Fantastic rooftop pool, friendly and helpful staff, very exquisite bar, lobby and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much, for the third time

Cleanliness
Paid for city view but given room on low floor overlooking Hollywood Boulevarde. Asked for quieter room and given one but but with a view of internal courtyard.

We love the pool and it’s view, the breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly and very helpful. The bar is worth spending a late night.
Some rooms are not practically equipped, in general rooms are too expensive.

Amazing hotel. Great lobby bar especially on weekend. Great rooftop restaurant, churros there are an absolute must try!

5.0 / 5.0
Pros: Modern setting and ambiance, rooftop pool, friendly staff, excellent restaurant (their milk bread and onion rings are world-class), great location, clean and comfortable. Props to Edward, Ardor's general manager.
Cons: Can get busy/loud at times, particularly in the evenings. The air conditioning noise can be annoying (it sounds as if the toilet's tank is being filled).

the receptionist Charlie, was excellent - gentle and very helpful. He made our day choosing the suitable room. Staff at the pool was very kind as well. and we enjoyed the view from the room and roof top pool very much!

basic housekeeping services were terrible- waited 4 hours to get a printed copy of room service menu. Called housekeeping for service to clean room, hung sign on door & they never came. Even though speaking to the staff 8' from the door.

Location is great, as are the facilities.
I don’t often write bad reviews, but the Edition WH has failed a number of accounts which are worth flagging to future patrons. First, the room they put us in was extremely noisy, right about the driveway to the hotel. Following a number of request we were finally moved to a smaller albeit quieter room - which we were absolutely fine with. However to add insult to injury we were charged an erroneous mini bar charge of around $500! We weren’t told about this charge or asked to check the bill, it was only after check out did they disclose this. We’ve been disputing this ever since our stay (over a month) without any response from the staff. Furthermore the hotel was not transparent about rental car charges. We were told (in writing) the car would cost $129 for two days, we were charged close to $700!! We are still disputing this.

The pool the view the cozy vibes of the room
Bathrooms if they had a door it’d be better
I think house keeping can do better and care more about details when cleaning and organizing
The rooftop should have priority for guests and offer them a table whenever as in house guests so maybe you can leave a bunch of tables for in house guests
Valet takes too long to bring the car
