Disappointing

Loved the place and the location

That we didn't sleep at all due to it being 10 ft away from 3 loud pubs and screaming teens till 6 am

Superb

This facility has the best equipped kitchen. Also basic foods such as sugar, salt, oil, coffee. My rating for the kitchen is maximum. There are several hangers in the bathroom, which are very necessary and rarely have them in any bathroom. We are very satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

perfect. we would definitely return.

Plenty of room for 4 adults. We were on a cycling holiday and it was perfect. Tea, coffee provided, secure bike storage. free washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 double beds and one double and comfy sofa bed. Right in the centre too. nothing was too much for the host.

Superb

Location was excellent, the fan was great to have, loved that there were games and DVD's for rainy days. The beds were comfy and the recliner chair was a massive hit with the whole family.

It was rather noisy if you had the window open at night. Could do with a full length mirror.

Super host! awesome location! bit noise at night

The host was really friendly and helpful. In the cellar there is a washing machine and a drawer. That was really useful! The location ist in the center and you can reach everything in a walking distance

The flat is at the bar and restaurant part in the town. At night ist was a little bit noise.

Exceptional

Greatly equipped and clean apartment on the edge of the pedestrian zone, ideal for two, comfortable for three, parking in front of the entrance, easy access from the main street ... Proximity to several ski centers, accommodation in the center of town near cafes and shops, easy access by car - we got exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is excellently furnished, equipped, clean and comfortable. I have only one warning for those with a light sleep: with a location in the city center, noise inevitably comes. Just below the window there are several bars with "extended" opening hours, especially on weekends. The noise comes from their visitors hanging out on the street and sometimes lasts until dawn. This is not a complaint, the noise is quite muffled and we didn't mind, but it can be a problem for someone.

Very good!

Good place near city center. Convenient rooms (except the kitchen - it is too small). Helpful owners - we managed everything using whatsapp (or Booking app). One interesting thing - dishwasher in the bathroom - in the mornings it makes some problems. :)

There are at least 2 bars in the near so be prepared for some noise in the weekend nights.

Nice appartement in the center of Lienz

Very nice appartement, excellent location. Clean and spacious for 2 persons, equipped kitchen (even with oil, vinegar, salt etc.). Friendly host, easy acces to the keys, parking place.

Very nice place. I recommend it!

The apartment is located near the train station and in the very center of the city. The apartment has a mountain view (from three sides). The hostess is a very responsive and kind woman. The apartment is clean and tidy. The room has everything you need (stove, oven, dishwasher, tape recorder, etc.). Parking is located near the house and is included in the rental price. There are two restaurants opposite the house.

I liked everything, there are no complaints.

Perfect Apartment for a nice weekend-trip to Lienz

The location of the flat was great, two minutes walking distance to the centre of Lienz. Also the parking option was perfect, just in front of the property in the middle of the town. The design and interior of the apartment were lovely chosen - it felt like home from the very first second :)

We loved our stay at this place. Quite easy check-in and check-out, there wasn’t unnecessary fuss about it. Our host made sure that we had everything we needed there - glasses, necessities, spices, coffee and tea, name it, it was there. We really appreciate that we didn’t have to buy a ton of things that we needed to throw off later. The place was super clean, great location - right at the center of Lienz and on a 10 min drive to where we were skiing. The apartment has quite a view I would say, if you are not used to the Alps :) We also had a lot of fun with the board games the apartment had, the movies were a nice touch as well. We would definitely visit again if going back to Lienz!

The wifi wasn’t really strong. I had to bring work with me there and needed to use my laptop a couple of times but the connection was not reliable at all. I managed to do something very early in the morning when it was better. It is okay for just browsing on the web, and mails, though, which may be more than enough for most people on vacation.
