About this house rental

Our home is located in the vacation community of Eastward Look. House is located 1 house away from pathway to Angel road which makes access to Scarborough beach just a short 5 minute walk! All Summer rentals are weekly SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Most June rentals are a 3 day minimum ( the last 2 weeks are full rental weeks)

When we purchased this home we remodeled the entire inside... painting all the walls & trim, replaced all the doors with white 6 panel doors. For your comfort, we added whole house AC. In the kitchen we replaced the stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer and refrigerator w/ ice maker, as well as all small appliances.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms all with queen beds. The mattresses have all been replaced. One bedroom is located on the first floor. All beds come with coverlet, blanket & pillows. Guests are responsible for sheets, bath towels and beach towels. They are available for a fee. All bedrooms have 32' HDTV's . Both bathrooms were completely remodeled sans the shower and tub. The family room has a 55" HDTV .

The double driveway accommodates 8 cars or a trailer with toys. For after beach showering there is a hot/cold outside shower. The deck has a table/umbrella and six chairs. Also a round resin table and chairs for extra seating in the yard. We supply a Weber grill.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of this rental. I personally clean this home and I have been in the housecleaning business for over 30 years!

Great place. Perfect size for our family. Outdoor shower is a plus. Anything we needed like grocery’s or restaurants was close by. Walk to the beach was awesome and plenty of chairs and wagons to use. Homeowner very responsive and we all enjoyed ourselves. We liked the neighborhood feel of the area. Not touristy.

Six of us stayed here on our girls trip & the house worked out perfectly. We Went to Block Island for a day-trip & we were Close to the ferry. House was clean, & was exactly as pictured. We had a great stay, i would stay here again & would recommend this place

Everything was as advertised , we enjoyed every moment . Home is meticulously cleaned upon arrival . Televisions are tricky, 3 of 6 were able to be watched but not owners fault…. Very technically challenging !!!!!!kitchen was stocked well we had everything we needed , AC was wonderful , outdoor shower has low pressure but that is also ok , beds were ok , walk to beach easy overall good value for 5br house ..would rent again !

We had a wonderful week at this home near Scarborough beach! The house was incredibly clean. The bedrooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a wagon that we used to take toddlers and things to the beach! The yard was great for the kids to play. We enjoyed evenings sitting on the deck. The walk to the beach was so easy and as advertised just about 5 to 10 min (we walked slowly to enjoy the cute houses on the way!) Colleen was very responsive. We would love to rent this house again! This house was immaculate!! The location is in a great neighborhood convenient to everything. The house was well maintained and furnishings were new. It easily fit 4 adults and 3 boys, with rooms to spare! We all felt very comfortable and at home. House was furnished with everything you would need inside and out. We also loved the convenience of the 10 min walk down to the beach for early morning or evening walks. The outdoor shower was great when we returned. The A/C worked great too!! The owners were wonderful to work with and thought of everything. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Plenty of space for 7 adults and 4 kids under age of 7. Outdoor shower was a godsend as the beach sand really clung to everybody’s legs , feet and swimsuits. Very responsive host.

Myself, husband, 4yr old, 12 month old, sister, brother in law, 5yr old niece, & 9yr old nephew rented this house. My parents also visited & stayed with us for 2 nights since we had plenty of bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a queen size bed and twin so it was perfect for my 4yr old & 5yr old niece to share the queen and my nephew to have his own bed. We put a pack n play in another bedroom for the baby. We left the downstairs bedroom as a guest room which was perfect since there was a bathroom downstairs. The house was cozy, comfy, & clean. The couches were leather which felt more sanitary than fabric. The deck & outdoor table/chairs were great for eating meals & relaxing with some drinks. The house came equipped with everything you could imagine which was super helpful! The beach chairs & cart provided were a life saver too! The beach was an easy half mile walk. (There was a path across the street) Scarborough beach was a lot nicer than I remembered as a kid too. No seaweed and not too packed. The location for restaurants, shopping, and adventure land was great. The convenience of a washer, dryer, & dish washer was amazing. The yard was huge for kids to run around. 2 Driveways fit 8 cars which was perfect for day visitors. Central air was perfect and felt great after a long day on the beach. The outdoor shower was very convenient! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This was our first time renting a beach house & we will definitely be renting this place again.

We had a great last minute family vacation in RI. Colleen was very easy to communicate with and the house was super clean and had everything for the beach. Easy walk to the beach through the path and lots of things to do in the area. We had a great day trip to Block Island as well! Overall great time!

Our whole family loved the property! The kids loved having a tv in every room. Having a washer, dryer and air conditioning was an extra bonus. The closeness to Scarborough Beach was excellent and we had everything we needed available at the house including beach stuff and toys......and Colleen was wonderful.
