Great house for family vacation. Location is great and pool was very nice.

Wonderful house and location

The home was clean tidy and spacious a perfect location to all the best places. Easy access to both the resort and resort pool.

Wonderful home..pool was just too cold and we had to childproof some, as we have little ones. Beds were super comfy and we loved the location!

We had so much fun at this beautiful home with pool right out the back door. Easy, convenient, and incredible weather to enjoy!
The home accommodated our families needs and kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
We were within walking distance to the rest of the resort and beach. We will be back!

Had a great time as usual! Rented a house with a pool this year. Great idea! Pool maintenance came twice to clean it and were very friendly. Always alot to do while down there. Will be going back again next year!

The house was not clean and we killed 5 cockroaches.
5.0
The proximity to the beach was nice. The property came with access to the resort pools but they were overcrowded in the peak of summer and we had a much better time enjoying the private pool that accompanies the house.
Each bedroom had its own bathroom and with 3 teenagers in the house, that was also a nice feature.
Easy tiny improvements- the kitchen needs a dish mat and rack to dry dishes.
Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and the Keurig was also nice.
The TV in the living room was not a smart tv so we went and purchased a cheap knock-off fire stick. That would be a nice addition as my kiddos had to watch their show at night.
Otherwise, master suite was awesome and having the washer and dryer on the same level as the bedrooms was great.
We would definitely return!

The location and amenities are outstanding and the house itself is really nice. The cleanliness of the outside and inside of the property left something to be desired. There was some trash in the yard and the general landscaping in the front and back were unkempt. When we arrived the kitchen appliances looked as though they had been wiped down with dirty rags, there was hair in the drain in the master bathroom shower, the floors on the main level did not feel as though they'd been swept, the furniture in the main level also had sand and dust on them which suggested they were not properly cleaned before our arrival. There is also a vent in the master bathroom toilet room ceiling that collects condensation and then drips on unsuspecting users. We were overall very happy with our stay but would suggest to the owners that they find a better cleaning service and address the dripping vent in the bathroom.

We have been staying in North Myrtle for 15 years in the condos and this was our first experience with renting a house in North Beach. The house was fantastic. Super clean, spacious and conveniently located to everything. The master bedroom and bathroom are really, really nice. Beach is a quick walk as is the fitness center. I can assure you that I read all reviews before I stay anywhere and anything less than 5 stars does this place no justice. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was great. Small issue w/ thermostat, it was rectified.

We are repeat visitors at North Beach Resort & Villas and we will likely never stay anywhere else in north Myrtle beach! It has everything we could want during our trip with the beach, pools, and close proximity to barefoot landing! This house was perfect for our family! We had 2 couples and one teenager and one under 2 and it was comfortable for all of us! All of the bedrooms are great sized and the master suite was amazing. The living room/dining room/ kitchen open concept worked great and transitioned right on to the patio and pool area. The pool was good sized and was cleaned twice professionally during our stay. There is a tree that overhangs the pool so you get some leaves but there was a skimmer and it was easy enough to take care of. The pool got a good amount of shade at times which was nice for anyone wanting a break from the sun. We had one issue and texted the maintenance team and received a prompt response. We were also able to get early check in at 1:30 and that was a great help to us after 10 hours in a car!

This property was perfect for the of us. Check-in process was great and it was nice to be notified via text when the house was ready for us to check-in. We only had a couple minor issues with he Master shower not draining and we needed a can/bottle opener and we text maintenance and before we got back from the beach it was fixed. Again, great experience and we will be back.

The house was beautiful and was nicely decorated. Overall cleanliness was good. We had a couple issues with some insects visiting but an exterminator showed up during the week. My wife was sun bathing by the pool and the sliding door opened up and a man was standing there in the house. Apparently, he decided he didn't need to knock, he used a key and walked right in. She was a little freaked out by that.

This property was just as advertised. We had 5 teens/adults and we all had plenty of space! The location to the pools and the beach is AWESOME - a 5 minute walk if that. ITrip vacations was extremely accessible and efficient. We asked for extra blankets and they were dropped right off. The only thing I can say is that they need to replace the couches in the living room - they are very worn out. It was too cool for us to use the private pool, but we will be back in warner weather to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again!!

We really loved this property. It was very clean, the rooms were large, and the community and location was great!

Good communication with the management company and the location was ideal. Only a five minute walk to the pools and beach. Updates to the couches should be considered. Very old and uncomfortable. Single bed in upstairs bedroom was uncomfortable for the family member. Rest of the beds and furniture was fine. The pool is a nice feature as long as it's warm enough to use it. This is our second time to this complex and we would definitely consider renting this house again.
3.0
The location of the house is fairly close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk.
The refrigerator does not get cold was probably only around 50 degrees.
Other issue was owner needing access 2 times with management having to let them in and one other time unannounced.
Other than that we had a nice stay and having access to the resort pools was a nice bonus.

Pleasant experience. Great location to pool and beach area. Home was spacious, enough for 6 people. It was nice to have three bathrooms.

