Just great. Thank you

Superb! Great nature view, still clean swimmingpool, lovely garden and cute animals. Our room was unique, with coffeemashine, fridge, wonderfull beding and furniture. Very comfortable sleep. Owners superhelpfull, they helped me with translation and everything after my car broken in Assisi. Lovely people. Thank you for delicious traditional italien welcome cake!

Rural Umbrian bliss

This is a lovely property down a quiet country lane, seemingly in the back of beyond, but only 2 miles outside wonderful Assisi. Davide and Sophie were friendly and excellent hosts. The accommodation is rustic but well appointed with good air conditioning, internet access and a third almost "spare" sitting room which we hardly used. The pool has a perfect setting among the olive trees and was really appreciated in the sweltering heat. NB A car is absolutely essential.

Quite a lot of steps to get up to the parking area and pool.

Excellent stay in Assisi. We recommend!

very nice and clean room. The residence is beautiful and super peaceful atmosphere. Sophie and Davide were super kind and warm hosts, they were so flexible when our flight got delayed and we arrived very (very) late. Big thanks

Exceptional

A beautiful place to relax with the family, peace, quiet, lots of space and beautiful views. We were greeted by the hosts with homemade cake. The kids loved the tree house, pool and animals the most.

Rural accommodation close to Assisi

The accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of reversecycle aircon to keep the rooms warm. Very comfortable bed and big comfortable couches in the living area. The pool looked lovely and inviting, but the weather was too wet and cold to use it. The couple who own the property are very welcoming and friendly, and discreet.

Due to the weather being very wet and cold we spent more time than we would have liked indoors. Unfortunately, the WiFi was patchy, probably due to the weather, and we could only get our phone data to work when we were outside. The living area doesn't have a coffee table which made it difficult to have snacks and a drink indoors when the weather was terrible outdoors. We stayed 5 nights and were only given one roll of toilet paper, which may have been an oversight.

Definitely a great place to stay near Assissi

We were happily surprised by the very friendly owners and all the toys available for our boys to play with, as well as the well secured pool area. Our boys loved the animals.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay

You feel at home as soon as you step on the property. We were welcomed with fresh muffins, coffee and tea. The bigger room was very comfortable for the four of us and the smaller room was perfect for the two others. It is also very nice that you can use the outside space without any problem. The newly-installed pool hidden among the olive trees was a plus and helped keep us fresh in the hot summer. The A/C in every room and internet worked perfectly fine which was not the case in other places we have been. The location was also perfect for us as we were close to Assisi, Spello, Narni, Marmore Falls, Puglia and dozens of other beautiful towns and attractions. The supermarket was very close, too. The kids really enjoyed the cats and all the other animals on the property. The home is located in what I would argue is the most beautiful spots in Italy. The countryside is absolutely breathtaking and the sunsets are remarkable. Sophie and Davide and their children were absolutely adorable. After a day of not seeing us, they texted to verify that we were OK as they were worried for us. We would definitely return.

Beautiful short family stay

Beautiful set up with the nicest hosts we have very met. Very nice apartment in the countryside with easy access by car to Assisi and Spello, two of the most beautiful villages we have visited in Italy. Davide and Sophie went the extra mile to satisfy us and especially our children, the visit to the animals and the treehouse were very special events for them. Cute Aurelio the little kitten became our pet for our daughters during these two days. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area, will surely come back if visiting the area.
