The agents were good once we got hold of them as there was a water leak at the villa and we were immediately moved to a much much nicer villa and the housekeeper Fay was lovely and very helpful.
Communication before we arrived was very slow and i would encourage the owners to ensure their agents are checking the messages more regularly as no response to questions about the booking is a bit unnerving and receiving a reply once your there isn’t very helpful .

We returned to this villa after 10 years holidaying elsewhere and we had just as fantastic a stay as we did the first time! The location is perfect and the size of the villa is brilliant. The pool area is amazing but the liner in the pool could do with replacing. Thanks for a super holiday with fab memories!
If there was any criticism, it would be that the bathrooms need updating - they were clean but tired. We arrived late after a delay with our flight and restaurants were no longer serving food so a little welcome pack including some water, milk, tea/coffee and maybe some bread and butter would have been a great addition.

When we walked in the first thing we noticed was how overgrown the hedges surrounding the Villa were. In comparison to next doors Villa these hedges are twice the height. When we entered the Villa the living area and kitchen were of a decent size and appeared well kept. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the rest of the villa, in particular the bathrooms.
In the downstairs WC we had no running water at all.
In the double bedroom downstairs the air conditioning unit did not work, and was filthy dirty, the toilet seat slipped every time it was sat on, there was black mould all around the shower and a build up of dirt at the bottom of the shower tray which a bit of bleach would have sorted. One of the sockets also had a brown burn mark on it.
The handrail leading upstairs was very loose and unsteady, it was safer not to hold onto as you were going upstairs.
In the large wardrobe in the master bedroom there was a leak which became apparent during the storm on Monday 7th November. The toilet seat in here was stained and absolutely disgusting. Again a build up of black mould and dirt ruined the shower.
In the second bedroom upstairs there was a switch located inside the shower which was away from the wall and had black masking tape around it.
Outside there was no lighting other than a small light by the front door … we needed torches to get up the stairs to the tiled patio ... not great when by 5:30 it was dark.
These steps also had protruding screws, loose metal sleeves and cracked tiles.
Next to the pool there was a hole with a rock stuck in it. When we moved the rock underneath were exposed electrical wires … right next to a swimming pool of water. We lost wifi on the 3rd day and this never came back on.
The location of the villa was fantastic. Lots of lovely local food and drink venues on the strip and the beach was beautiful. The Villa was just such a let down that we’d never return.

Was a pleasure to stay in the villa again having done so previously in 2019. The location is good very centrally located in Coral Bay. A couple of elements need a little updating (garden lights no longer work, downstairs W/C tap doesn't work) but overall everything is very very nice. The pool is large and the gardens are a lovely place to spend a day in the Cyprus sunshine. It is literally in the centre of Coral Bay right off the strip. We had only one issue during our stay, some locals from the Villa next door had a party one evening and then a group of young men turned up the next morning claiming we had scratched their car. Although they seemed genuine (ie not a scam), they were very rude and the claims were completely false. Luckily we hired a car through the contact of the villa and he came to sort things out and sent them packing when it was clear from the marks on each car (ours was handed to us with some old scrapes etc) that we had not been involved in any regard - I would thoroughly recommend the car hire you can arrange via the villa as a result. One issue and not related specifically to the villa - inside the villa is a great space - good size double bedrooms, perfect open plan kitchen diner and lounge etc. Would thoroughly reccommend a stay here

On the face of it, the property is as described, however in the cold light of day, it really needs a deep clean and some tlc. The pergola area is really past it’s best, and the garden could really benefit from some work.
Excellent location for everything though. I’ve stayed in coral bay a few times and was a bit concerned about how close we were to the livlier bars, but pleasantly surprised that we heard nothing unless we were outside.
Paul the maintenance manager was excellent. Always on hand if we needed anything.

Great location and nice spacious accommodation that needs a little tlc and a few repairs to reflect the luxurious title the villa holds ...that being said we still enjoyed our stay

This villa was obviously fantastic when new. It has two good sized double en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a private balcony and both share a large terrace. This upper floor is beginning to look tired and some money needs to be spent. The showers are excellent great pressure and always plenty hot water. The ground floor kitchen/living area has recently been upgraded and is great. There is a double en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom and separate toilet also on the ground floor. Outside - the pool is great, probably the biggest in any villa we have stayed at. A bit of work is needed outside and Paul said that was the project for the end of this season. The very tall untidy tree hedge provides great privacy and never interfered with our sun worshipping(!). Everyone will have a view on it and like us, will live with it, or find it very untidy. It was wild life heaven for birds and dozens of bats that came to feed in the evenings. We assumed the tree hedge is the way the owners want it. It did not detract from our holiday. The outside shaded area is a bit tired. The website photos do not reflect its current condition.
Spend £15k - £20k on the outside and upstairs and this will then be the luxury villa advertised.

