Nuestra estancia en el Riad ha sido fantástica. Es un lugar precioso, tranquilo y muy bien situado dentro de la medina. Además, el trato recibido por parte de todo el equipo ha sido exquisito, especialmente por parte de Ahmet y Meryem, muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Muy buena ubicación dentro de la Medina y a 5 minutos de la Puerta Azul.
Pasamos 4 noches. El personal no pudo ser más servicial, amable y hospitalario, en especial Ahmed. Nos indicó todos lo lugares de interés que no podíamos dejar de visitar y estuvo siempre atento a que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Hablan buen inglés y Abdul incluso un poco de español.
El desayuno es abundante y muy bueno, especialmente agradable tomarlo en la terraza del ático.
El Riad es muy bonito y muy típico. Nuestra habitación era amplia, con aire acondicionado y caja fuerte. Las camas muy cómodas. La ducha muy grande y el agua caliente con un termo para cada habitación. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos, con buen wifi y todo muy limpio.
Puedes cenar en el Riad con un menú típico, muy rico, variado y abundante por 15 €. También tienen cerveza aunque es algo más cara. Las cenas son en el bonito y agradable patio central del Riad.
Nosotros contratamos el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto por 20 €. Tienes un taxi esperándote y luego van a buscarte para acompañarte por el laberinto de calles peatonales. Especialmente útil si llegas por la noche.
Puedes pagar en euros en el Riad y, en general, en todo Fez.
La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Si volviese a Fez repetiría el sitio.
Por la arquitectura del edificio solo puedes subir por una escaleras empinadas sin opción de ascensor. Son dos plantas y el ático, aunque también hay una habitación en la planta baja sin necesidad de escaleras.
No hay armario, en su lugar hay unos colgadores con perchas.

El Riad está muy bien situado, está muy limpio y el personal es súper amable. Se desviven para que estés cómodo y te orientan en todo lo que quieras saber de la Medina de Fez

Matin magique avec chant des oiseaux accompagnés d un petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Possibilité de déjeuner en terrasse. Personnels très serviables et très souriant. Merci à toute l équipe des femmes de ménage aux serveurs et une très pensée pour Zakaria et Soukayna.
Chambre peu ensoleillé. Manque de clarté accentué par une décoration avec des tons sombre.

Very very kind and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening outside normal check-in hours. It was no problem, and we got picked up from our taxi stop. Every request we had during our stay was fulfilled with a smile.

Located just around 5 minutes walk from the main gate inside the Medina. Beautifully riad decorated to perfection. Staff was very friendly and not just greeted us with moroccan mint tea but also explaied the map of Fes and advised on what sights to see. The rooftop breakfast was just excellent with even better views. Would recommend 10/10.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt super angenehm. Die Unterkunft beeindruckte durch Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal und köstliches Frühstück. Trotz kleinerer Unannehmlichkeiten mit der Matratze im Einzelbett, die unangenehm und schief wirkte, blieb der Rest des Aufenthalts zufriedenstellend. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der angenehme Duft, der die Atmosphäre positiv beeinflusste. Die optimale Lage in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten rundete das Erlebnis ab

The Riad Green House is a gem. Located in the middle of the medina, the Riad offers quick access to the city highlights, but in doing so, it also provides for serene nights that made us forget that we were surrounded by the usual non-stop action typical of one of the world's largest pedestrian areas. The staff was dedicated and personal. Mariam did an outstanding job in about every aspect. Apologies for the other incredible women that made our stay fantastic, because I don't remember their names well. The building has been designed and decorated with a style that fits the city well. The breakfast was beyond complete. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Congratulations!
We couldn't get our laundry done on time. It would have been better if the staff had come to us with more realistic expectations re: what can be done/ not done with their appliances. But the stay was so good and value so high that I would be making a disservice to other travelers if I lowered my rating from a perfect 10.

This is a beautifully presented and maintained Riad in the centre of the Medina. It’s relatively easy to find, as it’s well sign-posted through the Medina. Wi-fi worked well throughout, including on the roof terrace. Breakfast was abundant, including our takeaway breakfast for an early morning departure. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
If you are an older person, or dislike narrow steep stairs, then ask for a ground floor room.

Ich war für 10 Tage im Riad Green House und habe jede Minute dort ausgiebig genossen.
Das Riad liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe des Bab Bou Jeloud und am Anfang der Medina. Es ist gut ausgeschildert und nach Eingewöhnung stets leicht zu finden.
Das Riad Green House ist sehr schön und typisch orientalisch eingerichtet, die Zimmer grosszügig. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmässig, es hätte wirklich nicht mehr gebraucht. Das vielzitierte harte Bett war mein Segen und ich habe jede Nacht sehr gut geschlafen, auch dank der Ruhe in der Nacht. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht und auch sonst word Sauberkeit gross geschrieben.
Das Frühstück ist sehr grosszügig und es werden typische marokkanische Spezialitäten serviert.
Das Personal war äusserst höflich und zuvorkommend und erfüllen alle Wünsche. Ich habe mich jeden Tag willkommen gefühlt.
Vielen, vielen Dank liebe Betreiber des Riad Green House. Ihr habt meinen Sommer 2023 verzaubert.
Ich komme gerne wieder und kann Euch sehr empfählen.

The staff were really kind and caring, the breakfast was also one of the best ones we were offered in a riad. The rooms are spacious.
The wifi was not always strong. We also were surprised about being charged 10 Euros per person for our laundry. However our overall experience was quite positive.

We had the most beautiful stay at Riad Green House. The building is stunning, so nice to sit and have a mint tea. The team were super friendly and helpful with directions & recommendations. Also, perfect location just inside the Medina. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Fes!

Zakariya captured our hearts, not just for his exceptional customer service, kindness, and wonderful character, but also for his unwavering honor during a critical moment. Amidst our taxi mishap at 4:30 am, Zakariya proved himself. He had breakfast prepared to go, escorted us to the parking area where our driver was meant to be, and when the driver left due to our lateness, Zakariya stood by us. In the dead of night, with no rest and after back-to-back shifts, he tirelessly worked to resolve a situation that wasn't his responsibility. Despite our insistence on finding our own taxi, he remained steadfast until the matter was resolved and we were secure.
His genuine character moved us profoundly, and we were astounded by his actions. I hesitate to merely offer a tip as a token of appreciation; his actions deserve more. His conduct truly touched us, and we were deeply impressed by his true essence as a man. I hope Allah eases his struggles as he did ours that night, answers his prayers, bestows upon him the finest in this life and the next. May his deeds and character find favor on the day of reckoning, and may he be blessed with success in both realms. May Allah shower him with mercy, forgiveness, and the highest place in paradise.
Regarding the riad itself, it outshone the other three we stayed at during our week in Morocco. Immaculate, well-equipped, comfortable, and charmingly situated, it encompassed everything one could desire. With the finest host in Zakariya, we found utmost joy in our stay. He truly deserves the world and more!
