Amazing hotel with wonderful staff. 10/10

Everything. Room was amazing, staff could not help you enough. Great pool and facilities. Could not fault anything. Great value for money. Best hotel stayed in during trip around Asia

Breakfast selection a tiny bit limited but no real issue. In a more quiet area but can easily walk 10 minutes into town or get a tuk tuk from reception/ using an app. No real faults

Bon hotel

Très jolie hôtel avec de belle chambre très confortable et vraiment propre. Literie agréable, les chambres sont très lumineuse. Très grande piscine,bon petit déjeuner l’hôtel dans l’ensemble dispose de tout. Le personnel est également vraiment sympathique. Possibilité de location de scooter.

L’emplacement, l’hôtel est au milieu de nulle part sans possibilité d’aller au restaurant à pied les rues sont complètement noire le soir sans éclairage.

Tout est parfait

Très bel hôtel tout neuf, nous avons eu une très belle suite, grande et très confortable. La piscine est immense, tout est vraiment très propre. Le lit, les oreillers et le linge sont super. Le manager est très sympathique et parle très bien anglais et un peu français. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Overall it's very good hotel, reasonable price. Reception and staffs are very friendly.

Big rooms, clean, facilities in the room, friendly reception and staff.

Breakfast wasn't so varied with no vegetables as salad. The pillows didn't suit me. I like hard and thicker pillows.

Great value and comfortable stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite and it was huge, basically a one bedroom apartment. The room had all the amenities we needed with fast wifi. Very comfy and big bed. The hotel is very clean and the pool is huge. We loved it! Water pressure in the shower and hot water could have been better but that’s just my personal preference.

There were only 6 sun-beds by the pool.

Western standard alike hotel in Kep.

The manager is very helpful and fluent at English. Concerned about the well being of his guests and engaging with the appropriately to ensure they are happy. The front desk staff however does not speak English. They need support from a super friendly lady in the kitchen, which sums up Cambodia for you. People are not in the right job. I had a booking.com upgrade, and was offered a suite. Super comfy bed to cambodian standards. I checked the other rooms, and there is no bed comfort difference between the suite and normal rooms.

This is a wedding hotel, so expect to have disturbances at certain times, particularly in the early morning as Cambodians are active at sunrise. The leather couches in the suite could have been cleaner, some stains. The wifi is a Kep area thing. It comes and goes. If you need to video conference at a specific time, don't count on it in Kep. Nothing this hotel can do about. The property is a bit far out. I'm happy to rely on tuktuks since I do not drive motorbikes(scared), but in Kep they are sometimes impossible to get. Also no regular bikes to be rented in Kep. Be prepared in the evening to walk ±40 min from the town to the hotel if no tuktuks are around. They are actually around, but enjoying Kep with their family in the evening, pointing to you they are off duty. Have phone battery for lighting in the street, and don't be scared of roaming dogs. Superb

fabulous staff the manager spoke good English and took time out to talk to us. the hotel has a strange location long way from anywhere but once we got used to it we loved the peace

Best and most comfortable stay on our 3 month trip in S/E Asia

Exceptional

Best stay possible ,modern facilities ,no levels ,one level throughout. Consistant staff always with a smile . Manager arranged a scooter delivered to the door and arranged a car to the airport at reasonable costs . Breakfast very good ,huge swimming pool and staff /manager always willing to help ,all requests met with a smile .They even washed the scooter and made sure was put away for the nights . Staying here will not disappoint, felt like being home with more comforts ,sad to leave .

Hidden gem.

Incredible value for the largest room we stayed in during our 15 nights in Cambodia. The staff was very helpful in getting a bag I left behind at a crab market restaurant. The pool was fantastic. Jump on this if you get a deal. Stay for a while and rent a scooter to get around.

It is out of the way and nobody seems to know where this hotel is located. Our friends speak Khmer so language wasn’t the issue. It almost seemed like a ghost hotel since we had 2 rooms one night and only 1 other room was occupied.

excellent

our staying was very nice and relaxed. in the first day we were almoast the only guests in the hotel. So it was very calm. Manager of the hotel was very helpfull . even when we ran out of gas during our scooter ride , He came with his car and brought us a litre of gas. so we were lost and eaten by crazy dogs if not him. looking forward to come again.

Newly established Hotel

The hotel is new and the infrastructure was very modern. The staff was generally very helpful and friendly although not all of them could speak English very well. Even though they did not have a laundry service one of the staff members brought our laundry to another hotel.

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere so a scooter or tuk tuk is mandatory. No towels for the pool, restaurant not really open, breakfast okay but nothing special. There where no chairs for the balcony. I have the feeling that the hotel has not found its concept yet.

Great value for money option in Kep

The hotel is close to the harbor where you can board a boat to Rabbit island. Rooms are large and most have balconies with seaview. There is a large pool in front of the hotel. Great value for money.