Great location
The villa is very large and the pool is super. The kids had a great holiday and Paul was so helpful for all our needs, nothing was ever a problem. He gave us lots of good advice about the area and was he was very quick at responding to our needs. Thanks again for a super holiday 🤗
Maybe leave some extra sheets and pillow cases.

Fantastic holiday
The villa was very large and modern (perfect for our family of 7). Lovely outside area especially the pool which the kids loved. The location was perfect, a short walk to restaurants and bars on “the strip”, also a really good supermarket about 2mins walk away, so no need for a car.
One of the bathrooms needs repairing.

Nice quiet neighborhood
Nice quiet neighborhood, many restaurants/bars nearby, unfortunately all are almost empty in mid november, season over i guess. Big supermarket in walking distance, taxydrive to Paphos center about 20-30min. House itself as described in the photos, nice rooms, big pool(not so warm in mid november). Were some problems with the wifi for a couple of days, but it got resolved. Nice beach nearby.

Family Holiday
Lovely big villa, great pool, fantastic location if you want to be right on the strip. All the amenities that you would need. A little bit of TLC needed but would definitely recommend this villa and pay a return visit.
General upkeep of the premise. Some broken tiles, no lighting in the cabana area, I borrowed some shears to cut the archways through the trees into the premise so we did not get covered in the dust or spiders, said pool was cleaned twice a week but I don't believe it was even cleaned once. No fresh sheets or towels provided for our 2 week stay so we had to wash our own. Advertised as having wifi but this was a problem throughout our stay. Just little things and a little TLC would make this fabulous. Provide a welcome booklet explaining the surrounding area with maps, etc... also explain the turning for the villa is right opposite Blazing Saddles as would make it much easier to find.

Good but could be better
The inside of the villa was clean apart from a few bits like the grease on the cooker. There is some wear & tear in the property that could be updated. Down stairs shower kept flooding, probably due to blockage from hair...yuk. The beds are so hard it’s like sleeping on the floor; a mattress topper would go a long way to help this. The outside needs a complete tidy-up to make it look decent. The hedges surrounding the villa are so high it blocks out most of the day’s sunshine from the pool area. It is also so wide that it has actually overgrown the areas lights and other plants. This overgrowth also makes the outside area look very shabby. Trying to actually get to the villa through the gates is like trying to get through a jungle. The villa manager said that he needs authority before he can cut them, yet all surrounding villas were tide hedges? There was no pool light and when we asked the villa manager about this, he made some accuse about not being able to get a new transmitter, which I though bizarre considering the number of pools in Cyprus that there were no shops that could provide one. The pool itself was filthy. Full of green slime, which could have come from the overgrown hedges. But mentioning this to the villa manager he stated that this was from suntan lotion, but as this was there when we arrived it most definitely was not my family. The villa manager said that he has to put some agent in the water and then hoover the pool the next day to get rid of the slime. He said he put the agent in the day before we arrived, yet the pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The outside steps in my opinion are dangerous. The metal plates on these steps have loose screws protruding from them and it’s only a matter of time before a child or adult knocks their toes, which will leave a nasty cut. This can be easily sorted with a screwdriver. On day one I contacted the villa manager to ask about the Wi-Fi no working. He visited the villa to check the wires, which were fine and said he would contact the internet provider. I had messaged the manager a number of times for an update, which I received no replies and this was still not sorted the day we departed the villa. With no internet we were also not able to make use of the TV in the evenings and access SKY tv as listed. For some this may not be much when on holiday, but if something is mentioned as an offer then it should be provided. I could write more but restricted to letters!

Spacious villa, great location
Villa had plenty of room, large pool and lots of outdoor seating. Right in the centre of the strip.
Some pool lights weren’t working so was quite dark outside at night. Air con in one of the bedrooms leaked, this was sorted out after 2 nights but the unit was very noisy

A villa with a view
A villa with super views from all windows , location great for restaurants and shopping . Local bus service was great and regular. A villa with everything you could need for a pleasant holiday . We would recommend homeandaway to everyone.

Excellent villa with great location.
With this villa having such a great location and amenities close by there is no need to have a car . Everything is within walking distance including the beach. Restaurants are a bit hit and miss with good food so when you get a good one it’s best to stick to it. The villa offered comfortable beds and living spaces. The only downside to the villa would be a smell of sewage that comes from the neighbouring hotel now and again.

