We loved the Dubrovnik experience & the apartment was a perfect base for us.

Fantastic location, cute apartment with everything we needed & lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Good workout walking back up the old town stairs. Really lovely & helpful family who went out of their way to guid us to carpark.

Enjoyed Old Town & our nice accommodations

Very clean & comfortable.

Be aware there are many, many steps in Old Town & our host offered to meet us but we thought we could find it easily, but no. We were lost & probably did double the steps.

Great stay in Dubrovnik!!

El apartamento es sensacional; somos una familia de 4 y estuvimos súper cómodos. Ana y su marido fueron unos hosts increíbles, nos ayudaron a aparcar el coche y nos dieron unas recomendaciones súper buenas en la ciudad. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado; y está totalmente equipado. MUCHAS GRACIAS! PS: Los escalones para subir al apartamento no fueron ningún problema dado que además depende de la puerta que entres, son menos. En Dubrovnik es inevitable tener que subir y bajar!

Our stay was amazing, after a hot day exploring Dubrovnik we could relax in the cool apartment and feel safe and comfort

Absolutely wonderful!

The hosts, husband and wife, were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help us find free parking. The location of the apartment was exceptional, inside the Old City walls, very quiet, clean. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment and the hosts. The unique basketball court right next to the apartment, with one of the best views of all Dubrovnik, was a very pleasant bonus.

Amazing host, perfect location, clean and air-conditioned apartment!

Firstly the property was spotlessly clean, perfectly located and beautifully air-conditioned. The host Ana was immediately responsive, met us when we arrived, and allowed us to check in earlier than planned! One of our bags ripped open on the flight over, and Ana brought us a replacement bag of her own as there was nowhere to purchase a replacement - thank you so much for your generosity Ana!!

Great apartment, great location, lovely hosts.

Hosts were so nice. They helped us find parking and a tour guide. Apartment was very cute and right in the old city. We could walk to everything! They also had some tables and chair you could setup outside to enjoy coffee or breakfast or wine.

Amazing and enjoyable! We would stay again in the future :)

The place was in a great location in Old Town and had everything needed. The place is clean and comfortable for visiting Dubrovnik. We enjoyed our stay and also really appreciated the extra service provided by the host to make our stay even more enjoyable.

The only things to note is as in all of Dubrovnik there are many old steps to get to and from the apartment which could be difficult for some travellers.

Charming, clean and quiet apartment and location

Fresh and welcoming suite with attention to details. It is in a charming and quiet residential location near to the walls of the city. Great restaurants near by. The owners were exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

One of the best apartments from booking.com I have ever been to! Ana is super nice and helpful person, the apartment is big, cozy and super clean. There was everything we needed and even more. Location is great, close to everything, but at the the same time it's far from street crowds and restaurant noises, it was very quiet at night. It's on the ground floor which means a lot as Dubrovnik streets have maaany stairs. Air conditioning helped us to survive the heat. Highly reccomended!

We had an exceptional experience. Ana and her husband could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay a truly memorable experience. Could not ask for a better location in Old Town!

Lots of stairs to get there but that is true of everywhere in Old Town.

Great stay, great location, wonderful host!

This place was in a great location near the Buza gate. The host was wonderful and met us early and let us put our luggage in the place while she was finishing up cleaning. The house was clean, spacious, had a beautiful landing out front. It was very easy to get to the old town.

As most of Dubrovnik, you will have to climb lots of stairs to get to and from the apartment. Make sure you can handle climbing a good 5 stairs of stone flights from the center of Old Town.

Great host, great location, sweet apartment. Two big thumbs up!

Ana is such a lovely host. She allowed me to drop off luggage early which meant she had to meet me there. We had a lovely chat over coffee. Walking the outside wall eliminates numerous steps.

Tenant on the floor above walked and spoke very loudly. Luckily it was for short periods of time, so tolerable.

Beyond Excellent

Everything. Fabulous apartment, within about 150m of the Main Street of the old City of Dubrovnik. Spotlessly clean. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The host Ana and her husband were amazing. Met us off the shuttle bus from the airport, took us to the apartment (before check in time), showed us everything, gave us great recommendations for bars and restaurants. There was everything you would need in the apartment as well as Coffee, sugar, porridge, beer, coke, water, biscuits. All the toiletries you would need, beautiful towels. They even kept out luggage and brought it to the shuttle bus for us later in the day……..that was going above and beyond and was hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment……..and I’m not easy to please!!!!

Situated in a quiet part of the Old Town this is an ideal spot to explore Dubrovnik. The airport transfer arranged by the owners was great. Access to anywhere in the Old Town is via many steps and getting to the Apartment is no exception. For a long weekend the Apartment had toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and everything else required. Beds were comfortable and the Apartment was far enough away from the main tourist areas to be quiet at night. Sitting out by the Apartment in the evening was a bonus. The Apartment was clean and well cared for.

We enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to the main sights and the beach.

Great location within the old city walls - very close to a street of restaurants, the supermarket and of course the main sights. The hosts were as the name of their apartment indicates - very welcoming - providing us with a lot of information and tips about the area.

Unprepared for the strenuous physical task of getting our luggage to the apartment. The stairs and the cobbled pathways can make it difficult. That said, Welcome Apartment probably has one of the shortest routes to reach and other apartments within the old city can be a lot trickier to access with luggage. We found a great porter service to help us on departure.

Wonderful apartment and lovely hosts

Everything was wonderful.

The only problem was there was nothing to mention that the apartment is at the top of around 100 steps which was difficult when arriving and departing with a suitcase.
