About this apartment rental

From the moment you drive through the electric gates to the secure, underground car park, you know it’s going to be an easy and stress-free holiday. A few steps from your allocated parking space you’ll find the lift, straight up to our Coast Apartment. Sidmouth has so much to offer and the town centre is a flat, 50 metres walk away, where you will find shops, restaurants, swimming pool, a museum and a Jurassic Coast walks. If sport is your passion, there’s a golf course, cricket club with croquet and tennis as well as mini golf close by and visitors are always welcome. If you are looking for comfort and relaxing convenience, we welcome you to Coast.
Accommodation
On entering this newly renovated property, where everything is fresh and modern, throw your bags on to the king size bed and before you explore Sidmouth, look around your wonderful apartment. In the fully fitted kitchen you will find everything you need for your self-catering holiday. This bright, spotless kitchen also has a breakfast bar where you can catch sea glimpses as you sit and have your first coffee or tea provided for you on arrival. Small but important details like, dishwasher pellets, washing up liquid, non-bio washing tablets, condiments and milk are provided just to get you going. The sitting room is contemporary and cosy and brimming with charm. If you have time, you could watch the HD Smart TV with Bose speakers or if you prefer you could watch a DVD – plenty are supplied. You could read a book or play a board game as there are well-appointed lights next to the comfortable sofa and arm chair. Coast has an amazingly well-lit bathroom with Hollywood style mirror and supersize shower. Your towels will always be warm and dry on the heated towel rail. Coast has a balcony with table and chairs so you can relax and marvel at the red cliffs and fields on Salcombe Hill as they roll away into the sea. The beach and Esplanade (or “prom”) are 20 metres away so you can walk there with the director’s chairs that we provide and sit and watch the world go by. We also provide beach mats if you decide to venture further. Sidmouth is sunny, but if rain threatens your picnic, we provide umbrellas just in case.

Very welcoming flat - warm, cosy, great location and all you need upon arrival. The hosts are exceptionally thoughtful and the little considerate touches are lovely. Sidmouth is a great town and an excellent base for roaming further afield. Highly recommend this location and property - a real home from home and worth a visit.

Really well appointed apartment in perfect location to access beach and town. Owners had written a lovely welcome card and left biscuits and milk which was a nice touch. Parking space was difficult to access and if our car had been any bigger potentially impossible when car park relatively full. Seagulls very noisy from 3.30 am - earplugs recommended. Would definitely visit again in the future.

This was an excellent apartment, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable seating in the lounge and a comfortable bed with good pillow. Good quality bedding and towels. The apartment was a short walk to the promenade and had a small balcony. Although the view was of the back of 2 hotels it was still light and airy in the living room. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was perfect and the whole place was well decorated. The parking was very handy although getting into the allocated space in the underground parking seemed a bit daunting at first it was actually quite easy to access. Access was easy to the building, car park and the flat itself with a lift serving only a few apartments meant getting luggage to the apartment easy. Overall we were very pleased with everything. Clean and cosy, well furnished and equipped. Great location for the beach and shops. Good base for visiting Beer/Seaton and surrounding areas. Car park space was plenty big enough, driving into and around it was sometimes awkward depending how many cars were parked, but once you get the hang of it, not an issue and a definite bonus. Overall a very enjoyable 3 night stay.

Enjoyed our stay in the apartment everything was clean and newly decorated and location was close to sea front the parking was also good although a bit tight if you have a larger car the only downside was the exterior of the property which needed cleaning due to the sea gulls but overall we enjoyed our stay

The flat is lovely, very clean and contemporary and with everything you could need provided. It is very well located near the sea front and within 5 mins walk of the main town. The parking is a big bonus, although the car park is a bit tight for bigger cars. The owners even left us a bottle of bubbly as we were belatedly celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Great Location

Really convenient location, and once you negotiate your way in, the covered parking is great considering the mess seagulls leave in the area, it was so reassuring to have the car under cover. Quite comfortable apartment, strong food smells from neighbours, so needed to keep bathroom window closed and just too many seagulls to make use of the balcony. Lovely to have glimpses of the sea from the kitchen window, but which sadly didn't open. Bed OK, duvet far too warm so quite disappointed when stripping bed on departure as per request to find combination quilt which could have been reduced to summer weight if only we had known. Needed to buy a bath sheet too as towels quite small, however very useful to be able to wash and dry ready for use.

Very comfortable and great location. I would recommend a small car as the parking space is very awkward to get into. Also, the hotel putting their bins out at five or six in the morning isn't great. Overall, though a very nice apartment and I would stay again.

A very attractive comfortable flat

We enjoyed our stay, comfy and warm and everything provided especially the little extras and the flat was very convenient for the seafront, the shops and restaurants and also the buses which we needed to use as we had no car. Michael and Charlotte also kindly met us when we arrived to show us how to get in etc and use the lift as we were a little unsure. We enjoyed our week although the weather could have been a bit kinder.
