disappointed comparing to the photos.

nicely decorated, and clean. The staff on spot was helpful.

what hasn’t been pointed out on the photos, is that the view gives on other appartments on the otherside. and that the swimming pool is way smaller than the photos, and gets sun for only 2-3 hours a day; we were not tempted to use it ( also because it was filthy) and that is a pitty because that was the whole point of us renting such an appartment. the place misses air, even thou there are enough windows, there was barely any fresh air coming in and that is because the residence is like a square block, of high buildings which blocks the sun and upcoming fresh air. The kitchen only had boiling water and no regular temperature water, Building is very noisy and every noise from the hall or closeby appartments sounds like it happens in the middle of the house. Highly priced for what it is and Aspecially for low season. The beach nearby is very filthy as it is the dumpster for the industrial area nearby, but that’s more our fault for not knowing the area as good.

Beachfront stay with easy access to cafés and the beach

The interior was new and stylish and the host was quick to respond to our questions.

Unfortunately, the building was extremely noisy and there was a strange smell in the kitchen.

We stayed 5 nights in this calm and beautiful apartment , everything went great and smoothly. the owner was very helpful and quick responding. The residence is fully secured with cameras. Two minutes away from beach and surrounded with coffee shops and lovely restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

As we booked a week in this lovely flat. It would be practical to have a frying pan in the kitchen for quick cooking. Other than that the kitchen is well equipped and clean.

Feel yourself at home.

Everything was perfect. We got all the services what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent host. Highly recommended 😊

Very good apartement but the price was a bit too high

Good location but the beach was under construction. Modern and comfortable apartment. Good furniture. There is almost everything inside. Good view from the roof. It's very close to the beach. It is only 10 minutes walk to the supermarket. Good wifi. Top floor.

Some repair is needed, especially kitchen valve and shower drain. A bit too expensive for the low season. Beach is under reconstruction but still possible to come in. View from the window is restricted by opposite wall. The pool was open but it was too cold for swimming and almost no sun in the yard.

As always everything is clean and stylish. Nothing to complain about.

The AC in the bedroom didnt work properly.

Safe- clean and nearby to the beach

The apartment was clean and the host is very helpful in any matter. I would say you can trust her and the security at this building it is far more than great.We recommend this place for a family and it is situated nearby a long beautiful beach and there is also a pool for children age from 5 year and a pool for adults. There is no problem to get a taxi to the city, train station and to the market to buy food. You have also a few restaurants nearby. Mohammedia is also close to Rabat and Casablanca (15 min ) train and it is also cheap 15 dh go by train ....

Nothing to complain. Everything was great.

. Host must check facilities before confirming with visitors. (Water heater wasn't operational) . Would be better if host answer to mobile given. . Host informed that maximum check out time is 11, 12 was mentioned in the booking.

Superb

The apartment is nearby the beach and it is easy to take a taxi to city. To this, the complex is secured with a security guard and it feels very secured.