The best family holiday
I stay at this property from 5th-20th Sept 2019 with my husband, 3 young children (all under 3), my mum neice and Aunty.
Upon arrival we were are to access the property with no problem at all. It was dark when we arrived but we didn't get to appreciate the garden/ pool area until the next day. The villa was immaculate. There was everything we needed until we could get to the shops the next day, which was great. The next day we went exploring, 2 minutes walk from the villa is everything you need shops, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and even a kids amusement park which was great for the little ones. Coral Bay beach is a 10 minute walk and it's fantastic, there's a bar too and plenty of watersports.
The pool was cleaned every other day by the management team and the bedding changed after a week too. This wasn't necessary for us as we had been washing the bedding anyway but it was a nice touch. There were a few issues we experienced whilst at the villa but again the management company were straight round to rectify those issues so we couldn't of asked for any more really.
The villa had brilliant air con especially I think the lounge/kitchen area. Plenty of towels were supplied along with tea coffee sugar etc. The only thing that the owner/ management could have made more clear was where to dispose of the bins. I didn't see any instructions on where to take it but we did ask the property manager and he was happy to tell us but we had two wheelbarrows full of rubbish at this point. There were new sun loungers brought to the villa half way through our stay as the owner said the other ones were a bit shabby (I couldn't fault them) but it just shows he likes to keep the villa in great condition for the people occupying it.
If I was to change anything in future it would be beneficial to have a pool fence especially with the villa being so large to accommodate families. Also some children's toys and somehow (I don't know how this would be secured because of the layout) but maybe a stair gate at the bottom and top of the stairs.
My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at the villa and will be booking again for next year for sure!
Thanks to Chris, Paul and Kris for making our holiday one to remember.

Great family villa
We loved the villa - brilliantly secluded and the pool was fabulous. we did have a hiccup with an external burst pipe but that was sorted and Chris kindly gave us an extended final day to compensate. The villa is perfectly situated for the shops and restaurants which are minutes away . They also have a set up with the local big supermarket that if you spend over 50euros you can get it delivered back to the villa free . The Coral King restaurant - literary at the end of the road into the villa is highly recommended , so to Siriani . But there are load of places to choose from ,with a variety of prices.
The villa is a lovely size and we were very happy to find that since our booking its been made into 4 bedrooms , 2 up and 2 down . Brilliant for us. Lovely new kitchen fully equipped .
Our biggest problem would be the tv - its impossible to watch as the it pauses and stutters all the time and gets worse in the evening - I think if you have a mixed family group and its likely someone may be at home in the evening looking after children ,this is a real pain .
And the only other thing as someone who has knackered knees is there could be more handrails - i.e. going up, the steps to the front door and also into the pool by the steps.
However its a lovely villa and all my family said they would love to go back .

Great location
A great villa with a fantastic pool, in a great location in the heart of coral bay.
Just a short stroll to bars, shops, restaurants and the beach.
A very clean and spacious villa with all you need for a relaxing holiday.
We were a party of 6 seasoned travellers who would highly recommend villa Artemisia.

The villa was very nice and clean and had everything we wanted
We had a lovely week at the villa
The only down point was the noise in the morning from trucks turning up at the hotel bin store directly opposite the Vila but we soon got used to it
Everything else was great, easy walking to the shops and restaurants, The Coral King being our favourite
All in all we had a lovely week at the villa

Great Villa, lovely location
Absolutely lovely property, our only complaint was the WIFI was not great. We needed to stay in touch with work and family members, so not ideal.
Lovely local restaurants and bars. We recommend Andria's if you like a good steak. Amazing food.
Overall the Villa is great, and the pool was really nice too.
Lovely location too, we had a great holiday.

Very large, well furnished
The property is in a great location a very short walk to all amenities but nice and secluded. Overall it could do with a few updates but it has everything you could need and nothing detracts from a great holiday experience, Would recommend this villa and stay again

Great location, big villa, needs a bit of an update
Really great place to stay, but some areas are a bit tired, e.g., pool isn't tiled, outside steps are broken and mattresses are very uncomfortable, but still a pleasant area with great restaurants and bars.

Excellent location and value for money
My wife and I along with our grown up children have returned from our stay at Semeli Villa. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness of the villa and amenities. Chris was very helpful prior and during our stay, also we recommend his friend Savvas from whom we hired the car. We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday villa.
