una buena experiencia, pero si tuvieron consideración al cambiar mi plato .

El apartamento bien cómodo , tenía un comedor y había microondas , hervidor y loza que nos sirvió para tomar once.
El desayuno buffets bien variado ,sobre todo los dulces que habían ,muy ricos.
La habitación tenía el televisor malo , deberían revisar antes que llegue el huésped.
Sin embargo el conserje y la mucama, se portaron muy bien y nos cambiaron de habitación.
Cómo sugerencia debería dar la opción para conectarse a Netflix y mejorar la imagen ya que estaba con problemas

No sé qué pasaba, pero ninguna luz encendió. 😩 Estaba muy cansado para comunicarlo, la dejé así. Era la habitación 614.

The hotel is in a very nice area. On the main Alameda (Avenue). Enjoyed the breakfast which had a fair selection of fruits, cereals, pastries and breads.
Free parking is a plus.

Local restaurant recommendations - We visited Pisco Lima about 5 minutes walk away and had a fabulous meal.
Visited O'Higgins museum - where the declaration of the republic of Chile came into being. Very interesting.

The hotel is great, clean, confortable and has a great location
I was charged more for the room and when asked about this the girl at the desk made such a fuss to refundido us our money that we decided to leave it and accept that we were over charged. Also, some staff appeared to not know what was going on in regards to different currencies and appeared that they couldn't be bothered to learn or engage. Other than that everything was great!
