Excellent stay in Cambrai

Great location and free parking nearby. The apartment is spacious and provided a smalk fridge, kettle and microwave oven.

The steps leading to the apartment are steep which is not unusual for europe.

Good location, property as advertised and really liked the fridge microwave plates, bowls, cutlery coffee expresso machine

Couldn’t work the blinds, could do with some instructions (( not use to blinds being from England)

Not bad

The area was a rough area and there were a lot of addicts and beggars around.

The rooms were interconnected and to go to the toilet and bathroom we had to go through our friends bedroom which was not convenient.

Superb

We stayed for one night with our teenage son. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. Well-situated, clean and with comfy beds. We liked it all. And a very easy stroll to restaurants and cafés for dinner and breakfast.

Great Place to Stay

Private & secure parking, great value for money, great communications from the host. Fantastic shower! It has a kettle (so rare to find on the continent) and a nespresso machine too. Comfortable beds. Good location for the main square/shops/restaurants etc.

Stairs could do with carpet on them. Our motorcycle boots must have made a real racket on the wooden stairs for other occupants. Layout of the suite is what it is and can't be changed I guess but you'd need to be quite good friends as the occupants of one room would have to walk through the adjoining room to get to the bathroom. Also, the occupants next to the bathroom would have to enter the other bedroom to get to the suite entrance & tea coffee facilities. Bit noisy at night as there's a bar just up the road frequented by boy racers with loud exhausts. I had earplugs so that didn't bother me.

Convenient central flat.

Good communication with the host. 2nd floor flat (no lift) in a convenient central position close to centre. Flat was comfortable with everything needed for a short city break. Off-street car parking a bonus.

Some road traffic noise due to cobbled street outside.

The beds were comfortable. It was clean and quiet

The layout was funny. The main entrance is on the twin room room through which you access the main room. The shower room is an ensuite to the main room, so people sleeping in the twin room have to go through the master room to access the toilet. It is classified incorrectly as an apartment. It does not have a kitchen. The room could do with a proper table an 4 chairs.

This property is lovely. It combines traditional ambience (serene and convent-like) with a coffee machine and decent coffee. The location is excellent although it could do with a small reminder that the street is one-way on exiting (the helpful police officer reminded me). The hosts were very accommodating and offered back up support if needed. Reassuring but not needed as it was great. Highly recommended. Cambrai is beautiful and this apartment is wonderful.

There was only one fan and it was a very warm night so a second, for the second room, would have been welcomed. However it did not spoil an otherwise pleasant stay.

Very clean, good location with secure parking.

It wasn’t clear that the bathroom was only accessible through one of the bedrooms.

There was a nespresso machine, an electric water kettle to make teas , a small fridge and a microwave, making it easy to make breakfast. The location was great and the room was very comfortable. The owner seemed friendly and responded rapidly. We will return!!

Nice place for person who want be close of the city :)

The apartment is located in close proximity to the city center. It has a parking place. Our host was kind. Our communication was good. We had all informations about check in. We had coffee, tea, towels.

There could be a microwave in the apartment. This is generally advantage.

Bargain price high quality accommodation,

Secure parking for our four motorbikes, easy to find, very close for restaurants and cafes It was only a stopover on the way to Bastogne, but our hosts made us very welcome, spoke perfect English, a great couple!

Local bakers did a very limited breakfast, we would look elsewhere if we stayed again