Check in and check out is a breeze with I trip. This is our third time booking through them and we've always had excellent customer service. The office is right up the street from the resort. This house is nice and spacious and it's a very short walk to the beach and pool areas which is very convenient. The private pool was nice, but we would have gotten more use out of it in the summer months as the water was freezing cold. It doesn't get much sun, if at all. There are a bunch of trees around the pool area and leaves are constantly falling in, making it difficult to keep clean. It's nobody's fault, just a product of its location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you I trip for a wonderful place to spend our vacation.

After a two year delay due to COVID, our family was able to take a long deserved vacation in North Myrtle Beach. It was the first time in three years we had all been together. Cantor 4835 was perfect for our family and the kids and grandkids loved the convenience of having a private pool at the house. A pool maintenance company came and cleaned and serviced the pool twice during the week we were at the house, an unexpected and appreciated surprise. The house was as advertised and was comfortable and sufficiently stocked with household goods and kitchen utensils. Couch and loveseat could use a cleaning, otherwise no issues. The first day we arrived, we noticed the propane tank on the gas grill was empty. We called iTrip maintenance and the new full tank was delivered within an hour. The North Beach Resort pools and beachfront were a short walk from the house and were fabulous and enjoyed by all. We hired a photographer and did family pictures one night on the beach. We availed ourselves of the iTrip discounted outings to Pirates Voyage Dinner Show and the Broadway Grand Prix and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend Cantor 4835. A great time for all of us.

Couldn't have asked for a better location, 5 min from Beach, 10 min walk to Barefoot Landing (restaurants, shopping)! Pool was a great size. Grill was dirty and broke but when we notified management it was replaced with an all new one the next day! House did look like it wasn't vacuumed though, found contacts on the floor, carpets were really dirty. Hardware floors had sand, sunflower seeds, counters were not wiped at all, noodles, food, crumbs all over them. Besides that it was great, would still come back!

Great location poor service
Overall the property was great. We arrived to discover that the property wasn’t properly cleaned. The toilets were dirty, microwave hadn’t been cleaned for some time, used bar of soap in the shower, carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, etc. We notified the property manager and they came to verify our concerns. They offered to have the place cleaned. We decided to clean the house ourselves and didn’t want someone else in the house. The person emailing me was not understanding that we wouldn’t want someone to clean after we already settled in. As if somehow that changes the fact that the cleaning service didn’t properly clean. If it were my property I would want to know this so I could inspect cleaning in the future to ensure it was done properly. The person’s responses and the way we arrived to the property would make me reluctant to rent an iTrip property in the future.

Perfect family vacation
This house has everything you need for a vacation! The location was key: the community is right across the main highway from Barefoot Landing, there's a walkable ice cream/coffee shop (a bit pricey but really good coffee drinks), it's very close to a few grocery/convenient/liquor/souvenir stores, and the house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the resort pools (or you can call a shuttle to pick you up but keep in mind you can't bring a lot of stuff with you in the event there are other people on it). The house itself was clean and located in a separate, private street. Having our own private pool was key, we'd spend all day at the beach, then walk home and jump right into the pool and spend the rest of the afternoon lounging. I'll admit that we didn't spend much time in the resort pools (our kids preferred the beach) but they are amazing! One of the pools is adults-only with a swim-up bar, plus there are about 3-4 other pools and a lazy river which is located indoors with some large games for kids (life-size chess board, etc). We did take a couple breaks from the beach to cool off in the resort pools and it was nice to be able to have a couple drinks while we did, however they were super crowded every day so we didn't spend a ton of time there.
As for the formalities, the check-in process was super quick and easy (we got a text when the house was ready, swung by the office, and got our keys within minutes), and the couple of times I had to communicate with maintenance (questions about the pool), I got an immediate response.
The negatives of the house are very few, but just to mention: bring necessities from home (dishwasher and washing machine pods, paper towels, toilet paper) as what they supply doesn't last very long, however this is not uncommon for rentals. The pool gets quite dirty with leaves, etc, because there is a lot of foliage around the fence. Maintenance comes to clean the pool twice a week but even with that the pool fills with leaves quickly. We didn't let it stop us from swimming every day though! And lastly I am not a fan of the trash pickup schedule (Monday and Friday so the trash can was already full from the previous tenants when we got there and we filled it up upon leaving), but that's no fault of the resort or rental company. Just more of a heads up.
I would highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful vacation here!

The house was really nice and clean. Not a far walk from the beach or resort. Close to restaurants. We had a great time!

Cleanliness fell short…
First of all Rob the property manager was great ! Great communication for whatever you need. Only things that good have been better was the cleanliness of the house. Floors could’ve been cleaned/mopped better, baseboards were very dirty. The pool had lots of leaves but Rob took care of that right away after a call. The grill was filthy and needs to be replaced, the two sofas we’re stained pretty bad which made you not want to lay on them but overall it’s a beautiful neighborhood supper close to the ocean and great environment!!!!

Good Stay
Property is in a nice area to get to all of the necessities that are in North Myrtle. There were several minor flaws with the property. We had planned on using the kitchen more than we were able. No pot holders, measuring cup, nor measuring spoons. Master bath shower head inadequate for the size of shower. Several of the light bulbs throughout the house were burned out and needed attention. None of these items were deal breakers but just need attention for future renters.
