Room was lovely. Arrived early evening and no-one around. Very quiet. Facilities in room were good, comfy bed, lovely shower and cold bottled water available. Netflix available too!
Fridge was noisy, had to turn it off to get to sleep. Breakfast was not included but there was a cafe on site to get one after 8am. (Reasonably priced but mainly fried food.) Nearest shops in Shipham were quite a walk away.

Lovely location. Great size of the room
Cleanliness wasn’t that great. All the windows were thick with cobwebs
4.3
The room was clean, airy, and spacious. In a good location.
Was quiet at night and had a great shower. Was nice to have a fridge in the room as an extra luxury.
Also, there was ample parking.
It was quite expensive but this could be because it is a prime location in the wedding season. Which is the purpose why we stayed here.
Staff in the cafe were not very friendly to us, but were to their regulars. No filter coffee and breakfast was nice but basic.
Had a transport cafe vibe to it.

Great location and rooms for family visit including kids and dogs

Loved the room layout with plenty of space for hound in the corner.
Lots of storage space, more than we needed in the end for a few nights!
Thought the TV was slightly too small to watch from the bed itself, but then I do have poor eyesight!
4.3
Amazing location clean no problems with facilities
There was nothing to not like signal bad

Self checking cafe onsite and location

Nice location for staying when going to the caves. Perfect room facilities. Modern design, Fridge stocked with water which was great. Cafe on site done a fantastic breakfast! would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Lock box with keys in so can check in at any point made it stress free and convenient. Comfy place, nice underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Quite a lot of noise from the main road next to the property.
Windows with all or nothing privacy, frosted glass or something similar would be nice, it felt weird spending the morning with curtains closed and lights on.

Location was so close to cheddar and plenty of room and parking, surrounded by the hills it was ideal for getting to our friends party.
The WiFi was poor and very slow.

the size of the rooms were great
we couldn’t control the heating which was a shame. it go v hot so we ended up sleeping with the window open - which wouldn’t usually be a problem but it was gales and pouring down with rain. so we didn’t sleep the best.
the cafe didn’t allow dogs unfortunately

The Size of the room fantastic even with the sofa bed being used.
The bathroom was a very large wet room.
The room was very clean as my wife said “it wasn’t boy clean it was clean clean.”
Large communal terrace.
On site cafe for breakfast great value and great produce.
Happy to recommend access by key safe that you are texted the number make sure you have the text as phone signal poor.
Wifi no problems.

clean room. big walk in shower, great location. good nice.
when we arrived I could smell the lemon cleaner in the room. which I thought was nice, then I could taste it. we opened the windows. very strong.
we went for lunch. the lady serving was so unfriendly. then we were told to use the bottom seating area as they had already closed the top & cleaned it. before you finish your food, they are cleaning around you. we left as soon as we finished. if we had gone to the cafe before booking the room? we wouldn’t of booked the room. the following day the closed sign was up on the cafe early. the café & unfriendly manner will damage this place.
the food room & location are good
4.3
Everything, lovely accommodation, cafe nr accomadation for breakfast etc, great location
Nothing all exceptional
4.3
It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The fridge was handy for putting a few bits in.
As someone who does not have a phone that accesses the internet, check in was tricky, as there are no staff on site. I had to ask another resident for help, they gave me the wifi code so that I could log in on my laptop, to be able to access the booking details, to be able to get the pin code to open the door.
There was no local information in the room giving ideas of where to eat locally in the evening, the only information was to go on just eat and the address to have it delivered to.
