Super Vermieter.

Very nice beach house with direct access to the sea, modern style and comfort. Owners are very supportive in any questions.

The location was excellent with direct access to the beach. The beach was excellent with really clear water and was not over crowded almost private.
The interior and garden of the property was modern and stylish. The beds were very comfortable.
Although part of a larger villa with neighbours next door and above it was totally private.
Peaceful and relaxing.
The hot water was only luke warm which may not matter in the heat of the summer months but we stayed in October it could of been hotter. The jacuzzi could do with a update but was still functional.

The location directly on the beach is marvelous and the apartment has a beautiful garden. A special thanks to our host, who are lovely, extremely kind and who gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to go (e.g. beaches and restaurants).

Everything about this place is true and more.
We came here for a week of remote working, and that came with a set of requirements. Close to town, close to the beach, comfortable and good facilities, i.e. fast internet - it delivered on all of it.
We were easily able to have two video calls running on the connection simultaneously. They even went further to make sure there is WiFi access outside with a second access point.
In case you're wondering, the garden is truly private and yours for the stay. From the outdoor table, couch, day bed, jacuzzi and also direct beach access (oh with a outdoor shower to wash off). We thought it was too good to be true, it's all true.
You're given bikes to get to town which has great restaurants, and also a very nice supermarket. e-scooters are also available just down the road. Otherwise it's a pleasant walk.
The beach is calm, clear and stunning.
The host Michela was fantastic and always available if we needed anything.
We are already talking of coming back.

Superb location on the beach, lovely garden with a pair of entertaining tortoises and lots of bird life. Pula is a gorgeous small town with some excellent restaurants, charming streets and really friendly and helpful people. Nice vibe.
Our only disappointment is that we didn't look closely enough at the pictures and for some odd reason though there was a pool as well as a jacuzzi. It was not trouble, though, because Nora beach is gorgeous and the sea (even in May) was warm enough to swim.
The kitchen could be better equipped for serious cooks.

We had such an amazing time at the apartment! We stayed with our 8 month baby for 10 days and it had everything we needed. The hosts we incredibly accommodating, setting up a travel cot and 2 high chairs for us to use. We couldn’t go out in the evening and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.
The garden is fantastic and the hot tub was great. We loved relaxing in there during the hot days. Opening a gate which leads straight on to the beach is such a luxury! it is a lovely beach and you can easily spend your days there. You can walk along the beach to the Roman ruins at Nora which is worth looking at.
We really liked the town of Pula. it is about a 20-30 min walk from the apartment. It feels like a real town whilst also having plenty for tourists. We went out of season but there was still plenty of places open to eat and drink. If you are happy to walk that distance then a car wouldn’t be necessary. We had a car and used to visit Chia’s beaches and flamingos and on our one rainy day we drove into Cagliari.
We relaxed instantly and felt it was worth the money for that alone. Like I said, the hosts were fantastic throughout.
We really can’t wait to return.
Nothing.

Location is just perfect, staff super friendly, the garden amazing during daytime as well as during the night. Free bikes provided and easy connection to Pula down town. Grazie
Mosquito protection could be added to the apartment window as an additional upgrade

This place is a real piece of paradise. Starting from the very personalized contact with the host ( as we asked for a seafood market in advance, Michela organized the requested octopus for us ), going through the own paradise garden and beach just in front of the apartment. Guys believe me, I have a lot of luxury experience but this place exceeded all my expectations!

The description of how to get to the location was not precise enough, we had to look around the area and call the host.
