- Great stlye of the hotel
- Great view from the balcony - palm trees & seaview
- Very friendly staff
- Rooms have a great stlye
- Bright rooms and cool lighting
- Location of the hotel is a little bit tricky. Great to explore the whole island, but 20min by walking away from supermarket / restaurants.
- Price - very expensive (but we had to take it spontaneously and most of the other stuff was booked)
- Some things in the apartment were not 100% nice. (goo & stains on the water tap, power sockets a little loose, loose tiles in bathroom)
- We couldn't swim in sea in front of the hotel as it was full of sea weed
- The in-hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed, so we had no chance to get a breakfast / dinner at the location.

Lovely small hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a small problem with the showerhead, but the staff replaced it the next day for us. Staff was very helpful in coordinating activities.
There was a restaurant on the property, but only open for limited hours. Therefore, we only ate there for one breakfast, on the day that we were leaving.

Checked in at 4, not food or drink available. Unable to get to beach, small, dirty... did not even make is past lobby and travel partners were uncomfortable with environment. Unable to get refund.

Staff were nice, the manager was very helpful and friendly.
The place itself is really nice, by the water but lack in available amenities for guests, the space is not used well.
The restaurant is pretty much closed. We were told it opens until 4pm but they only have a breakfast menu.
We went to get a coffee one day and they said the coffee machine was broken, it was fixed and we tried again the next day at 9am but we were told the person that made the coffee had not arrived yet.
There’s lots of spirit bottles but no one to make cocktails so the only drinks available to have by the water or pool is coke, orange juice or beer.

Lovely pool, we had it to us mostly to ourselves. Enjoyed the patio in front of our family room. Staff was helpful with arranging taxi and ordering pizza.
Restaurant turned out to be closed so we went to a place next door for lunch, had to buy drinks in the supermarket and ordered in pizza for dinner.
Communications could have been better so we could have looked for alternatives sooner. Because there’s few alternatives within walking distance, we would have rented a minicar to be more mobile.

having a 2 year old baby the pool was great, its design allows multi level of depth and the less deep is in the shade. perfect for the kids !
restaurant closes at 4pm. No bar at night but it seems in construction.
Also, one day the cook didnt show up to work. so our plan of having breakfast before taxi arrives were compromised.

The hotel is very cute and looks like the pictures. The breakfast I only had one day, but it was enjoyable. The staff were nice and tried to be helpful about the internet situation. The AC and fan situation was great.
The main issue was that the internet rarely worked and I had expected to work from there. I ended up having to pay extra to use a co-working space somewhere else on the island. It's definitely their infrastructure because there were better internet spots more centrally located. Also, I didn't realize, but it's not a short enough walk to the central area, so you will need to either rent a golf cart / moped. It was expensive (when you add up) to take a taxi to and from (the rides where short but were minimum 100 pesos).

Attention to detail, this place is definitely well thought out...pride of ownership shows everywhere. The employees are very attentive....thanks to Francis & Angel...
Everything was great

Staff is super friendly and the hotel is quite beautiful and stylish. Beautiful sunset from the back of the hotel, by the swimming pool area.
There aren't many options of what to do or where to go by walk. Taxis are very cheap though. WiFi is quite unstable.

stylish and big room, we had a lot of space (room with private pool)
the private beach is part of the harbour so maybe not the right place to swim and relax at the beach

Cute boutique hotel. Well maintained. Staff were great. Room was cleaned daily and the air worked good. They were good to respond through Booking messenger to questions.
Little confused on payment as we booked with our credit card on booking and was listed as no down payment. Shortly after I got a message via booking messenger from the hotel I needed to pay a deposit to hold the room through pay pal that was due 24hr after booking. I did call Booking agent and they were of no help or follow up. Seemed suspicious but after investigation was legitimate. They sent a pay pal link for deposit and then you pay the rest when you check in. Booking should work with property to better disclose this. Why does Booking need my credit card when it all ran through the hotel in the end. With all the scams out there it should be more clear. I feel that is on booking and not totally on the hotel.

The property is remarkable with endless views. Our room was perfect and comfortable. We outfitted our food storage with food and drinks. It reminded us of home.
Parking is tough, but not impossible. That we had to leave. So many sites and restaurants we missed.

The hotel is a really beautiful place, good location, kind people, clean, very good breakfast, beautiful restaurant area at the water. I would recommend to book one of the rooms facing the sea side. They also have balconies.
The standard room I booked barely had daylight and I could hear the noise of the street. I would recommend to book one of the rooms facing the sea side with a balcony.

it was well done and beautiful
the airport transportation was misleading and we ended up booking and paying for everything ourselves. plus the restaurant was never open when we asked during our two day stay. plus we were told they would book us a snorkeling excursion on Thursday but then said the company couldn’t go due to the ocean. later we checked again after we had seen other boats with snorkeled at a beach club we ended up going to

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and really nicely decorated/appointed. Situation right on the bay with a dock in front and access to salt water swimming was great. It doesn't have a true "beach" in the sense that there isn't sand reaching right down to the water. But there is a sandy area to sit and great lounge chairs and hammocks facing out to the beautiful bay view. We swam off the dock and it was just fine. Pool was nice, too, although the water was a little on the cool side (colder than the ocean water). We really appreciated the high quality decor. Overall, it was a great place to relax and enjoy the water and a good value. We loved the included breakfast right on the dock by the bay.
Location was a little awkward in that it is about 1.5 miles from the town where most of the restaurants are, and the hotel didn't really serve lunch or dinner. Not a bad walk for young, healthy people, but a little long for us. It turned out to be easiest to take a taxi into town, and then take the bus back. You also need to make that trip if you want to enjoy the nice beaches of the Playa Norte (however, they are quite crowded).

nice facilities, pretty room and bath, nice pool, great staff
room was dark. no way to open or close curtains. at night the neon light coming through the window was like a cheap motel.

Breakfast was mediocre. Location is stunning. Rooms are beautiful.
We checked in on new years eve. No one told us anything about the property or gave us any overview. Restaurant was closed for a private party so we had no access to food or drink on-site. They told us we had to go eat outside. When we asked them to call us a taxi to find food after 9 pm, we were told they couldn't because they didn't work after that time and we had to find one which was challenging due to hotel location and it being our first night on the island. We didn't have our bearings yet. Internet doesn't work in rooms only in lobby. This was a big challenge. Kitchen sink did not have running water, barely a trickle. We dropped a beer bottle in the room by accident and we were made to pay a large fee for this. We were told they couldn't wash the towels (we used to cover the broken glass for safety) so we had to pay. They told us this after we refused to pay another large fee to extend checkout by an hour. We paid the towel fee they demanded and will not stay there again. General lack of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality. We were quite disoriented on new years eve without access to onsite restaurant and would have made arrangements if they had communicated this prior.

The area itself was quiet and lovely
The location is good and only a 20 minute walk to the local amenities
The pool was lovely and the small beach area was nice too
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
View was lovely from the room as well
The water pressure in the shower was very weak and it took a while for the water to heat up
The Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the rooms (if it’s needed), it seemed to work better in the reception area
