Stay at an apartment in a great location!

The apartment is really well located in a very quiet area of the old town. The apartment was very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay provided. Basic cooking condiments are provided and some welcome treats were found in the fridge. Info booklets and a map of Dubrovnik was also provided. Host was excellent and communicated promptly. Great stay!

Extremely comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Very comfortable apartment that had everything we could want. Very clean and in an excellent old town location, which was central yet quiet. The host was attentive and very prompt In replying to questions etc.

Stay at Apartman Nikola

Located inside Old Town. Spacious clean apartment with everything you would need including a well supplied kitchen, dishwasher and laundry. The owner was super attentive, checking up on you daily to make sure all is well.

Location is a bit challenging to find, probably exacerbated by our rather late arrival in the evening when it was already dark and starting to rain.

Very nice stay.

Excellent location. Exceptional room. The apartment was stocked with just about everything a traveler could need. Host was very responsive and there were no issues on check-in. We would stay here again.

Nothing major at all. The bed was a little stiff. And we only had one set of keys, which was not helpful if two guests separate, since the doors (there are 2) have to be locked/unlocked from both the inside and outside. (This means a person could technically be locked in their own room.) To be fair, we did not ask for two sets of keys, so maybe this was an option.

Excellent apartment with wonderful hosts!

The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive and kind! The apartment is very central to many “must-see" locations. The washer/dryer is very convenient as well. The apartment is very spacious and has everything a family could need.

There is a flight of stairs, but it was only slightly inconvenient upon arrival and departure when we were carrying all the bags and a stroller.

Perfect in every way.

Everything was perfect: location, amenities (laundry!!), and host. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in Dubrovnik, close to any of the gates, plenty of restaurants and sights, and a short walk to the beach. Having a kitchen and washing machine were extremely helpful. We’d been vacationing for over a month & being able to have breakfast and lunch on our own was a big savings, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. Our host was beyond exceptional!! Any message was met with a reply within minutes, before, during and after our stay. Nikola went above and beyond to help us with our rental car mix up, even stopping by the office & calling them for us. I can’t explain how much that meant to us, and for us, because the car company was not happy before Nikola’s intervention, but after everything was fine and the price was actually less than originally estimated. Without the help I know that I would still be sorting it all out. THANK YOU!!

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

Brilliant apartment - perfectly located within seconds of major attractions in the old town. The apartment is large, well equipped, has a large functional kitchen, washing/dryer machine, large bedroom, couch, iron, ironing board, coffee making facilities and added extras such as juice, wine, coffee supplied abc a range of toiletries. The host was very accommodating- provided early check in and late check out, helped arrange airport transfer and was extremely helpful.

Beds are a little hard but minor detail given how fantastic the apartment is.

Loved Dubronik 😍

We loved the location and our host. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable. There was a refreshing bottle of cold water, orange juice and a bottle of wine 🍷 to welcome us. The kitchen was also stocked with coffee & tea which was a very nice touch. The bathroom was equipped with soap, shampo, and other amenities. The host was extremely accommodating to our requests and offered many recommendationsto restaurantsas well as activities. It was very quiet too with air conditioning. We loved the location to everything old town has to offer.

Spacious and well appointed!

Spacious apartment with well appointed kitchen in great location near the old port and close to the walls. The washing machine and dishwasher were great as was the delicious bottle of red wine left in the fridge. Highly recommended and we didn’t want to leave!!

A great place to stay in heart of Dubrovnik old city

Location was great and very central. very nice and quiet though there is no actual windows because it’s in one of the historic alleys. however honestly we didn’t care for any views.

A great, central appartment with all you could need for a comfortable stay.

Location was great and quiet and the apartment was a real gem hidden down an alleyway. Great kitchen facilities including kettle and coffee maker, and the water and juice left in the fridge were appreciated. The washer/dryer were modern and there was washing detergent to use. The water pressure in the shower was great and the toiletries even included razors, make up wipes and micellar water. The host was extremely helpful and provided a great video on how to access the property on foot after getting off the airport shuttle at Pile Gate.

For me, the beds were hard and uncomfortable as was the lounge.

Lovely apt in the old town.

Lovely apt right in the old town, near to everything. Nice big bedroom and comfortable bed with lots of storage space. Good kitchen/sitting room with everything you need. Excellent shower. Very well stocked with towels and nice touches including a bottle of wine, water and juice left, also some toiletries. Great correspondence from the owner.

feel like home. Perfect for our family of 3!

perfect location, found everything we needed in the apartment, we were able to cook for our son and our stay was incredible. cute little details that me us feel welcome. love the “makeup” towel and the welcome treats that help us with having something to eat when we arrived. definitely will recommend.

Fantastic value for money in an excellent location.

Excellent location in the Old Town - on a quiet street within easy walking distance of all main attractions and not too many stairs to negotiate with your luggage to get to the apartment. Check-in was contactless and all communication from our host was excellent. This included a video sent to us a few days prior to our arrival showing directions to the apartment - a welcome touch. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay and a generous welcome pack of milk, orange juice, water, red wine and cookies provided. Basic toiletries (shower gel, soap) were provided and the apartment also has a washing machine/tumble drier

Nothing - we would happily stay there again and will recommend to friends and family. The only downside is that apartment does not have a view due to its location on a quiet side street.

Good vibes in the middle age environment:)

Everything was perfect (location, apartment, facilities, attentiveness of the hosts) if only we wouldn't face challenges with heating and the cold water in the middle of taking a shower... The apartment was centrally located in the old town and tastefully decorated.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps was a mistake to stay in the Dubrovnik old town for more than 2 nights... In addition it was scary to feel the earthquake just the last night of our stay in Dubrovnik, but this was, of course, nothing to do with the apartment and the hosts :)

We couldn’t be happier with out stay in Dubrovnik. Apartment located right in the centre, very convenient to get anywhere. Very well equiped, You can find anything you need in the apartment, perfect for either long or short stays. The host have been very helpful and friendly. Quick to reply messages. Would definetly come back, and highly recommend for anyone.

Patricia helped us with everything! She shown us best restaurants around, find best excursion on the boat. Also we forget our watch in appartments and she was very kind to meet with us to give it back. By the way it very modern appartment in the old town and you could go by foot almost everywhere. So i would suggest this apparment to all my friends.

Exceptional accommodation at the great location with very hospitable and friendly host.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in superb location within the old City on a quiet street. It has a great little kitchen for preparing meals. The apartment is well stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen and the bathroom. We had excellent communication with the host. Patricia was the perfect hostess, very helpful and problem solver. She greeted us with the bottle of red wine, milk, orange juice and water in the fridge and even cookies for our son. Can't recommend it enough!

Home away from Home

This has to be one of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in. Everything you need is provided. It’s very clean and comfortable. Good location and not too many stairs to get your luggage up as in many places in Dubrovnik. The hosts are very helpful with any requests and information. Excellent choice if you are in Dubrovnik
