The location, free parking, good cleaning.
In one hand, the person in charge was really unprofessional and very unhelpful. He was yelling at me with no reason, he's vibe is uncomfortable. He doesn't like to answer the phone, always is saying he is resting and has no time to waist with costumers. In the other hand, the place it's at good location with parking included.

Beautiful garden with small outdoor kitchen and place to relax. Rooms are clean, parking place is secure and accessible through a narrow street. Owner is very helpful.

Owners were very friendly, room was a good size and towels were provided.
The rooms could do with a new coat of paint. Not a big deal though.

Very nice! Our room was huge and clean. Actually our room was in a new building on the other side. Unfortunately there are no pictures of it. So we didn't have the hammocks and garden in front. But we stayed only for sleeping, so that was really fine! Friendly host :)

The owner of the hotel doesn't have the minimum shame or professionalism. We had the expectation of staying six days, but after the first night we left. After sleeping the first night, turns out we have to pay double because although I have booked for 2 people, it appears to him in booking as I booked for only 1 person. So far everything is good, since because of some error in booking, it's true that it appeared to him like that. The point is that even though we don't care to pay more,I'm sure that there is something wrong with booking, since I am pretty sure that I booked for 2 people.Effectively,I check booking prices in front of him,and prove him that it really shows that price for 2 people and not the one he says, with the simple intention of trying to get to the root of the problem,or to warn him that there is an inconsistency in his booking rates, so that he can fix them.Instead of trying to solve this problem,he refuses to speak about it,even refuses to look at my screen where I show him the official prices of booking, and starts acting hostile and continually inviting us to leave his hotel. Finally, since we don't want to move all our stuff to another hotel,we switch to another room where unlike the previous one, wifi works well.I pay to him the room,I tell him that as soon as my partner finishes breakfast we move our things, and when we make the backpacks and move to the new room,it turns that they have closed the room and there's no one at the reception. We carry the backpacks back to the previous room,we go to have lunch, and when we are back,we ask for the keys.Surprisingly, the worker tells us (nothing of this is her fault) that the owner has re-booked our room to other people. We talk to him and, apparently,he is now giving the room to other customers as they wanted it for 5 nights, and since we had only booked it for day, it's more money, even though we had already booked it and even paid it.

Beautiful garden, our kids loved it. Good kitchen area for cooking, well water so we could drink from tap in the kitchen. Our room had two nice beds and private bathroom. We were close enough to the town away from everything touristy but also close enough to touristy area if needed. Great central location. Owner was very nice and helpful. Also best value. It was the cheapest place when we looked but we really had nothing to complain about. Mix of foreigners and guatemalan guests too which was nice.
Some guests were very loud late at night. Also a bar nearby had loud music we could hear one night.
